The Location was perfect The room was beautiful

It was rather noisy, could hear guests beside us and the heating/air conditioning was loud.

I liked that it was quite. The staff were so nice, friendly and helpfull. The room was beautiful.

I didn't like that the bed was very uncomfortable, room service was pricy.

This was an exquisite hotel. All the details were there. I wished I could stay longer.

Walking distance to/from the ferry. Very well appointed rooms. Bed comfortable. Room clean and good size.

Liked restaurant, but would like to see broader menu. Food however, was excellent as well with a great customer service focus.

The staff was welcoming. They could not do enough for you. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. The healthclub was well equipped and the spa facilities were topnotch! I will definitely stay there again when I go to Martha's Vineyard.

Quiet, friendly, clean NIce location in town.

Elevator very slow, lots of people coming in to use health club that are not staying at hotel. They should have a separate entrance for that. Room heat not great. Bathroom floor freezing. No place to park on street and unload. Nobody to help with bags.

It was a wonderful, inviting, warm place to stay. We had a lovely time!

Tea/coffee making facilities inroom were poor - try a kettle and better range of beverages with some fresh milk in the fridge

Great amenities (including breakfast buffet), nice little private balcony, lovely old vintage photos of the Vineyard throughout the inn. Good location, and terrific price (off season - don't know what it is in high season).

Everyone was so nice and the room was lovely.

The restaurant closed early one night we were there and we missed dinner.

Location is excellent with easy access to shopping and ferry to Woods Hole. Room was well laid out and very comfortable. Accessories and fixtures were of high quality. No noise and quiet at night. .Hotel staff were outstanding and offered a friendly helpful atmosphere

Mix-up on room the first night.

The Mansion House Inn was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved the spa. gym and pool. All the staff was friendly, helpful and curtious. We have already suggested to alot of family and friends to call for resaervations. On our next trip to the Vinyard we will definely go back to the Mansion House. The breakfast buffet was adequate,the variety was not there and the atmosphere left a lot to be desired.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. I would suggest this hotel to everyone.

The room was beautiful and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The massage I had at the spa was one of the best I ever had. The dinner we had at Zephrus however was excellent.

The breakfast was mediocre. Not worth getting up for.
