The location and the staff are nice.
Everything else was bad, the room was awful, I felt more dirty by staying in the room , it seemed very ancient and not in a good way
The location is really good, near times square and metro. The staff also nice, all of them. The bed was good, but too big for the room.
The room is very small, deceptive picture. You don't have space enough for 2 open luggage. If you're allergic, stay away from it! I'm not, but the moment I stteped in the room couldn't stop coughing and sneezing. Very noisy, because the room is so small and near the door, which is the corridor for everyone to pass along, chatting and laughing.
The bed and the cover are better than the one at Pennsylvania hotel in New York. the staffs are friendly.
hotel does not provide breakfast. the lift is too old
Location shower staff character of hotel clean
The guy at the front desk was very nice and really helped us a lot while visited Manhattan. The location was great. And the hotel satisfied our special requirement about cleaning room.
The Wi-Fi broke down for the first two days. And for the second day the Wi-Fi was not very convenient to use. I needed to re-enter code after waking up my Macbook. And this is not needed when I stay in most other hotels.
Nice staff & location near from any tourism objects
The wifi connection is to slow :(
Beds were very uncomfortable.
It was near times square
Room was very small, TV was small, floor and wall were pretty beat up
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful - a nice treat when arriving with 2 smaller kids after a 5 hour drive.
Loud guest woke us up during the 2-night stay, however staff was very helpful and was able to calm them down very quickly.
Localization of hotel
First, hotel owner provided a very poor bedroom with 2 queen beds that was completed different of what make me decided to book such hotel. After our clear complaint about it, the agreed to change the room for something more confortable, but simple too.
no good lights no comfort
Staff friendly, location good, could have upgraded room and suggest that something one could do which would have been better for longer stays. Location great.
Just a very basic room with no frills if that is what you are looking for.
I only staied for one night, everything was perfect!! Great front desk assistance, I will definitely go back
It was just what we wanted. Cheap & cheerful. Fantastic location, staff were always helpful. Not luxury, but suits the budget traveller perfectly.
I thought the staff were helpful abd friendly, the room I had was clean and tidy.
That I had to pay for wifi, also my booking did not tell me regarding the tax but that was not the accommodations fault
Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Easy to go uptown, downtown via subway and walk around midtown.
Bit cramped and the 2 rooms we booked were so different. Lights were broken and safe not working until we asked them to fix it.
Heater doesn't really work. They blamed it on the "old water heater system" and told us that that's the reason that a space heater is in the rooms. Have to pay for wifi, and bag check.
The location of the hotel is very good
I didn't like the overall structure. Although rooms are clean, it isn't what I was expecting. I suggest that booking asks for better pictures on the rooms and the properties so users have a better idea of what they are getting into.
The room was clean
I had purchased a queen room yet I arrived and I ended up with a twin bed and a bunk bed and the beds reminded me of summer camp pretty much metal cots won't stay again
Building is quite old though so you cant expect much. But location is right at the heart of time square.
Room temp is too cold during winter. We were provided with portable heater.
pictures on the internet are nice, it looked like a real hotel. when we arrived we were shocked. it's a cheap, loud, dirty hostel, far away from hotel-standard. never again!
Very good value for money, nice staff and clean.
Room may be small for large parties.
Friendly people working there.
the noise, the room was smelly, no windows or fresh air, the décor, the bed linen, the bathroom - all was so so bad.
