The location, restaurant, staff
Cost of valet....one of the highest in the Quarter
The people were very friendly. I enjoyed especially the staff in the restaurant.
Mold in the bathroom
I liked my stay here, but the only thing I did not like was how they charged me twice for a one night stay.
Walking distance to Resturants, entertainment, and transporation.
I had an amazing birthday weekend at the Maison Dupuy hotel. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is gorgeous!
Everything was excellent!
The staff was great and the room service was great..over all very nice weekend and experience. ..the room was very comfortable..
The charge for parking..should be no charge if staying..also the fixtures trim has surface rust that is not appealing..also did not care for the up grade charge for a balcony...also the charge for using a debit card...also update the room service menu...and finally take the water saver out of the shower head..
Bartender Joshua was amazing, as was all the bar/restaurant & valet staff.
The scam of charging credit card even though paid cash and their refusal to credit card back
Loved the waiter Ravi in the Bistreaux. He remembered us by name and remembered our preferences.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge gave us great walking directions to our dinner reservation and recommended two great bars to stop by on our way. He also highlighted certain areas to avoid if we walked back late. The parking staff was always willing to help hail cabs and offer suggestions.
The location of the hotel was the best feature of all. It was close to everything but far enough away to be quiet with no noise from the street at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was fantastic. Loved having free WiFi.
The bathroom was very small, but clean. The window looked out onto the neighborhood, but the window was so small and poorly situated that it might as well have not been there. The room, therefore, was quite dark. Neither of these problems were major, however.
Very little other than the bed and location
The staff were jet not interested in service for s hotel at this cost. Brunch not good. Toilet broken--- never repaired after complaint. Would not call cab when asked--- told to head outsde and hail one. Wife was knocked off feet by staff member in dinning room.
Pretty hotel just a couple blocks away from Bourbon St. Quiet location and clean. Nice bar and restaurant. Friendly staff. Short walk to canal St and nicer areas of French quarter.
Thin walls. Thin doors. Not very busy while we were there but this could be an issue if the hotel were full. Did hear people laughing and talking in hallway going to their rooms very late/early.
The property is very well maintained. And the entire staff were so helpful and polite. Great bar and food.
location, near but not to near room quite good comfortable bed
cleanliness of room, dusty, bathrooms not cleaned thoroughly, bin not cleaned at all only one glass coffee not always replaced only one chair would not let me have another
Location, free wifi
Outrageous price, very noisy (other rooms, street), extra taxes not apparent when booking, breakfast not included, of poor quality, and expensive ($20 with tip)
Highly advise this hotel. Very clean, silent, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Wi-fi is one of the best hotel Internet access I've ever seen.
Actually I didn't find any problems during my stay there.
staff and location
the room was dirty! I was there for 10 nights and they never vacuum cleaned the carpet. They wouldn´t even pick up the things that were on the floor. All they did was make the bed. Unbelievable! Not worth the money you pay. Noone helps you with your luggage and when you need a taxi the people from the front desk won´t help you. Need to go outside and ask the guy from the valet parking.
The combination of Maison Dupuy's location, the southern charm of the staff and comfort of my room made for a memorable French Quarter stay.
The breakfast staff in the dining room were not especially attentive and it gave a lovely setting the feeling of eating in a cafeteria.
Everything.... so nice
Everything was perfect
Location. Courtyard. Hotel aesthetic.
Was not aware when booking online that I had no balcony space overlooking the area. Hidden tax fees that I had no idea even existed upon checkout. Clogged bathtub. Overpriced but functional for the space allotted.
Staff, cost, location.
Beds too small, Buffet Breakfast not very good.
Every staff member we met was extremely capable and very friendly. The hotel bar/restaurant was bright, clean, and very comfortable. The courtyard was beautiful while the pool was inviting. Our three night stay was memorable.
Great location in the French Quarter. Surprised by the quietness while the 24x7 rowdy fun crowd was only a few blocks away. Front desk responsive to things like bringing up a mini-fridge and other small requests done with speed and smiles.
Such a minor thing, but the wireless was weak in a couple different rooms and not very responsive. This kind of problem happens in a lot of older buildings that happen to be built like fortresses!
