I like the service provided , they seem well knowledge of the place and very professional.
Kitchenette was nice. Pizza parlor in the lower level was nice.
Dirty, cockroach in hallway outside of room, mold in bathroom. Staff was unhelpful and inept. Location was awful, there is nothing nearby. VERY NOISY, even all the way up on the 9th floor. Location does not have luxury accommodations like advertised, the one "restaurant" is small and sad, and so are the "shops." They will nickle and dime you to death, budget for the additional $10 a day "resort fee" for each room each day. Also, do not expect to buy anything for under $5, food or otherwise.
Good value for money.
Poor restaurant facilities.
Pool, access to beach, attention, king size bed, ocean front view
Decoration and style
I had a great room, newer than most, the washrooms mainly bath and showers need renovations, but all was good. Staff was great, I was pleased....
That it was on the beach......
Staff was very unfriendly.....Rooms were very outdated.....For the Money we paid I was expecting much more.....
The pool and beach areas are well managed. Visitors were always curtious.
Valet parking is too high.
Poor maintenence; bathroom, mattress and pilots conditions.
Nice view and location
1st. The 1st room was a disaster, duct tape holding the slider on the track. Toilet seat didn't work correctly. Moved to a better room.Nice people at the front desk! 2nd. I specifically called to make sure there was transportation available from the hotel to Sun Life Stadium. I was told they would take good care of me and my guest. BOY, did they take care of us! 1st shuttle we took was reasonable, the second from the Hotel to the Stadium was a RIP OFF! Could have driven and parked cheaper! 3rd. If you wanted to sit on a lounge on the beach directly in front of the hotel you had to PAY! I live in Central Florida and have never seen such a lack of concern and taking advantage of the tourists! It seemed I had to continually apologize to my old friend that flew down from New Jersey that got us very expensive tickets for the Green Bay / Dolphins game and I tried to reciprocate by staying at the Ramada Marco Polo Resort. It appeared I just kept saying welcome to Florida Mr. Tourist! I thought much higher of the Ramada chain of hotels previous to this experience!
Bus transport to another location is very easy
Breakfast must be included in the rate
Staff not helpful at all Dated facility
They are clean, staff is wonderful, Room service is amazing very helpful especially in the morning. The environment is very nice. The DJ Music, The pool is clean. Everyone had a great time. I hope Donald Trumph does not get to this hotel, I once almost bought a room there. My X in law had bought a room there many years ago. I live in Kendall and I just love going there. The price is right and I been going there for over 20 years so it shows the place is very pleasing. Thank you for all you attentions and service everyone is wonderful.
That is not mine. lol..
The hotel was extremely dirty and old. The people where very unprofessional. I travel almost every week around the world and never have worst experience. Will never recommend it. Not sure how can booking sell these rooms
The hotel is located in the front row facing the sea. It is an older hotel but the rooms are comfortable. Best Hotel is the staff working there, I feature Marie Housekiping our best attention and was Nathaly, she really makes the hotel more welcoming and return many times.
Las Almohadas no son cómodas
The room we got was comfortable and the partial oceanview was great. Thanks to Nathaly.
Nothing..we enjoyed our stay at this hotel for 9 days for the second time.
I loved the balcony overlooking the ocean. Having a kitchenette was convenient. The staff were very kind and helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool, and liked having the table tennis and basketball courts by the poolside as well! Overall, it was a good experience, and we had pretty much all we needed :)
I didn't love having to wait for the valet to bring the car every time we had to step out, although they did their best to be as quick as possible! Also, the kitchenette could have used some more pots, pans, and utensils. We struggled with a swiss army knife to open a can of clams, as there was no can opener! We only had a couple of forks and spoons, so we resorted to using plastic ones that we had kept from the food we purchased at the poolside grill!
Arrived there in the evening, they didn't even had me in the computer, I had to wait for 20 min for this to happen, then another 20 to check in ( I made the booking 2 months in advance). The staff at the hotel was so slow, they looked like they don't care for their customers ( it wasn't just one time, every time, different people). The room was ok for the money I've payed, but still not very nice for a ocean front (I can find a lot to complain but it won't change anything now). One other thing long waiting for the valet to bring the car back every time ( I really don't know why they even have that) It was very annoying. The resort fee was just to get more money from you ( who wants to go to a sauna when outside is 90 degrees) you have to pay extra for the lounge chair and umbrella ( I think it was $50 per day or something like that). The security guy wasn't very nice. I thought I've booked for 5 nights but I only did for 4, so they tried to charge my credit card without telling me, they only called when the transaction was not approved. I was happy to leave. I can probably find other things to complain about but I'll stop here.
beds comfy and room size good
Maids closet unlocked inside my room, very strange. Also no cold water in bathtub/shower, facilities had to come and fix it. Also my daughter got locked in bathroom, handle broke. Icemaker not working on our floor, they told us to go to another floor This hotel needs some updating and general maintenance. Mngt offered nothing for all the inconveniences, seemed something was always broken. Just fyi balcony no privacy
I love my Miami this particular trip I took my sons and we had a blast. Location is great right on the beach friendly staff and clean plus not too far not to close to Miami night life. Love enjoy your stay Thanks booking.com
Beach , room accommodates 4 comfortably , kitchens, value for dollar, nice staff .
Valet is disorganized, takes too long to get your car , the air conditioning in all our rooms was weak, elevators are 50 years old have no a/c , the hotel is in transition where half of it is very old and half of it has been updated , and last, the hotel attracts a clientele that is loud, indiscrete, and lacking class.
Great concierge service. Julio, was able to accommodate us. Pool, staff and beach access
Waiting for check in Young people at front desk not very helpful
The hotel is was the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The lobby had us thinking it would be ok but our room was absolutely filty and in need of desperate tlc. All of the staff from the pool grill, towel desk, front desk, etc. we're absolutely wonderful. The beach was very nice too, although we chose to walk down the beach a bit because it was much quieter. I could just not get over how dirty and gross our room was.
Location was perfect. It was on the beach. How can that not be perfect.
Called to request an early check in on the day of arrival was put on hold for 15 min 13 sec. Finally, hung up and tried again. Check in took over 25 minutes Check out took 15 minutes Resort is showing its age.
