Best Western Main Street Inn  

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good and the service quick, even though there was a party and it was full.

The hotel is located only 1 block from the homeless shelter and one street was blocked by homeless. It is a little intimidating. The room for the most part was clean; however, the coffee pot was disgusting - hadn't been clean. The shower in the bathroom had hair on the wall. The icemaker didn't work.

I was in town to attend a 3-day Property Management class and a cram course then take the test to obtain my Property Management permit. I selected Best Western because of their reputation and I selected this one because the location was close to the facility where I the class was held. The room was comfortable and clean but what I liked best was the friendly, helpful attitude of the employees.. As I was booking my room through booking.com I called the motel to make sure it would be non-smoking. I told her how much I was paying and asked if I could get a better rate by booking directly. She said that was a really good deal so I finalized the booking through the website. What impressed me is although she knew I paid so much less than their normal rates she treated me as through I was their best-paying customer! I stayed for fournights, Friday, Aug. 19th through Monday Aug. 22nd. Although I live in Sun City Summerlin I chose to stay in town so I could focus on my goal. It was iimportant for pass the Property Management test as I just opened a new real estate corporation called Las Vegas Home Team, Inc. and I had a client waiting for me to manage her property. It was a very intense five days and it was critical for me to be well rested. I slept very well except for one instance. On Saturday night at 3:30 am I was awakened by some young folks who were making noise outside. It went on for awhile so I called the front desk and he answered immediately. Although my room was the fartest away from the office (139) he was out there in no time to handle the situation. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Super friendly staff, super clean!

The washing machines are really bad! We used them both and they both made or clothes go baggy!!

Great hotel, location is ok, just nothing around, but with a car your good, Great food in restaurant on premises

Room was easily accessible to the car park, we parked right outside the door which made it easy to move in our luggage. The check out time of midday was good as we needed to rest up after many hectic days touring. Staff were friendly and courteous.

The hot water system must have been a long way from our room as it took nearly 10 minutes from turning the tap on to when the hot water arrived.

Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Gleich im Anschluss kam der "Hausmeister" vorbei und erklärte uns noch einmal alle Funktionen und reparierte am nächsten Morgen sofort das Licht am Schreibtisch. Es war zusätzlich zum Schreibtisch ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen vorhanden. Hier konnte man auch mal gemütlich sitzen oder eine Kleinigkeit essen.

Die Umgebung ist etwas heruntergekommen. Wir haben uns in der Dunkelheit nicht zu Fuß auf die Straße getraut. In der Toilette/Bad roch es immer, als würde jemand 24 Stunden am Tag Zigaretten rauchen. Ein extremer Nichtraucher, der eher einen laufenden Dieselmotor akzeptiert damit das Auto weiter gekühlt wird, wird bei diesem Geruch nur die Flucht übrig bleiben.
