The rooms were clean and comfortable, better than expected as it was my first time. Hotel guests get to choose from 3 breakfast options from the restaurant. Free parking. Good location.
Great price and cooked breakfast included! Suited us for our quick 1night stay. No complaints here and would definately recommend.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating with our changing plans and handicap accommodations for the grandmother traveling with us. The rooms were nice and clean, and at a good price. The Free breakfast is your choice of three different breakfasts, very good, and served to you in the on site restaurant.
The train noise if your room happens to be on the back side of the hotel, but that's just Kingman. It was not very noticeable in the other rooms of the hotel. The wheelchair accessible shower did not have a shelf for the soap and shampoo.
The beds were reasonably comfortable.
Front desk could not find my reservation. Had to produce paperwork from Booking.com. Train noise an irritant.
Trains every ten minutes behind the hotel, dirty furniture, grainy analog signal on the tv, door lock difficult to open, bathroom door wouldn't close. Shame on you Ramada for allowing this to operate under your name.
Rooms and property are well kept. The room was nice with a sofa, King Bed, microwave & refrigerator. Bed was comfortable.
The trains at night were a little annoying, but not too bad. We would stay there again.
The hotel restaurant was sub-par
Location Clean Breakfast
wonky WiFi Noisy shower No working vending machines
Easy check in
Shower drain slow, bedside lamp switch did. Not work.
Convenient location, decent room. Breakfast was okay.
The cleaning solutions used in the room were overpowering. We had to leave the fans on all night.
Squeaky clean, very comfortable. Great staff. Nice sports bar with good food. I will be back.
Couldn't find a complaint.
Not an expensive motel but cery comfortable and the room was clean. The attached restaurant/bar was good and offered great free breakfasts.
The train! It runs constantly all night and if you're a light sleeper beware.
Kind helpfull staff clean rooms new nice towels
The manager was awesome. Kind, friendly, compassionate staff. We were on our way home from a JBT bowling tournament from Las Vegas for our son. We were caught in a snow fall on the way. I got my phone out and found the Ramada from booking.com. They provided a dry, warm, safe for us to stay.
Traveling to albururque we got stuck in kingman due to a snow storm. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We booked through a 3rd party, but when we arrived early they gave us a room immediately. They had a new year party going on that evening so we join in for a really nice celebration
Rooms were clean but out dated
that Kristin at the front desk was very professional , calm and courteous inspite of being totally overwhelmed. She should get a raise.
The owners of the hotel should have called in some help for Kristin. Very poor management k
ELECTRONIC KEY PROBLEMS. A/C / HEAT DIDN'T WORK , PHONES WENT OUT MAINTENANCE COULD NOT FIX ANY OF ABOVE.
The location of the town is close to Grand Canyon Skywalk. I like that the sink is outside the toilet/bath so that even though when somebody is taking a shower, the other still can use the sink outside. We had the double queen bed (just 2 of us) for a good price. The night staff was more friendly and helpful that the day staff. I was made to wait a long time for the invoice to be printed out while she was on the phone. Breakfast was good. I had the eggs done in an omelette. It was delicious.
A small town where most restaurants was closed at 9pm. We had to drive to Sonic drive thru which is just next door actually and bought our takeaway. There is no complimentary mineral water and the water dispenser at the reception is always empty (whole night and the next morning). The staff was not helpful in that she said unapologetically that we just have to wait till they replenish the tanks. Well, I ended up drinking water straight from the tap. Our room was quite a distance away from the front desk though we can park our car right on our doorstep. There is a train running quite close to the hotel at all hours.
Motel & Restaurant...
Always clean. Staff was pure and helpful. Server was GREAT.
The bathroom fan was noisy. Needs replacing.
Comfort of bed. Breakfast in morning excellent choices. Restraunt on location very convienient. House keeping staff Annette very helpful.
Heater was dirty and very dusty when started up.dust every where.couple of bugs in the bed alive one dead in restroom.dead bugs on floor by headboard.I helped Annette housekeeping clean wall heater throughly.all caused by renovation go on just forgetting the little things.Forgiven will be back.
The room was great - while we were there they had the grand opening of there full service kitchen (which was great for breakfast) plus a nice bar area
Spacious and cosy rooms. Adjacent bar and restaurant. Pool.
This is a facility in process of being upgraded. A new restaurant sports bar has just been opened. The free breakfast is ordered from several choices on the menu in the restaurant.
Staff is helpful but need training. When we checked in the water was off in our room. We had to call and ask about it. Normally I would expect to be warned about that when I checked in. All rooms are accessed from an inner court yard with parking on the outside, necessitating a fairly long walk from your car to the room. The room was large but kind of a hodge podge. It just looked and felt thrown together. The room had a couch jammed in which is nice but the result is no bedside table on one side of the bed. Our breakfast in the restaurant was accompanied by the sound of drilling so loud you couldn't talk. Even though there was only on other occupied table it took over 15 minutes for our breakfast to be served.. During our meal the manager interrupted a server at a table to ask her to do him a favor. The staff is willing but they are not being well trained.
