Really enjoyed the brewery.
I know casinos want folks out of their rooms but I would like to see in-room coffee for the morning.
room value buffet, excellent price and great selection convenient and free parking
highway traffic noise in the room failed to clean room one day lineups at buffet the beer brewed on the premises
The hotel has classical flair in the common areas. Room was large. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet is cheap and very good.
The train banging three times a night. Would wake you up out of a dead sleep. Requested non-smoking room, got an ash-tray. Needs a face-lift.
The room was very clean. Good food and beer at the restaurant inside. The parking was provided for free and we always found a parking place.
The hotel is placed near a highway and an the noise from cars is very loud. We switched rooms because of this, but on the other side there was some construction work even at night, which proved to be just as noisy. Had a hard time sleeping because of this. The hotel's rooms have common inside doors, so each two rooms are connected and you can hear all the noise from the room next to you. That is bad design. As we switched rooms with a smoking room (being non-smokers, but only having this option for getting a less noisy room), the doors between our room and the next one allowed for all the smoke to come in from our neighbours.
Great place for the money. Could use a face lift but very nice for it's age. We plan another trip to LV in the future and will stay at tha MSS.
Buffet was lacking in selections the night we went, although still OK for the price.
Price below other famous hotels. Great Brewing at the location. Good restaurants.
Far from the main hotels and attractions. No shuttle to main attractions. No free WiFi. Close to train way and highway, with a considerable noise inside the rooms.
Good location Free parking Large room Nice bed
$10 per day for WiFi access
location and buffet
had to leave
This hotel is great for travelers that don't want a huge resort to stay in....it was a comfortable stay...beds need to be more higher up and updated also more dust on the furniture than desired ....best buffet for the price we really luved the place ....we will be back :)
Too must dust and beds
I was close to the fremont experience and saved some money being off site a couple of streets
Buffet at Main St was superb. Liked the "home" feeling i had when there.
Bj dealer(who will remain nameless) was having a very, very bad day as she never once made me feel like I should be enjoying to gamble. Had some confusion when settling up the bill which I had already paid for online weeks ago.
This hotel has a pretty cool interior (looks like an old train station), rooms are clean AND BUFFET IS ONE OF THE BEST IN VEGAS
Slot machines were old and ugly, casino itself is pretty bad. But as we were not gambling I didn't care much for that.
No microwave, no coffee maker. Wifi is 10$ per day per laptop/phone. Old rooms. Third time in Vegas, worst hotel
We were in Vegas for NYE and New Year's Day so just a short visit. We attended the Freemont NYE experience so this was an affordable location and a super quick walk. We had a gorgeous view of tte mountains. We over looked the freeway which was noisy but didn't really bother our sleep at all. The beds were super comfy and having a fridge in our room was a nice bonus. The buffet at the hotel is delicous and very reasonable. We would stay here again.
Casino is smokier than the newer casinos as they don't seem to have as good of ventilation.
The room was very nice and roomy.
The noise from the highway was really loud.
The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice size tv.
The smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke, but it was supposed to be a non smoking floor. I had to go buy my own air freshener. The bathroom fixtures in the shower/tub we're loose, cracks around the tub, yellow stains/black stains on the popcorn ceiling in the bath area. The vent in the bathroom area had dust in it, one of the light bulbs over the sink was out, the lamp in the living area was leaning like the Tower of Piza. No one ever came to do our beds even though I put the maid service on my door.
I really enjoyed my stay at Main Street!!! Its walking distance from downtown Las Vegas. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean!!! Excellent hotel at an excellent price : )
Great food at the both the Buffet and the Micro-Brewery. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Centrally located to Fremont Street activities.
No fault to Main Street Station, but street was torn up out front and hard to drive and walk to Fremont Street.
There was no dust anywhere. The rooms were nice, great value. Good location in downtown.
Didn't like the road construction out front, but I'm understand that stuff has to be done.
I loved the location, not in the heart of downtown so it wasn't a mess. Restaurants were great and the feel was very old school luxurious. Bar was pretty good as well
Windos completely lack sound isolation. The train tracks are within 100m (or less) from the room, as is the highway. Some of the largest interstate trains frequent this route. Enjoy.
Loved the brewery. Good prices, big menu.
My room was very noisy - loud AC fan and I overlooked the freeway.
the bed was comfortable
Parking a distance away. Train noise.
Dirty....uncomfortable. rude staff. Their so called award winning buffet was disgusting. Will never stay there again and will let everyone I know that next to circus circus this hotel is the worst!
Location, nicer than most hotels in downtown.
Pillows were to hard.
