The bartenders were very nice and helpful. The room was not ready at the 4:00 check in. We waited until after 5:00 to get in the room. We had a concert that started at 5 and we needed to get ready. The lady at check in offered for us to get ready in the lobby bathroom. No apology was made for the inconvenience, she just acted as if it was just our problem. We were all very upset about the situation and were late to the concert and missed the band that I really went to the concert to see. The room also had a leak from the dishwasher and there was water all over the kitchen floor. Dirty water was also left in the sink. Overall the stay was a disaster..
