Standard room was really small. Room service does not provide cutlery/plates if you order take out/delivery from local restaurants; will only provide it if you order room service. That was a big inconvenience.
Location and staff friendliness
Internet was very slow. No mini-fridge. They need more ice-machines, we only found one on the 15th floor.
Front desk very friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better. Awesome view to the Empire State Building. Very clean and nice room. Wonderful restaurant with a fantastic staff. Parking very close. ($10+ if you have a van or bigger car)
Internet didn't work. I'm staying here again a few weeks later and it still doesn't work. Staff is not helpful.
Only the location.
The elevator was not enough for the entire facility and also was very slow.
Staff are really nice and helpful, location is perfect.
Breakfast was slow,
No safe box, kettle in room. No coffee and cups provided after 1st night plus only 2 towels for 4 people room?
Size of the room, no facilities in the room (no fridge, very small wardrobe, very poor wifi connection etc), housekeeping service was poor, no proper restaurant in the hotel,
Location of the hotel.
Internet spotty and slow
Location, location, location!!!!!
Great view of,the Empire State Building from our room.
Wifi slow, but I wasnt in NYC for the WiFi!!!
There's WA's so nice at the front desk when we arrived there
Wifi is too slow
Great location, very clean and friendly staff, food prices were a shock, but that's not unusual in NYC for an upstate resident, overall would recommend to everyone and would stay here again.
My kids were frustrated with not getting WiFi from the hotel room.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Lobby could be more attractive Only 2 elevators means often have to wait awhile Bathrooms are small, especially the sink
Staff from front desk, restaurant and room cleaners were all friendly and helpful. Rooms with city views well worth it. Proximity to Penn Station, NYC subways very good
My only complaint was the bed. It was slightly uncomfortable
I like how close it was to Penn Quarter. So, much easier to travel especially if you have an early train. 8 min walk. Can't beat it. Plus it was so close to so many things I wanted to see.
Overall experience was really good.
Way, way overcharged for travel to airport. Taxis are around 55 USD, but the special car the hotel organized was about 20 USD more!! I have a feeling the driver ripped me off, but i was too sleepy to start an argument.
The breakfast was incredible, the staff were friendly.
Great Location, comfortable bed and walking distance to Eataly...what more is there?! Area is nice to walk around and easy to get to the subway to go up or downtown.
Nothing bad about the location or hotel but booked a car through the hotel to take us to the airport. On arrival at JFK the driver asked for more money than the receipt said. Not the hotels fault i might add.
The view from the room out over the New York Skyline with a great view Freedom Tower. Close proximity of the Subway, cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of staff.
Small room Internet unrelian
Location room service bed
I stayed for 2 weeks and the WiFi was non-existent for most of the time I was there. This was very annoying as I was there on business. The lifts were also awful - I was on the top floor and it sometimes took up to 10 minutes to get from the lobby to the room and vice versa Business centre is just two desktop computers in a tiny room - useful to some but when there's no WiFi it's just two glorified typewriters
The location was great
