Very good,

“ Excellent service. The hotel does not have people constantly approaching you trying to sell tickets to shows/events. The room has great lighting, comfortable beds, plenty of room in the bathroom and double sinks! Lots of outlets for your electronic devices. ”

I liked that the event we went to see was located at the Mandaly Bay even center, it was handy to walk there. The price of the room was outragous and no coffee in the room or rrefrigerator, also no t.v. guide. We did not like the price of all the food in the restaurants.

I liked the size of the rooms, and we liked the beach/swimming. The rooms were beautiful and breathtaking. I was incredibly disappointed as we are a family of five, and were told that we had to purchase a second room in order to stay at Mandalay Bay. There was plenty of room for 5 people in one room. The staff was unwilling to accommodate us. We wound up spending close to $700 for two nights, when I would have liked to have been able to do more in the hotel and spend more out in town. The reviews online made it sound like the shark tank and lazy river were included in the price of the rooms, which, as expensive as they were should have included a lot more than they did. Nothing is included in the room price. The charge for the shark tank was $18 per person, and we were told that in order to go into the Lazy River, we had to purchase the inner tubes at $24 a piece. So, as we are honest people, we did just that. And come to find out, 80% of the people in the Lazy River did not have inner tubes. Nor were they removed from the pools. There were no refrigerators in the rooms to accommodate food we had brought, either.

Rooms were large with nice shower and separate tub. Comfortable beds, tv in bathroom, nice window view. There was plenty of onsite shopping, restaurants, entertainment and a very nice pool area. Also a very nice parking garage for self parking. Stocked bar and fridge was nice but prices were high. Booking fee of $25.00 was added to room price in addition to resort fee. Overall still a good value for the price through booking.com

The hotel was amazing, the staff was very nice and friendly. The pool area was very nice but very crowded. it has good transportation, the monorail starts here and arrives in a few minutes to excalibur. 100% recommended pool area very crowded, be patient trying to get a chair.

I was charged an additional fee of $25. to use the pool. No one told me this prior to my check in at the hotel. I've stayed there before and this never happened. I'd like that money refunded. Can you help with this? see above

unorganized staff. Fees and charges for coffee pots, refrigerators, not comfort amenities at all. Was told they would credit 2 days of resort fees and was only credited one. Would not stay there again. For a luxury hotel there was nothing luxurious about it. They charge you for everything, even to get into places at the pool!

Loved the pool area, the atmosphere in the hotel and casino. The bars and House of Blues were fun, lively and had great music! The Spa Suite room is fabulous especially the bathroom. The resort fee!! The WiFi was terrible and I was unable to connect to it the entire stay. I was aware of the fee but it was not worth 25$ extra per day for unusable WiFi a newspaper and boarding passes. None of which were used. Everything in Vegas is so expensive these days they really don't need to rake you with extra fees.

Very courteous professional staff- generally excellent service, with the exception noted in the ´didn't like' section. Our floor manager particularly responded excellently when I voiced my profound dissatisfaction with management failures. APPALLING management failures: 45 minute wait to check in - 50 people in the queue and about 8 vacant check in positions: Total failure to collect bags from room on checkout - partner was left sitting on the floor in the corridor with our bags for 45 minutes outside the room after we vacated it. Bellhop never arrived. We took our own bags to the car. We loaded them onto a bags trolley at the valley pick up ourselves. We loaded them into our car ourselves. Not one staff member even noticed or commented. I have never experienced such appalling failure of resourcing at any other hotel, regardless of star rating.

Loved the upgrade to the 2 room suite even thought we didn't use the second bedroom. All our your employees are awesome, talked to hundreds in six days. Loved the pool, the beach, the food, the coffee, the shopping, and if you could refund a couple of thousands dollars I accidentally left at the black jack tables; that would be really awesome. Room and bathroom were dirty and the tub especially was full of sand. Room service missed half of our breakfast order which we didn't get time to eat. Valet is particularly complicated and time consuming. I do not like not having coffee in my room (but I know why you do it). Did I mention coffee is an issue across the board. Phones rang and rang when I called to resolve issues. Frustrating.

The service staff were awesome. Most we interacted with were beyond helpful. And the dining options were outstanding. Every time I visit (and it's been quite a few) you guys have the rudest, surliest dealers, etc. that there are. They could take a lesson from the rest of the service staff in the hotel.
