Too much noise from bedroom doors and guests talking
The location was excellent and the staff was accommodating.
There was only overhead lighting - no lamps, and no real heating during cold. Our room was freezing and we had to wait while the small plug-in heater slowly warmed the room a bit. The WiFi worked poorly and was extra.
The staff at the front was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Walking distance to time square, Madison square garden, Empire State Building and much more.
The room was not super clean. You could see places on the ceiling that were damaged from water or mold had been painted over. The room definitelyko
Very good location to stay. good price.
facilities are a little poor .
I booked a room for 4 days but it was awful. Cold, humid, dirty and without any window. I had to change hotel the day after the checking in. Asked for a refund but they didn't want to manage my complains and only let me cancel the reservation for the following days.
The staff was friendly.
Our room was very noisy. Loud music made it hard to sleep. The sounds of footsteps, doors opening and closing, and the running elevator, awoke me periodically during the night.
Room too small No closet There was a TV but limited channels and snowy screen I haven't seen in decades. There's a desk and small desk chair but no comfortable place to set and read the paper.
è terrificante. sono sincere. keep out of this place.
Very old building and poor hygiene condition, they leave garbage bags and dirty mop on the very narrow hallway , small room, there's a night club next door and loud music till mid-night, AC doesn't work. For this price it really wasn't worth it.
My wife liked nothing. I liked the location
Location is great
Everything but the location
A really good location, good bed and excellent staff.
The access to the rooms is not very good but not really a problem.
I liked how cheap it was and a place to sleep since it was so last minute for me
Bathrooms n sleeping area were out dating and flat out gross
Very dark room. Tiny windows.
Too noisy to have a good night's sleep. Unreliable wake up call facility. Basic facilities like glass were missing.
The room was comfortable and there was an air conditioner!
There was no shower head.
It was falsely advertised this hotel is run down. Dirty, old, bathroom had no ventilation therefore it was moldy and rusted. Titles on the floor were broken and chipped. The linens and towels were stained. There was noise all night long.
Trash point outside hotel entrance.
Super helpful, friendly staff, whose local knowledge was really useful when it came to finding my way to various places, whether at street level or via the subway. Tips on places to find breakfast were good, too... But above all, the recommendation of the District Tap House bar was a complete winner. Thanks to David for that one!
How many front desk and housekeeping staff does it take to change a light bulb? I'll never know, because despite numerous requests and actually seeing a note to housekeeping being written down, between night 2 of my stay and checking out after night 6, it never happened.
Central location, close to Penn Station, Broadway etc
Pay more attention to laundry, sheets were stained
Shower had good pressure Clean Great location
Very small room Small elevator only fits 3 people. Room wasn't ready on time even after we waited an hour
The hotel is clean with everything you need. Location is great and above all it's a reasonable price for New York. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms aren't huge but bigger than I expected given the price and location.
There wasn't much room for hanging clothes or putting stuff away but that's a minor issue.
Location and price.
Good location to Times Square Friendly Staff Price
Not the cleanest Value for money The kind of place where you only want to sleep, but not the place to relax for a few hours after a busy day of sight seeing before going to dinner. Narrow hallways
