Just No, don't stay. Tuck the carpets and he room service took hours for towels.
Dirty hallways, nasty carpet.. Tuck..only plus is the location.. And food at outside rest.

We really would have liked a room that had windows that weren't blocked out...to not be able to see outside is disorienting. Also a fridge in the room and something besides a desk chair or the bed to sit on would have been nice.
Location was great..so close to everything we wanted to do!

Room was dirty and noise. Staff was lazy and never proactive. Breakfast starts at 9am and there was only one choice for breakfast with no possibility of changing it.

I mean kinda hard to change what I disliked about it, the walls are thin. The guest staying next door to us were loud at night & you can hear the music & talking.
I love the location. The staff was pleasant and helped me out when I deactivated my room key. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was very affordable. Had an awesome time.

I didn't like the cramped check in space.The lady I spoke with when I first arrived was very rude. The only person who was kind was Michelle the manager.other the that I would not recommend this place.
The only thing I liked was that the manager Michelle was very helpful getting us into another hotel and she even gave us a ride in her personal car. She was the only good thing about the place.

-Backstreets had party goers & dumpster trucks/deliveries at all hours. -Hotel room walls were paper thin, arguing & squeaky beds could be heard from numerous rooks. -Emergency stairwell doors were left jammed open 24/7 meaning anyone could enter the building from alleyway and access any floor. Hotel staff (housekeeper & handyman?) acted as though this was normal. -Hotel rooms were reasonably clean. I expected more for the price per night paid.
Location was great, right across from beach with restaurant on doorsteps.

Thin walls: you hear every conversation in adjacent rooms, the hallway, and outside the window. Dirty and old: Sheets were dirty, the TV remote had pubic hair on it, the toilet and the sink was not nailed to the floor, making them shift left and right, and couldn't even shut the bathroom door properly.
The breakfast that was included with the room was great. The location was amazingly close to the bars, restaurants, and the beach.

weren't able to make keys for our rooms and had to wait up to 20 min sometimes to get let into our room. should have had more staff to help out. always a back up at front desk.

I'll say this is a beach-motel. It's bare minimum place, but clean rooms. I booked last minute, so my rate was high for what I really got, but I enjoyed the vacation thoroughly, so I am happy! FYI- you have to pay in full upon check-in and they hold a $150 deposit until you check-out in addition to that. We had the last room on the 3rd floor and it was nice and quiet, but I can see during the peak season, the crowd get pretty rowdy. But it's South Beach- MIAMI- this is what you come for and learn to enjoy if not :)
This is right on Ocean and 7th, so the beach is across the street and all the nightlife is around you. There is a cafe on the first floor also which was so convenient. I found tons of restaurants on Washington/Collins and 5th Street, so if you want to escape the $30 giant-slushy drink and $25 appetizer scene on Ocean, there is a lot over that way. Best part: hop to the beach- perfect location.

Booked/pd for 2 bed room and got a 1 bed room at check-in. Switched us after a night but no credit even though the 1 bed is cheaper. It was loud/noisy(asked for higher floor) but moved us one room closer to street/same(1st) floor). Bathroom door didn't shut-had to lift toilet seat. Fleas all over room/dirty comforter!! Carpet-wet and dirty-not vacuum. No robes (even though there in accommodations). No cups to drink out of but you'll have an ice bucket! No wifi!! Hotel being exterminated for cockroaches while we were there..that was nice to see!! And forget guest services ... not helpful at all!! The one girl mumbles and you can't understand her! They do nothing to help and make you feel like your annoying them. The mumbler girl was supposed to have a cab for us the day we were leaving and it never showed up. I had to walk in the street and flag a cab down who told me the hotel staff have friends they call from a cab co. Who purposefully are late so you will miss your flight & have to stay another night... Call your own cab! No Pool!! It's a party hotel for late teens/early twenty yr. Olds! Nightmare on ocean drive!

-Hard Beds -No Air -Not enough Towels for our group
The location was absolutely great! We had an ocean front room which was beautiful. The only set back was there was NO air conditioner because it was broken and the beds were like rocks. The staff was very helpful and tried to do what they could. We didn't expect much because we didn't pay much so there was not much disappointment

emergency exist door to the basement is always open. Bug in the room. Asked for extra pillow, didn't get. Room not cleaned and staff hotel put " don't disturb" sign outside the room door.

small rooms, inferior bedding, loud surroundings, poor quality Wi-Fi , no bedside lighting, very small bathrooms with no place to put your things, not enough storage to unpack your belongings, housekeeping was very loud in the hallways in the mornings, no laundry facilities, in need of refurbishment.

the wifi is useless, the bed is uncomfy, is an xtra fee charged daily, they NEVER clean the room when you leave, you need to ask for dry towels, the noise is anoying because of the thin walls, the AC is so old

We traveled to Miami to rest and the treatment from the reception was terrible and extremely rude, we were with a child and they did not care despite the fact that it was very late at night and they would not allow us in the room. The receptionist at the hotel the following day was even worse. The room was tiny, there was considerable noise on the street, not curtains, it is unacceptable that they keep a deposit for 7 - 10 business days before it is released despite the fact that there we re no expenses incurred while at the hotel verified upon checking out. I absolutely recommend not ever to stay at this hotel. Bookings said that I could cancel or modify a reservation three days in advance and it was unclear when the 72 hour countdown begins. Check in was at 3 pm on a given day and I assumed that I had to extract 3 days starting at 3 pm. So, if I was expected to check in a 3 pm on a Saturday I assumed had to cancel or modify at 3 pm on Wednesday. Not the case. Never assume anything.

Booked a room with 2 individual beds, but ended up sharing a doubblebed with my friend the first night *** Toilet brush was under the bed - clearly visible - in stead of in the bathroom *** Internet was very very slow *** The included breakfast was sheduled from 8:30. At 8:40, we were asked to wait 15 more min. We ate breakfast at another place *** Cockroaches in the first room *** Room was never vacoomcleaned and new shampoo was forgotten at one occasion *** Much noise during night, but had expected that, so that wasn't a big issue *** Got a compensation on $25 after I complained. Conclusion: Poor management. So many errors are only possible if those in charge don't master their job.
