Nice location and view. Rooms ok.
No breakfast. We had to go to the town where not many things were open and we had to stand in line forever. When u travel with kids it's not fun.
The hotel is nice and the room cozy. nice hot tube even in winter. very beautiful view on the mountain
No breakfast you have to take your car to eat in town
Overall, this hotel is set in the prime location of Zion, Utah. Only 2 miles from the Zion national park entrance, and 1.5 miles from the quaint town of Springdale, this hotel has many amenities at fairly reasonable price. The views from the hotel balcony are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and good size bathrooms. The wildlife museum inside the lobby was amazing, and our two year old son continued to go back and see it twice a day!
The only downside, and the only complaint I had to make to the front desk/registration and to the manager was the fact we could hear our neighbors conversations very clearly through the walls. Any conversation between them, on the phone, even snoring was clearly heard. I even went as far as lying on my bed and recording everything we could hear. It was frustrating because there was no privacy, so to speak. The manager was very receptive, and accommodated our needs, and told us that specific complaint I made, has not been the first time. She suggested when booking again, to ask for the "non conjoining wing of the lodge" There was a conjoining door, of course locked from both sides, but those walls were paper thin.
Location Springdale It had just snowed so was really pretty Laundry
Food and beverage facilities weren't good
Bed, room size, refrigerator, views
Restaurant food was fair
Great views and location
Absolutely beautiful.... But I have to say that my favorite part was the amazing man I was with! Xoxoxo
Location was great, views outstanding. Room was large with newer furniture and fixtures. Very comfortable bed.
The air assisted toilet was loud.
outdoor pool and hot tub. awesome views.
nothing, it was all good.
Excellent, friendly, service-oriented staff, beautiful views. Good food. Wewill come back. P
The name could not be more accurate, a majestic view indeed! Everything about the lodge is first class. Every detail was amazing. Even the bags from the gift store are such high quality we brought them home with us! Everything starts with the setting and the view. Then we entered our room and the decor was absolutely perfect. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. The gift shop had a great selection and the prices were lower than what you would expect at an onsite store. We had an amazing stay and I could not recommend a stay more highly.
There was no aspect of our stay that was negative in any way.
Location on the main road into Zion but not in the busy section. The rooms are nicely decorated. The off-season price was right.
Restaurant was closed for the season.
Everything. This hotel just has it all for a leisure traveller.
Our view was magnificent
Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Amazing view from the balcony. Just a short drive to Zion NP. I had the best meal of our trip in the hotel restaurant.
Most expensive room on our trip.
We had a wonderful view from a lovely balcony. Parking is good. Loved the room decor. Had a wonderful golden ale at the bar. Check-in was easy. Location is great with easy access into town and Zion. We were only there one night but we enjoyed our stay!
Superb location with amazing views, friendly front desk staff, excellent gift-shop and great steak at Arkansas Al's.
Pool is very small.
Just like the name of the hotel, the view of Zion is just splendid !! The hotel decor is top notch, quality furnishing, the restaurant is beautiful and very nice gift shop.
No elevator ?? Had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor.
Room balcony view, convenient to city bus shuttle
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Majestic View Lodge. The hotel offers every comfort and is set amidst the majestic mountains of Zion National Park. We enjoyed our balcony and the swimming pool adjacent to the accommodation. This hotel has character and provides on-site restaurant amenities offered by a separate business which we found to be quite acceptable.
Our only criticism was that our first floor room could only be accessed by stairs (no elevator) but a young lady from reception valiantly assisted us with our bags and refused any gratuity.
We were really happy with the rooms and the location. The restaurant was also excellent.
Excellent location with great view from the room & swimming pool. Nice swimming pool & jacuzzi surrounded by mountains. Wooden decoration matching the environment.
The service in the restaurant was not good, although this is run under different management
Was pleasantly surprised by the upkeep of the facilities. Loved the unbranded local feel of the lodge. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious (I had the Mesquite Salmon) and offerred a beautiful sunset view of the canyon. Outdoor seating is available. Finally, they host a remarkable "wildlife museum". I'm traditionally not one that is interested in taxodermy but the owner has a private collection of staged wildlife that is beyond impressive. I've been to the smithsonian and can honestly say the individual displays rival that of the natural history museum. Kids would love it.
I stayed for several days and the first day didn't require a room clean and I left a Do Not Disturb out due to that. They were gracious and left some additional towels and supplies on my door. However, for the second day due to from sandy hiking, my floors could have used a quick vacuum and a bathroom refresh which did not happen. Trash had been removed and bed had been made but that was about it. Regardless, the rest of the facilities were well maintained and clean. I would return.
A staff that was accommodating and friendly and let us check in early.
