Our stay was excellent

Ocean view, pool next to the ocean, breakfast

There's nothing special to say about this facility.

The Atlantic Ocean.

The room had peeling wallpaper, rug seam coming apart, bathroom tile grout was filthy, very old plumbing, pool was a hot tub, too hot to swim in, staff some helpful but I asked for transportation to the port and arrangements never were made even though we were told they would do it. Old room 1108 in need of a lot of help. I would never stay there again.

Bed was comfortable, room with the kitchenette was nice.

Took 45 minutes to check in as only one person was working the registration desk on thur. At 3:00. I dropped something that went under the bed and it hadn't been cleaned under in quite a while...the provided breakfast was not appealing...running oatmeal and scrambled eggs, no meat and the rest was some type of rolls...so if you ordered off the menu 45$ for 2.....I felt like I was in a foreign country as english is the second language...I Live in the tampa bay area of florida and havent been to miami for many years. Also folks checking your site need to know there is a 18 $ a day parking fee along with the 13 $ a day resort fee and you only mentioned the resort fee...waiting 35 minutes for my car and finally took a cab. The staff was friendly however I had several functions at the Trump international and found the staff and surroundings far better.

Staff was very nice and helpful. good room with a water view for a good price. I would stay there again!

17% included tip at pool bar and inside bar and they ask for more 17 is ok

The valet service was excellent, very busy with car. Always on time with the service. The pool was fantastic.

We needed dry towels and when we approached housekeeping, we had to wait until she cleaned the room about 1hour. We would have exchanged wet towels for dry towels. But we waited to shower instead and set us back.

Lack of complimentary breakfast. Only scrambled eggs and potatoes, and muffins. What kind of breakfast is that? Crappy!!! Also, the room was half renovated. The tile floor cracked in places, the table and chairs were very olded and chairs unsteady. Not worth the $436.00 we paid for 2 nights.

The room was as promised ,great views clean. The staff was friendly grounds pristine .I would stay again

Location

Many things we didn't like, such as there are many extra fees, like $18 parking, $13 for using the facilities, breakfast is included only for two guests, if you come with children older than 4 years old must pay $14.95 for each child. Just to say that breakfast means only bagels, butter, powdered milk, nasty pancakes, it is very bad food, the list will go on and on.

Beds uncomfortable. Courtesy breakfast was not impressive no real selection. Rooms need renovation. We actually left a day early to change resorts.

if you have a car parking in the hotel they change you 18dls per night. But if you need your car, you can easy wait for 45min.

Me and my husband were treated poorly. The hotel wouldn't break a hundred dollar bill for my taxi fare. They we rude. And not helpful. No one went out of their way to help. The food was only good at the beach cafe.. They made us feel un welcomed.

The who hotel staff was UN professional . Unhelpful and we really had a bad trip it was both our birthdays. Plus our first anniversary and valentine weekend. We were really treated badly Someone from management was supposed too call us and never did. I would never go back..

It was located right on the ocean, which was nice.

It was dirty, there were $200 in extra fees / taxes when we checked in, valet was the only parking option we were given and it took 30+ minutes to get our car every time, loud / smokey, really needs to be renovated.

Next to beach

Complimentary breakfast very poor. Wifi reception poor. Both myself and work colleague received insect bites in bed and woken up early hours every day by knocking water pipes. We had to move to hotel. All reported and offered a few dollars off bill. Would not stay there again. Hotel needs some money spent on it, loose fittings, dirty bathroom. Very noisy with traffic but not fault of hotel. This hotel needs serious work on it.

Night managers are excellent. Valet excellent.

Breakfast. Chabad elevators thats one of the dumbest things I've ever experienced! Beach chair rental at a beach resort thats a crock of shit and the guy is rude. Mattresses suck. The exercise room needs updated badly.

Only the location

It was dirty, room full of ants; When I checked out they made me pay an additional difference and simply said that during check-in they'd made a mistake yet couldn't explain what it corresponded to! And the resort fee you're obliged to pay is ridiculous! Didn't even use the resort. Breakfast was gross...need I go on?

We liked that it was right on the beach. Nice beach!! The little pool bar had good food and nice staff.

Our first room was in terrible shape. Not real clean! Second room was a bit better. The first room we had paid for ocean front..they gave us the ocean view and charged us for the ocean front until we complained. The breakfast that was included was not good. We ate it the first day and didn't want to go back.

Bus stop outside allowed for easy access to South Miami and Aventura shopping mall particularly if you got the $5 one day pass

Information in room on facilities was lacking as were details on access to gym and Pool complex would have expected some sort of booklet on these as it is a resort complex. Resort charge should be included in room cost as you have no choice on this

Great location if you go for the beach. Guest laundry is convenient.

Many things are a bit old (paint on the walls, windows), and not really luxury, but everything worked without problems.

Friendly staff and I felt safe.

Bathrooms were truly 3, if not 4, star.
