Ramada Plaza Marco Polo Beach Resort  

Proximity to Aventura Mall. Apt is simple but confortable, with basic amenities, enough for a family with no frills.

1. Hotel needs severe refurbishing: restaurant has the same carpet table cloths, etc... from its old good times in the 1960's: 2. The valet service (outsourced) is TERRIBLY BAD. Staff is rude, negligent, and muddy. Parking is across from Collins, so expect to see your car only 20/25 minutes after requesting it, if not during rush. 3. Staff at the hotel are "okay", however, a SERIOUS and thorough training program on all aspects of hospitality should be considered immediately.

On our return trip we stayed another night & the accomadations were even better

It was a combination hotel and apartment building. Smelled of cooking in my hall.

I was there for a short trip but really I thought it was going to be ok because of the price. From the moment I checked in to my departure I felt like I was at home. Jp at the Bellstand was great and helped me with my restaurant reservations. Then the Breakfast people were great since I was in a hurry and they prepared me a little box to go with some eggs and cereal. Loved it!!!valet service was great and the hotel is very close from a ventura Mall...I Will be back soon

Located on the beach, the pool was very good; big and lots of chairs. It had easy access to the beach. The hotel had plenty of shops, a great Italian take out place in the basement, and a good, reasonbly priced restaurant on the main floor. The breakfast fwas adequate - eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, etc. Staff was cooperative and helpful. The room had a full kitchen which came in very handy.

This was probably a first class hotel sixty years ago,but really showed its age. It was run down. Worn carpets, scuffs and scratches in common areas, rooms painted over numerous times. At $180 per knight it seemed overpriced, but I guess for Miami Beach in January, it wasn't too bad.

Nothing the stay was horrific!!!! The staff washed my room room phone luggage with vomit!!! I had to call the police for saftey!!!!!

The Valet was irresposible with my vehicle. They were asked not to move the car least as necessary they moved it 10 times side to side just to aggravate us. They washed my room and belongings with vomitt when I was not in the room The management did not respond or even validate this horrific incident I called the police for my own saftey. There eleators are all out of inspection and work poorly.

The room view was so nice that in a budgeted value it could be of unbelievable.

It was so calm quiet and clean that natural beauty will allow to rest your mind with peace.

We enjoyed the whole resort the free continental breakfast was great,we lived it defintely will return.

The room was great, the hotel staff were very attentive

My room key did not work all the time .The complimentary buffet we were given a hard time because they did not confirm that three adullts would be eating

Las habitaciones son amplias nos pasaron a una habitación con balcón, las instalaciones son muy amplias tanto la entrada como en el desayuno, la pileta las habitaciones estan bien equipadas y dentro del hotel hay una pizzería que a la noche te salva, un consejo no se dejen llevar por las criticas, este hotel esta muy criticado pero la verdad no hay mucho de que quejarse, la gente critica mas de lo que alaga

Al estar tan serca de la costa hay mucha humedad en el ambiente y las cosas de metal estan media oxidada, le faltaria un mejor mantenimiento, el desayuno es muy poco bariado a base de pan, y te cobran 10 dolares por dia adicional por varios servicios que deberian estar incluidos, y no tiene computadoras de cortesia para ingresar a internet.

отель удобно расположен на самом берегу океана. номера большие, хорошая звукоизоляция, соседи не беспокоили. прямо рядом с главным входом в отель расположена остановка автобусов в центр города и к шопинг-центрам.

очень скудные и однообразные завтраки. пришлось сменить номер 926 на другой. в нем были тараканы и муравьи, а рядом со входной дверью куча мешков с мусором. но к чести менеджера отеля, замену произвели без всяких возражений на номер гораздо лучшей категории с видом на океан. будьте внимательны, цены в уикенд за номер почти в 2,5 раза выше, чем в обычные дни.

O Ramada Plaza é um hotel que só tem uma fachada bem cuidada. Só isso, o resto é horroroso. O quarto que fiquei tinha móveis velhos e lascados, leçol rasgado, a água não esquentava direito e o telefone não efetuava chamadas. Os funcionários são antipáticos e grossos, principalmente os que ficam no "front desk". Na verdade, nunca deveriam trabalhar com o público. Nunca mais volto para esse hotel. Detestei.
