Extremely expensive parking, continental breakfast for 14$ per person, very loud air-conditioner, strange unpleasant smell in the room and corridor

The warm welcome we got from Elijah at reception and the opportunity to check in early. Also loved the pool at the Mozaic.

Being told that we were being upgraded but not being told it wasnt free (we booked a room for $170 a night and ended up paying $185. Still with it but a bit tricky. Also the bathroom was pretty but impractical.

The staff were great, location fabulous, not too over priced. Champagne in reception!

Noise from every room, inc 3am from downstairs. Not a great breakfast.

Location is excellent. Ample parking, altho' a bit pricey for overnight. Good "feel" to the place. Quite nice continental breakfast at competitive price as compared to restaurants in vicinity.

The window in wall between bathroom and bed / sitting area. What were they thinking?! Please, Maison 140, at least frost the glass all the way to the top! Better still, put something opaque instead of glass. The bathroom light is like a searchlight when turned on at 2:00AM.

The hotel is located in a very safe neighboorhood in Beverly Hills, which is great! Also is a very nice hotel boutique...

Staff was very friendly. Recommended good restaurants. Hotel was very quiet, at least when we were there. Within walking distance from restaurants and shopping. Rodeo drive.

Hotel charges extra to park. That should come with stay.

They are a thief, they charge a breakfast under my name and the signature in my my name but not the same of mine, who knows my room and my full name only the staff who work and that day me and my husband we are sleeping and we didn't order a breakfast at all

Fantastic service and a very cosy hotel, room was only small but that was all we needed. Great location for shopping, easy to walk around. The other hotel around the corner which is affiliated with was also fantastic and a beautiful place to go and have a drink!

The lift was a bit annoying with the opening door, not a problem though.

It was cute and had good design.

Small and older. I like old hotels, but this seemed like it was an outdated hotel that was basically just wallpapered over. I wanted to love it and probably would have overlooked it if I hadn't paid $400 for a 300 square foot "larger" room.

The staff is exceptionally friendly. I've stayed here multiple times and have always had consistently wonderful service.

The location is superior.

There was no one there to valet our car, especially since guests are charged $28 per day to self park.

We have stayed between 29 November 2012- 5 December 2012. Everything was very good until the day of departure. We went to the airport by taxi which is organized by the hotel but when I took the flight I realized jewelry box was not in my bag. In view of the possibility of dropping it in the hotel room or in the hotel lobby or in the cab, I called the hotel by phone immediately after the landing of the plane and later wrote an email., but I did not get no answer from the hotel in this regard. The jewels were very precious to me in terms of both their material and familial value. I'm so sorry about that now.

Very small rooms and bathrooms. Very tight fit, would not call this cosy. My room was next to the stairwell so noise could be heard every time the stair door was opened. Lack of porters to assist with luggage......very small lift requiring several trips if you have excess luggage Wi Fi randomly working in rooms
