Mandarin Oriental at CityCenter Las Vegas    

Really the only place to stay in vegas if you want a chilled atmosphere.It is relaxing and well positioned near the middle of the strip. Always easy to get a taxi some times they will even give you the use of the hotels chaufer driven merc S class. Great views of vegas. If you want to gamble the aria casino is 2 mins walk. The pool deck is relaxing and you are well looked after. Much more exclusive than the big casino resorts and well worth the premium. The management here obviously know what they are doing and how to train their staff. We will definitely be returning soon !

We stayed here for my husbands 30th Birthday and We absolutely made the right decision my chosing to stay at The Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas to celebrate. I can't fault this hotel - The décor, cleanliness, staff and facilities were outstanding. The staff couldn't of done enough for us and were an absolute delight. This is the only hotel I would stay in in Las Vegas - it was an escape from the madness and I cannot wait to return!

Beautiful hotel, very nice decor and very attentive staff. Maybe too attentive sometimes. The pool area is really nice. We had a premium room which was supposed to be a strip view, but all we could see was the huge screen advertising the Aria hotel. But the room was very nice. It's a bit weird having the hotel rooms below the apartments. Also the lift system is rubbish.

The stupid lift system that you have to get out if one set into another to get to your room. And the fact it will not let you go to certain floors after midnight except via reception! Also a wide choice of tea in the room but no coffee!? The extra charges for room service:- when paying all that for a room why do we get charged a 5 Dollar telephone call!!!??? Plus 18% tax.!!! And typical for usa they expect a gratuity on everything!!

Fantastic in every way. Housekeeping service was the best I have experienced.

The facilities, guest services and management were second to none. A top luxury hotel, well situated on the strip. Great for escaping the hustle and bustle of Vegas, hence more suited to older crowds and/or those who want to stay away from the casino.

No nightclub, stores or casino the hotel. Overrated reviews by young travellers, hence slightly misleading (not from hotel point of view.) Slightly overpriced room and definitely overpriced in-room dining service, due to tray charge, tax and further service charge!

the interior decoration was fabulous, the lighting, the ambience, the bedroom was brilliantly designed and luxurious and sumptious. the staff were amazingly helpful, intelligent, on the ball and attentive.

The capacinno and croissant. Not nearly as nice as the Aria.

Amazing service and amenities. Clean and luxurious with a cost that is not much more than other hotels. It offers the quiet that is nice and the proximity to other venues to get crazy. Zumanity show was sold out online but the Concierge was helpful and provide amazing tickets the afternoon of the show. Would not stay anywhere else in Vegas.

Very disappointed with this hotel, although the hotels staff were very friendly, we were very disappointed that to have a drink in the hotels bar we had to wait to be seated. When seated we were surrounded by tables reserved, some I suspect not for hotel residents. We specifically booked the hotel for its sky bar.

everybody was wonderful, impeccable, warm, friendly and professional. The food at Twist was fabulous, the ambience perfect. The amenities were carefully thought out, the technology was cutting edge.

Having lived in many Hotels all over the world the past 20 years, this is one of the hotels I will always remember. My compliments to the hotel management and its staff for making our stay a great experience in all aspects....Well done!

Lack of towels, electronic curtains kept failing, tv checkout didn't work, shower handle bit broken, nice place but seemed you don't have bugs worked out, u billed my girlfriend too instead of me, so we had to sort that out just tonight

Simply Perfect!!!!! I have to say that hotels in States often disappoint us. You pay a lot of money for a well known Hotel chains and hardly ever it lives up to your expectations. Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas was a pleasant exception! Everything including room,location, staff, service, amenities...name it...was just wonderful! Skybar is worth a visit! Indeed, a highly highly recommended hotel!

My husband and I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Vegas for 3 nights. It was our first time to Vegas and this hotel was just perfect! The hotel didn't have a casino which was great as there are casino's on everywhere. The staff were brilliant especially the concierge. The bar on the 23rd floor was also very good. Views overlooking the 'strip'. The food was also quite good there. We had a premier room which was huge and spotlessly clean. The room also looked out onto the strip. We have no complaints about this hotel and would highly recommend it!

This is a wonderful hotel. It is beautiful, ultramodern and convenient. We had a late room-service diinner: elegant and delicious.

Everything else. The staff were faultless-incredibly polite to the point of greeting you by name everytime they met you in the common areas.The room was immaculate and cleaned extremely thoroughly every day.Although expensive the food at Mozen Bistro was delicious-will certainly stay at this hotel again.An area of serenity in the chaos that is Las Vegas.

Thought that the price of food was extravagant-$7 for a cup of coffee!!
