自動販売機のミネラルウォーターがsold outになっていて、エレベーターで一緒になったスタッフの方にその事をお話したら、部屋までお水とスナッ- クを届けてくださりました。到着後すぐで疲れており、外まで買いに行くパワーがなかったので、大変助かりま- した。スタッフの方々は全体的に親切でフレンドリーでした。次回、ニューヨークへ行った際にも利用したいと- 思いました。 良かった点のいきさつにも出て来たことなのですが、自動販売機の商品の補充に少し注意してくだされば助かる- かと思います。また、部屋に冷蔵庫があると、良いと思いました。 |

They take care of my luggage before check in and after check out, the address location is excellent to visit Manhatan the housekeeping took an especial towel and no body of the staff did something, and the room are too small for 3 people |

I think it was probably reasonably priced for a Manhattan hotel in Chelsea, and the people were very nice. I didn't like that there wasn't a bathtub even though the shower was big enough to have been in tub, and I really didn't like that the shower curtain was too short - water got everywhere. I also didn't like that when I turned on the bedside lamp in the morning, a fuse blew completely, leaving me with only one overhead light (no tv, no cable box, no electrical outlets for laptop or cell phone charging, no extra lighting, no radio on the clock, etc.). |

The rooms were clean and comfortable for a short stay, however, they were far too small for 3 people and I wouldn't stay there for anything longer than a few days. The service was good and the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was advertised as next to Times Square which it definitely is not, it is not by any means central, therefore for a short shopping trip it is certainly not ideal. The rooms are advertised for 3 people but are not big enough, 2 of us had to share a bed and it was only a little larger than a single bed. One evening we ate in the restaurant, 1 course and 3 drinks each for 3 of us and were horrified when the bill came for over $195, we had eaten in Times Square the day previous with drinks and it cost a quarter of that price, they had included a 15% gratuity, not optional! The service was ok but certainly didn't deserve a tip of $30 which we had no choice about. |

Hotel is centrally located and can be easily reached. Panaroma from the hotel is very good, rooms are modern comparing to most of the same class hotel in NY. Cable TV is a plus as you think most of the hotel even still have CRT TVs in NY. Furnitures are very new, bathroom is also new and modern. Only two elevator exist and you may wait upto 2 minutes sometimes.I noticed my carpetes are not cleaned during my 5 day stay. There are complimentary coffee and tea, kettle but no water so it is not totally useful. |

Everything specially there is wonderful resturant and bar there, the people respected my deafness and visual problem that the increased the light when I sat there during evening and it was dark so I asked them to bright it and that helped me a lot.The workers there are wonderful and thoughtfully One thing I did not impressed that when I asked to stay until 3 pm or 4 pm cuz I had flight to depart at night and asked the hotel to let me stay few more hours after departure hour at 11 am, they asked me to pay 10 dollars mer hour after 11 am and I think they should be thoughtfully and let me stay few hour hours, I had to check out at 11 am and hang out all the day until evening without rest before my leaving to the airport at the evening. I hope they will consider for the next time of this. |

Very central and fine room They did not clean the room properly, after 2 days there was still some paper snippers on the floor. Shower showed traces of black fungus in the corners. Staff was very helpful |
