The staff was excellent. The person at the front desk in the mornings is friendly, helpful and happy. Loved seeing her every day.She is an African American and I unfortunatley did not get her name.The room was actually laid out well for our purpose also. The bath room had a very sour smell,did not meet our expectations in cleanliness.

Stopped here on the way back to Orlando airport. It was very convenient location for the PGA golf club and an easy drive to downtown port st lucie. Facilities were fairly basic but it served our purpose and the room rate was heavily discounted - wouldn't have paid full rate advertised though. Orange squash for breakfast was a disappointed and there was some pealing wallpaper in the bathroom.

cassandra the beautiful lady at reception was fantastic. went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. anything i needed she herself took the time to accomindate me. she is a true employee who loves her job and takes great pride in working there. always had a smile and took the time to ask about my day. every hotel should have a cassandra working for them. some nights a little noisey. they were preparing for the baseball players arrival for spring training and changing the furniture in the rooms.

Location. If satidifed wuold ahve stayed agin but not satidfied, since I need to be in this location often Smelly, dirty carpets, (palmetto bugs), poor room located by the outside smokers area, and we are not somoker, therefor no privacy as windows looked directly at the covered patiosmokers area, poor breakfastt-would have liked at least a hard boiled egg.

Room size was great. Maids easy to communicate with. Spoke english well. Not much for kids ro do. Hotel computer off limits. Nothing for them to do. My kids were bored.

It was very close to the pga Learning Facility which was the purpose of my trip. On a second note, they have to put less clorax on their laundry process. The pillows were too small! And again, too much clorax on the bed sheets
