THIS HOTEL IS NOT IN ELDON, ITS IN MONT BELVIEU STAFF ALMOST DID NOT LET ME GET MY ROOM BECAUSE OF BOOKING.COM'S MISTAKE AND TOLD ME I HAD TO GO THROUGH BOOKING.COM TO RESOLVE AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO Even though the ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AND CONFIRMATIONS ARE ALL THE SAME I still got told I would not get a room because BOOKING.COM put the city as ELDON instead of MONT BELVIEU. Finally she decided to look into the system and find me but you need to communicate with them and fix that because they are turning away business making it seem like the traveler can't read when it was THAT EASY TO JUST FIND MY RESERVATION. SHE DID NOT WANT TO CHECK AT FIRST BECAUSE BOOKING.COM HAD A WRONG CITY. Really started my trip off to a bad start. I will not be using booking.com or staying at another americas best.
