Kahvaltı dahil değil ama ücretli olan da pek yeterli değildi. Açık büfe Amerikan kahvaltı olsa süper olurdu..

Lobisi YOK.Odalar cok cok dar ve tavan cok basık. Restorani dararacik. Lobi katinda wc yok. Asansorler asiri yavas. Double odada banyoda bir adet kucucuk sampuan vardı. Vasatin altinda bir otel. Holiday Inn adi bizim secmemizi saglamisti ama yanilmisiz! Iyi ki tek gece kaldik . 2.gece ceki̇lmez

Close to 2 subway lines so I was able to get anywhere in Manhattan easily.

Staff very nice, room pretty clean, and I love at night was very quiet. I would like to stay here again.

Room very small, need a table to put the coffee maker.

I think it was probably reasonably priced for a Manhattan hotel in Chelsea, and the people were very nice.

I didn't like that there wasn't a bathtub even though the shower was big enough to have been in tub, and I really didn't like that the shower curtain was too short - water got everywhere. I also didn't like that when I turned on the bedside lamp in the morning, a fuse blew completely, leaving me with only one overhead light (no tv, no cable box, no electrical outlets for laptop or cell phone charging, no extra lighting, no radio on the clock, etc.).

I liked the reliability of receiving a parcel in my name and te flexibility of staying with our luggage after our check out in the locker.

Staff was very friendly. Great location for exploring NYC. Room was quaint and comfortable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable for a short stay, however, they were far too small for 3 people and I wouldn't stay there for anything longer than a few days. The service was good and the staff were friendly and polite.

The hotel was advertised as next to Times Square which it definitely is not, it is not by any means central, therefore for a short shopping trip it is certainly not ideal. The rooms are advertised for 3 people but are not big enough, 2 of us had to share a bed and it was only a little larger than a single bed. One evening we ate in the restaurant, 1 course and 3 drinks each for 3 of us and were horrified when the bill came for over $195, we had eaten in Times Square the day previous with drinks and it cost a quarter of that price, they had included a 15% gratuity, not optional! The service was ok but certainly didn't deserve a tip of $30 which we had no choice about.

Hotel is centrally located and can be easily reached. Panaroma from the hotel is very good, rooms are modern comparing to most of the same class hotel in NY. Cable TV is a plus as you think most of the hotel even still have CRT TVs in NY. Furnitures are very new, bathroom is also new and modern.

Only two elevator exist and you may wait upto 2 minutes sometimes.I noticed my carpetes are not cleaned during my 5 day stay. There are complimentary coffee and tea, kettle but no water so it is not totally useful.

The location, it was very convenient to the city, times square, broadway, 5th Avenue, Empire State Building and the Rockefeller Centre . The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was comfortable and close to all amenitites

The staff was the BEST!!!Friendly and always happy to help out with our needs :-D,my friends and I are planning our next trip and def going back!

Size of the room was a bit small

We only stayed one night but the room was comfortable and we had a great view of the Empire State Building.
