The staff and amenities.
Lovely hotel for all travelers, especially those who do not want to walk through a loud, smoky casino every time they leave their hotel. Do not miss the spa - it is heavenly.
We were upgraded to a lovely suite when we checked in.The room and facilities are impeccable and we loved having drinks and snacks at the bar. It was in the middle of the strip and easily accessible to many spots, and we loved that it did not have a casino. It was a cool quiet and elegant oasis.
Hotel provide first-rate service in a wonderful property that is modern, clean, sophisticated, and with great attention to detail.
One of the two tiny pools (the larger of the two) was closed because of construction. The noise from the construction made sitting by the smaller pool nearly impossible.
Great hotel away from the madness of Vegas. Location first class for all the main hotels on the Strip.
Difficult to get to property and more difficult to get to rooms. Newspaper was promised but was delivered on one of the 2 days late in the afternoon. Service by staff could be better.
Quality of bed
room cleaning can be improved
the location, the service, the Twist Restaurant, the views towards the strip from our room ..
Beautiful rooms, excellent receptionist on check-in , as it is not a casino it is one of the few places you can escape the smoke. Reasonable views. Very quiet room.
We went for breakfast and was told there is a 20-30 minute wait for a table despite being able to see open tables ( these would sit around 5 people and there would only be two of us). Its not acceptable in your host hotel, especially not a five star.Poorly done. Also a strange double lift arrangement is tedious (reception on 23rd floor/change lift to get to room on 17th)
- Concierge (Doug) was really helpful - Rooms were clean and great. - Prompt Service. - Great Location.
Great location Huge room & bathroom Beautiful furnishings Comfortable bed Great bar & restaurant
The bar has amazing views
Could not just wake up and go to breakfast as there was a 20-30 minute wait to sit in the restaurant. For 80 dollars we found the breakfast selection quite limited ckmpared to other MOs we have stayed in the world. Had running water notice all night in our room although there were no taps on. We could not eat in our hotel on NYE. For being a 5* hotel we expected much more.
- Location of the hotel - Very friendly staff - Nicely designed rooms
- Maximum 4 Internet devices per room allowed
Comfortable room, well appointed luxurious surrounds. Non Casino setting.
Poor service from house keeping on a range of simple requests.
The Vegas experience without the crowds and casinos.
The yoga classes, gym and pools were a real treat. The room was cleaned daily to an immaculate standard. The staff were incredibly sincere, we genuinely appreciated their kindness and professionalism. We were so impressed with the overall experience that we extended our stay by 2 days. A wonderful experience!
We had wireless speed issues. However the IT team were onto it as best they could - it turned out to be an external vendor issue.
Free wifi Free valet if its not over night Good house keeping Heatet outdoor pool ( you can reach it through the Hotel) Outstanding friendly employees! Turn down service with complementary water & ice Organic complementary teabar in the morning (tasted awesome!!) Showergel, shampoo and lotions smelled really good. No Casino !!!! Short ways inside the hotel. You can use the fridge (no Sensors) Fitness room+ steam chamber for free. We had the cityscape room -Nice room with big bathroom . also the requested high floor over Booking worked perfect!!!! First Hotel ever which had a look at the comment field on the reservation !!
50usd fee for spa entrance Massages also very expensive Very very soft bed For a 5 stars Hotel everything looked slightly worn. Self parking is located at aria Hotel - you have to walk from there about 10min. Room buttons like "service" or "privacy" didnt work very well- be careful with that. Nothing really bad to say at all !
The accommodation, personnel, location were excellent.
In comparison to other hotel the price is high. The SPA (pool, jacuzzi) isn't include of the price of the room....ok, but the schedule for the outside pool and jacuzzi have to be enlarged....5PM is too early. About the breakfast, it was good, but I think that a buffet will be preferable for a hotel with 392 rooms.
Everything about this hotel was perfect from start to finish loved it
Nothing other than having to leave
Too small, deserted, lifeless, empty, no atmosphere, failed to provide a twin room, which was the one request I made.
The hotel does not have a casino and is for Vegas pretty small. We prefer this over the large impersonal locations (e.g. Bellaggio). The location is excellent, rooms are good and staff is friendly/helpful.
The room was wonderful, the decor throughout the hotel was amazing, the location was great.
Housekeeping totally didn't clean our room one day during the stay, and there was very little done about apologising. Also I forgot to pack my pink silk pillowcase on leaving the room, I always travel with it, and I was told they "hadn't found it"... For a 5star hotel, I would expect more care with guest belongings.
The ambience of the hotel was very nice and the location was very good, close enough to the casino's but not having it's own mad for a peaceful environment when required
Floor 16 that we stayed on had bad drain smells
The location was amazing, right in the middle of the strip. We were able to walk to both ends of the strip to see the main casinos. Wifi was included and available in our room. The giant bath was amazing and they provided bath salts. Even though we didn't have a 'strip view room' we still had a great view of the southern end of the strip. I assume the rooms with the premium view look towards the north end of the strip. This is a hotel only, not a casino. Which means it is much more quiet, settled, smoke-free, and the staff are not working on an agenda to get you to gamble and waste your money.
The doors to the toilet and shower and the walls of the ensuite are semi-seethrough. They have some panels that you can slide across to make the ensuite slightly more private, but still... might make some people feel a bit uncomfortable. Lights, curtains, etc in the room were all controlled by panels of buttons on the walls or through the TV. This was slightly confusing at times for a couple of mid-20s, technologically-capable people, but could understandably be very very confusing for some guests. There were some clunking noises occasionally (presumably from the elevators) and the door to the corridor was not very soundproof (we could hear conversations word-for-word from people passing by in the hallway). Some extra soundproofing would have been appreciated and would have fit more with the general quality of the accommodation.
