自動販売機のミネラルウォーターがsold outになっていて、エレベーターで一緒になったスタッフの方にその事をお話したら、部屋までお水とスナッ- クを届けてくださりました。到着後すぐで疲れており、外まで買いに行くパワーがなかったので、大変助かりま- した。スタッフの方々は全体的に親切でフレンドリーでした。次回、ニューヨークへ行った際にも利用したいと- 思いました。 良かった点のいきさつにも出て来たことなのですが、自動販売機の商品の補充に少し注意してくだされば助かる- かと思います。また、部屋に冷蔵庫があると、良いと思いました。 |

Location is exellent for 1 week trip you can go to the top places in NY in just minutes, airport is just 25 min from this hotel by subway. |

excellent value for midtown Manhattan, updated rooms and clean the lobby is small, and there are only two elevators for 25 floors. one of the elevators went out of service on the second day |

Convenient location, small but nice room, nice TV. Good for a NY tourist. Even though we left a tip, housekeeping forgot many things - cups, washrags, coffee. Hotel was very prompt in bringing to room when called. |

My was on the 21st floor and I was not able to use the WIFI. Later I tried to use it in the lobby but it was still very slow. |

The location was great and it is close to all the main subway lines in town. The price was attractive. The wireless internet did not work. While talking on the phone, in the room, there was a radio going on and at the last day there where elevator problems that took us 10 min. to get an elavator... |

The location was very good, the rooms were spacious and maid service good. The call charges for using the hotel phone were extortionate - $40 for 1 minute to the UK. When I complained that I was not warned of the high charges and tried to ask for a breakdown of the price of the call, the reception staff shrugged their shoulders and told me they have no control over the call charges and that I should have got a phone card. |

Compact but pleasant rooms in an excellent location. Staff friendly. Amenities good. Quite a long wait for lifts, especially when checking out. |

Late room cleaning times. Also they forced us to change rooms then forced us to wait several hours to get into our new room. They advertise free WiFi yet it never worked. At $300/night this hotel was a ripoff. |

Hotel is modern, updated, the bed was very comfortable! Free wireless was great - flat screen television, our room had amazing view of Empire State Building. Staff was great, bar downstairs was very nice. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and I would recommend it to others. The location was a little far from everything we were doing, like, going to a Broadway play, visiting Time Square, Central Park area - all of those were way too far away to walk. It's close to Meat Packing and Garment District if that's what you're wanting to do. It wasn't a long cab ride, but it was annoying to have to take a cab any time we wanted to do anything. Hotel was great besides this. |
