The decor, the buildings were charming.

The surrounding neighborhood did not feel safe.

Location was great, easy access to street car, room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the hotel layout and decor was cute and added character, staff was helpful and friendly, decent continental breakfast, and the restaurant connected to the hotel was pretty good!

Loved the central location on St. Charles. Close to the French Quarter and the Garden District with amazing restaurants within just 2 blocks! The room wasn't fancy, but clean and functional.

The bathroom needs new tile/grout and an exhaust fan.

The morning breakfast staff!! The cleaning and front desk staff were very accommodating.

Hotel rooms need to be renovated and updated. The rooms seem to be in need of new drywall, paint, carpet, beds, etc

Fantastic location!

The connected bar/restaurant wasn't up to par with the rest of the facilities.

This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

Good continental meal, convenient and reasonably priced parking, Bed were nice and large flat screen in the room! I also like when the sink and toilet are in separate rooms when you are staying with three other people!

I did not like that on the website (Booking.com) that it advertised that there was a mini-frig in the rooms and when we got there the hotel said only some of the rooms had them. The elevator was also out when we arrived and was not fixed during our stay... We were on the third floor!

Wonderful old hotel away from hustle and bustle of Frnch Quarter. Very convenient to everything by public transportation. We have recommended it to our son who is a regular travelor to New Orleans. Great breakfast and attached restaurant. Staff were awesome.

The hot tub was not working, my room key kept discharging. One of the bathtubs backed up.

Your staff were lovely people and were very helpful when we mislaid a piece of luggage. The room was comfortable.

Excellent location - right off of St. Charles trolley - very easy to get to French Quarter and Garden District. Staff very friendly. Nice rooms and nice complex. Will use again when visiting New Orleans.

Had some issues with cable tv the night we were there

The location was great. Restaurants and bars within close walking distance. Street car directly across the street, so easy access to the French Quarter.

The suite that we stayed in was directly across from street car which ran all night, so it was noisy.

Staying in Garden Center and not having to drive into French quarters. Street cars were just across the street and easy to use. Quality Inn was a very pleasant surprise in the layout and atmosphere. Got a good deal on line. Very helpful staff, but needed more help for breakfast.

Food always gone for breakfast and waited forever for eggs or things that had run out - even 45 minutes before end of time. Two lamps that didn't work and all but two lightbulbs not working in chandelier. A little musty smell, but seemed very clean. Rest very nice.

I liked the central location and vicinity to the trolley. I loved the gym facility (two blocks away) and the fact that each room faced the courtyard. The hotel has easy access and eggress.

I enjoyed the hotel, the amendment keys, and the management, Joss Olea I'm pronouncing her name correctly was absolutely unbelievable. She was friendly, understood our concerns, and Did everything she could to make us happy. She was one of the best I have ever seen. Thank you for a delightful stay we will be writing a review.

Great and helpful Staff. Location

Dirty walls in room - they desperately need to be painted. Very low shower heads - my 6'2" tall husband had to bend to take a shower.

Excellent location right on the St Charles street car line. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Internet was a bit spotty at times however we were at the extreme corner of the facility thus most likely the farthest from the wifi base unit.

It was clean and comfortable. Location was fairly convenient for our family's purposes.

WiFi only worked one of the three day we were there. Contacted management but problem not resolved. Had a refrigerator but no microwave.
