Nice service. Nice room We had a plumbing problem with the toilet that I had to fix rather than waiting for hotel staff

Location. Nice staff in restaurant and room service. We booked the room two monthes before we come to the hotel. But when we came there wasn't any room available in this category, only for invalids. When we asked "where is our roome we booked 2 monthes ago?" the hotel saied "We can give U the room only tomorrow" They give us another view (not we asked for). At the end when we were checking out we asked to use the money for paying for the room that they already blocked on our credit card using the same code of transaction. The boy on reception desk says "Ok!" But the next day after check out when we were in another city this hotel took the money from our credit cart again without our agreement. So, for now they have our money twice! And we can have it back only when we arrive home and go to our bank! But we need it here while we are traveling! Terrible! I don't know who give the wrights to the hotel to take the money of the clients twice without our agreement!?!

Friendly Staff The bread with breakfast to much salt. The shower head was very bad, because i had to held with one hand the shower head t take a shower.
