This hotel was absolutely great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We had a cityscape room and had a beautiful view. The room was pretty furnished and so clean, the bathroom very nice and the bed absolutely comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. Also the food of the restaurant Mozen was very tasty. We ordered breakfast to our room. The breakfast wasn't that good and very expensive for what it was.

The hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious, excellent view to strip boulevard. Bar with amazing view on the 23nd floor. Unfortunately we didn't have a possibility to try local restaurant. Amazing service at the concierge desk. Unfortunately I didn't find the reception stuff friendly. I was planning to stay in the Mandarin in nyc after visiting Las Vegas, and I asked the lady at reception to book a room for me, but she refused. The only thing she was able to do to dial for me a nomber of booking department, imagine my surprise when I understood that was connected to Las Vegas booking department. Do you have available rooms with central park view? No, only Strip boulevard! Anyway finally consierge did for me reservation. And special notice about room cleaning. I left the hotel at 6 am to visit Grand Canyon leaving the request to clean the room on the door. When I came back at 4 pm the room still wasn't cleaned.

This hotel is different from those other in the Strip, which are crowded and noisy. It has a nice pool and jaccuzzi, the staff is attentive and polite. Our dvd player did not work properly, despite the help of a handyman. The pool closes at 8 pm, which is early when you are looking for a relaxing place after a full day trip outside. Besides, the internet is not free of charge, which is not acceptable for the rates which are more expansive than many other hotels in the Strip (18usd for 24hours).

The good thing about the hotel is, that there is no gambling. The hotel is very calm, eventhough it is right in the middle of the Strip. The breakfast is to expensive, as there is no buffet. We have ordered a limousine service from the airport to the hotel at our arrival. It did not work at all. The staff is very nice, but the service could be better.

Great room design, excellent service, super luxury. Internet and breakfast expensive, no coffee in room, need to use 2 lifts to get to room, room cleaning move things around (with good intentions) despite telling them not to.

This is without doubt the best hotel I have had the fortune of staying at. Ultra luxe and head and shoulders above the casino hotels on the strip. Pure zen in style and comfort, so nuch so that we didnt want to leave the room unless we had to. The Mozen restaurant was top class and the staff wonderful. You will love it and located next to the luxury shopping mall it is perfectly placed for all that Vegas has to offer.

Every aspect of a guest's need was anticipated, and responded to, unobtrusively. The concierge, front desk, restaurant, spa, pool, housekeeping employees all were extremely efficient, solicitous but not obsequious. It was a pleasure to interact with every member of the Hotel staff, and the quality of all of the services were uniformly at a very high level. One of the most overall satisfying hotel experiences I've had anywhere.

Excellent location relative to all attractions on The Strip. We experiened the hotel as a secluded retreat from the otherwise hectic city of Las Vegas. It served as a quiet, peaceful oasis of a home. The description of the room was "spacious suite", which it in our view was not. Despite the 500 sq. Ft our perception was of a relatively ordinary room. It had a corner with a sofa, table and chair, and a bureau. What took a lot of the space was the bathroom and the wardrobe which were out of balance with the rest of the room. The feeling in the living/sleeping area of the room was bordering on crammed.

As soon as you stepped into the hotel, you will be welcomed by the calming atmosphere (unlike the chaos of other hotels with casinos) and professional staff. The room was immaculate, functional, luxurious, and modern. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others to do so as well. No free wifi.

Service is top notch, a quiet and peaceful oasis from the strip, from the moment you enter the ambiance soothes your soul - stress falls to the wayside! The room was well organized - can soak in the oversized tub and see the lights of the strip. The bed and linen was heavenly.

I really liked the Attention to detail in satisfying the customer. If there is am issue, they will put effort in making it right. Limo driver was late for pick up at airport. Tv was not working properly.

beautiful room with no casino; great bathroom; comfortable beds; quick check-in was sent email for preferences; requested high floor but put on lowest floor over gym; low pressure in shower; weak air conditioning; feeling is we were treated poorly because we didn't book direct; first negative report I've given a hotel; have stayed at Wynne, Palazzo, Venetian, Caesar's, Bellagio, Mirage and never was treated this way. What bothered me most is they asked for preferences and did the opposite. Why ask? I'm really disappointed.

Great hotel We had a early check out, call bell boy to pick up luggage, but phones were disconnected! That make us wait more time to get the taxi to the airport!

The luxury environment and hospitality of the staff The amenities and restaurants were far too small to accommodate the number of guests at the hotel. The main restaurant fits about 60-80 people, The wait for breakfast was almost an hour for a hotel that can host several thousands guests. Way too quest for Vegas. As part of the descriptions for the hotel, it should be noted that it is a specially quiet hotel and away from Las Vegas activities

“Enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, it was gorgeous and exquisite. The food in the restaurants we tried was excellent!! We enjoyed two nights of the Marquee club and it was fabulous having the ability to walk in without standing in line because we were guests of the hotel. We had a blast at the club and would definitely return!!! ” Elizabeth, Bowling Green, Ky |
