Holiday Inn Manhattan Sixth Avenue

Huone oli tosi pieni , ilmastointi piti kovaa ääntä, 3 kerros liikenteen melu?

The male staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the view of empire state building was awesome ! Comfortable and clean room with good cleaning service and great value for money.

Before arrival we telephoned to ask if there was a hotel taxi service. The female on the desk informed us no and seemed uninterested and unhelpful. On arrival at JFK we were approached by a so called shuttle bus service and paid $120 to get to the hotel. When we checked out, Caesar kindly arranged a taxi for the return to JFK and said this was a hotel service. We paid $60. Any contact we had with the female staff proved to be unsatisfactory and resulted in us being completely ripped off. The male staff however are a credit to your hotel and the reason why we would return in the future.

The staff is not helpful. They don't know anything about the possible free rooms. i booked a room on the top floor and was shocked to find out that I am to stay on 9th floor. However, I asked for the manager and after a while they put us on 20th floor!

The surrounding was poor although it was almost 6th Avenue, the price was exaggerated, breakfast was not included.

Hotel was a great price and in a great location. The staff were without fail helpful and pleasant.

Bed was sited against the heater and directly under the window which made the room cold and one side of the bed hot. 2 bed rooms should be slightly bigger to allow for space around the beds.

It was clean, personell was polite, I felt safe. The price is in line. Of course I would like to have this service for a lower price.

i found the staff at the holiday inn on 6th avenue extremely helpful and polite. which made our stay that extra bit special, which is rare in NYC... well done! the connection from JFK was a breeze also, everything was with in walking distance was a plus too.

Staff was helpful and prompt; also set it up so my friend could check in prior to my arrival in NYC.

If you forget things like shaving cream or toothbrush, you have to ask. Be simpler to keep a supply in the room.

The hotel is not confortable, the room with the city view isn't nice and very small. More over, the air conditioned made a lot of noise, and it was impossible to sleep when you turn the heat on . I suggest you to choose another hotel if you go to NY.

Very good for the money, But come on no tooth brush not any soap???
