Overall, this hotel is set in the prime location of Zion, Utah. Only 2 miles from the Zion national park entrance, and 1.5 miles from the quaint town of Springdale, this hotel has many amenities at fairly reasonable price. The views from the hotel balcony are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and good size bathrooms. The wildlife museum inside the lobby was amazing, and our two year old son continued to go back and see it twice a day!
The only downside, and the only complaint I had to make to the front desk/registration and to the manager was the fact we could hear our neighbors conversations very clearly through the walls. Any conversation between them, on the phone, even snoring was clearly heard. I even went as far as lying on my bed and recording everything we could hear. It was frustrating because there was no privacy, so to speak. The manager was very receptive, and accommodated our needs, and told us that specific complaint I made, has not been the first time. She suggested when booking again, to ask for the "non conjoining wing of the lodge" There was a conjoining door, of course locked from both sides, but those walls were paper thin.
