Homemade yogurt was wonderful!
Could have more choices for breakfast.
Good location in Beverly Hills- close to Rodeo Drive .Some small local shops nearby for breakfast etc if you don't have a car.Staff were very helpful with information.
Rooms small for two people. As we were travelling on to several countries we had a bit of luggage. So with two suitcases in the room there wasn't much room for anything else. Bathroom has a clear wall panel between bedroom - might be uncomfortable if travelling with a friend!suggest to have breakfast outside as more choice and better value.
Very friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable facility and very good location ..
Loud and bit noisy air condition ..
Tiny rooms Very dark Annoying staff
The location is so close to the main street of Beverly Hills and have a nice and big shopping mall near just 15-20 mins walk form the hotel
Beds Size Lighting
lobby decor; silent movie at night
water dripping on us as exiting the room door from above air conditioner… even after they said it was fixed.. they idin't think it was too big of a deal…bad customer service I would call this
excellent bed linens, very comfortable
$28 for parking - no street parking in Beverly Hills
Massive comfortable bed Quiet location but still within a short walk of Rodeo Drive. Free Honeymoon Cava Convienient parking
Parking Charges - but then this is Beverly Hills...
Friendly helpful staff, Characterful building. Good quality continental breakfast
Sound of air conditioning.
- Staff was kind and very helpful, - nice big and comfortable bed, - location perfect
- The room smelled awkward - The shower was really too small and the water never got warm - the noise of the Airco kept you awake and you couldn't turn down the fan. When you turned the Airco off altogether there was a generator somewhere outside as a back-up to keep you out of your sleep. Fix this and I would go back next time I needed a hotel in Beverly Hills
Good location. Convenient to Beverly hills and hollywood
Loved the Decor and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants.
The bathroom was a little on the small side but still very functional!
The rooms and bathrooms are very very small. A person could barely fit in the bathroom
I liked the staff, they were really helpful and friendly all the time.
I think the bed size is a bit too much for a smaller room, okay I was alone so that might be the problem :)
The position, First of alla, because very near ti rodeo drive e Santa Monica blv and whilshire drive. The hotel itself former house of star of Star of Hollywood , very nice and very particulary
the hotel very nice small but have all that you need in very freandly stuff close to airport
the hotel take 30 $ for parking in the hotel parking
Great location, staff and the most comfortable beds!!!
The staff at check in, the service from Roberto during the breakfast, the room's cleanliness and the hotel's prime location.
$28 parking, the small shower
I loved the localization. People were nice. Hotel clean and beautiful. Good price. Approved!
It was hard to have help with our luggages.
Funky decor. continental breakfast. definitely form vs function
The air con was loud. The toilet ran quite often. Pillows were mushy. no towel rack in the bathroom.
Excellent staff, very comfortable bed and the central location was perfect. Their sister hotel a 2-minute walk away had a great restaurant and provided very quick room service.
Nothing.....great boutique hotel!
best place to stay in los angeles
Location for shopping and business
Extremely dark decor. Everything is black. You need a flashlight to walk in the hallways and the reception area. The staff had very poor people skills, in particular in the little breakfast area the lady named Mila was actually rude. The air conditioning unit is up on the wall and it makes so much noise that I had to turn it off. It got very hot, I had to leave my room. I made my time spent in the room VERY short. The bathroom space is so tiny that you cannot turn around and the toilet seat is for children.
Good location and value for money.
