The Vegas experience without the crowds and casinos.
The yoga classes, gym and pools were a real treat. The room was cleaned daily to an immaculate standard. The staff were incredibly sincere, we genuinely appreciated their kindness and professionalism. We were so impressed with the overall experience that we extended our stay by 2 days. A wonderful experience!
We had wireless speed issues. However the IT team were onto it as best they could - it turned out to be an external vendor issue.
Free wifi Free valet if its not over night Good house keeping Heatet outdoor pool ( you can reach it through the Hotel) Outstanding friendly employees! Turn down service with complementary water & ice Organic complementary teabar in the morning (tasted awesome!!) Showergel, shampoo and lotions smelled really good. No Casino !!!! Short ways inside the hotel. You can use the fridge (no Sensors) Fitness room+ steam chamber for free. We had the cityscape room -Nice room with big bathroom . also the requested high floor over Booking worked perfect!!!! First Hotel ever which had a look at the comment field on the reservation !!
50usd fee for spa entrance Massages also very expensive Very very soft bed For a 5 stars Hotel everything looked slightly worn. Self parking is located at aria Hotel - you have to walk from there about 10min. Room buttons like "service" or "privacy" didnt work very well- be careful with that. Nothing really bad to say at all !
The accommodation, personnel, location were excellent.
In comparison to other hotel the price is high. The SPA (pool, jacuzzi) isn't include of the price of the room....ok, but the schedule for the outside pool and jacuzzi have to be enlarged....5PM is too early. About the breakfast, it was good, but I think that a buffet will be preferable for a hotel with 392 rooms.
Everything about this hotel was perfect from start to finish loved it
Nothing other than having to leave
Too small, deserted, lifeless, empty, no atmosphere, failed to provide a twin room, which was the one request I made.
The hotel does not have a casino and is for Vegas pretty small. We prefer this over the large impersonal locations (e.g. Bellaggio). The location is excellent, rooms are good and staff is friendly/helpful.
The room was wonderful, the decor throughout the hotel was amazing, the location was great.
Housekeeping totally didn't clean our room one day during the stay, and there was very little done about apologising. Also I forgot to pack my pink silk pillowcase on leaving the room, I always travel with it, and I was told they "hadn't found it"... For a 5star hotel, I would expect more care with guest belongings.
The ambience of the hotel was very nice and the location was very good, close enough to the casino's but not having it's own mad for a peaceful environment when required
Floor 16 that we stayed on had bad drain smells
The location was amazing, right in the middle of the strip. We were able to walk to both ends of the strip to see the main casinos. Wifi was included and available in our room. The giant bath was amazing and they provided bath salts. Even though we didn't have a 'strip view room' we still had a great view of the southern end of the strip. I assume the rooms with the premium view look towards the north end of the strip. This is a hotel only, not a casino. Which means it is much more quiet, settled, smoke-free, and the staff are not working on an agenda to get you to gamble and waste your money.
The doors to the toilet and shower and the walls of the ensuite are semi-seethrough. They have some panels that you can slide across to make the ensuite slightly more private, but still... might make some people feel a bit uncomfortable. Lights, curtains, etc in the room were all controlled by panels of buttons on the walls or through the TV. This was slightly confusing at times for a couple of mid-20s, technologically-capable people, but could understandably be very very confusing for some guests. There were some clunking noises occasionally (presumably from the elevators) and the door to the corridor was not very soundproof (we could hear conversations word-for-word from people passing by in the hallway). Some extra soundproofing would have been appreciated and would have fit more with the general quality of the accommodation.
I love that there is no casino within the hotel. Feels like a getaway from the unending casinos elsewhere. The staff were amazing and very helpful.
No gambling here. Just comfort and highly attentive flawless service. Great fitness center. Perfect location. Free wifi.
location, value, service, views
elevator design is cool but can be confusing.
Location and rooms
taking 2 lefts to get to your room is not comfortable
Very good, professional staff, lovely quiet location but only steps away from the Las Vegas Strip. Great food in Twist, terrific cocktails, good wine list. Very comfortable rooms.
The hotel closed the bar on several nights as they had rented it out to convention goers, this is a very poor show because some of these people were not even staying in the hotel and paying guests could not access the only bar in the hotel......very poor indeed!!
Not attached to a casino No smoking Top class Great location
The best meal by far was in the Manadrin Oriental
Don't stay here!!! I had to cut a holiday of a life time short due to this hotel. I've lost about £3000. But my bank in the end protected me, & prevented any further loss!!!!! The saga will go on for some time thanks to someone at this hotel.
Serene and elegant facilities and rooms. Large and comfortable bedroom, high tech. Excellent spa. Unattached to any casino. Staff very attentive and pampering without smothering you.
Pricey but worth it. I can't think of any negatives associated with the property.
No casino on premises.
Sewage smell in lower lobby all the way through elevator to 18th floor. Twist French restaurant was overpriced and disappointing.
Location, staff, food, pool area, gym, bar and view were amazing
Double lifts - having to change when you wanted to go downstairs No connection to other hotels
The location and calamity
Gorgeous decor. Quiet ambience--no casino. The spa and pools are elegant. Great free yoga classes. The staff are superb--always helpful and solicitous. The staff in the spa went out of their way to help my husband and me when there was a confusion about what hours the pool is open.
The bar has a great view but the service wasn't terrific and the prices are high.
