Great concierge service. Julio, was able to accommodate us. Pool, staff and beach access
Waiting for check in Young people at front desk not very helpful
The hotel is was the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The lobby had us thinking it would be ok but our room was absolutely filty and in need of desperate tlc. All of the staff from the pool grill, towel desk, front desk, etc. we're absolutely wonderful. The beach was very nice too, although we chose to walk down the beach a bit because it was much quieter. I could just not get over how dirty and gross our room was.
the pizza store
Rooms not ready by 4pm, keep waiting for so long and the staff no really friendly. Old furniture especially the kitchen.
Nice location on beach with nice pool. Breakfast is great. Price is good value.
No on-site parking without valet service. Extra cost per day should be noted in your budget.
The location of the hotel The appearance It's a safe place for kids
There's no breakfast included
Location on the beach is nice. Price for room and meals is moderate. On site Italian Deli. Dinning room is nice.
Older facility showing some wear and tear. Had a hard time opening and closing the balcony door.
Ocean view very wanderfull
Some things is bad like check in at 4pm&check out at 11pm 2-all things on beach with money 3-not near a down town
The personal at valet parking especial FRANCISCO the argentine guy, very disrespect with the costumer TAKE OUT
The staff was amazing The room is clean and well equipped Pool and beach at hand Valet parking works good Kitchen ready for cooking
Few hotel eating options No nearby eating options so you depend calling the valet parking for your car and look in some other place
People is helpful, specially the housekeeping personal (Ex: Carla Romero, second floor) Valet Parking and reception also were very polite.
No to much amenities... We had two rooms, one remodeled, and other old. The hotel don't care to much for details. If they improve that things can be a good place to go.
The beach and the service
Location and building
Crowded parking when checking in.
Location is Great The beach was very good Nice Swimming pool
The service is not good The employees are rude and they lie in order to get more money out of you
The services from the staff were pretty great..There's this girl name Nathalie from concierge she went at of her way to make my family and I happy..if I had any problem I just cll her and of course she handled it amazingly..I'll go bck just to rcv service from her again..I'm a big fan of great customer service because work all day everyday with elderly people and I provider excellent service to these people and I rcv the same type of service..
The fact that all the instructions I had ask for when I was booking I didn't rcv them because the hotel never rcv that info because I booked through a third party..
Beach, pool, food, and the room were all nice.
The staff were rude and unhelpful. They need to take a course in customer service. From the beginning with the receptionist being dismissive, short tempered, mean, and rude. He kept us waiting an hour and half before we got to get our room card. He judged us on appearances and not that we were customers. On top of that the rest of the staff acted that way as well, despite the fact that we are all good tippers and hardworking adults looking to relax. All in all facilities were good, but staff were awful.
The rooms looked like private suites. There is a full galley kitchen with dining wear, full fridge, breakfast nook area, marble looking bathroom feel, romantic plush beds, and a gorgeous balcony view of the ocean and poop from our room. The pool had multiple-colored lights and was beautifully lit at night
The paid valet parking was an unexpected cost; I didn't have a chance to use the pool b/c I believe they closed at 10 pm. I'd prefer extended gym & pool hours
Bathroom was way to small
Room very large Ocean view was awesome Balcony was nice Comfortable bed Staff was great, courteous, and extremely helpful.
1. The IAU Graduation set up 2. the Tour around Miami after the graduation 3. The tour to Disney World- However, this have to be better organized. the organizers must not ever do the following: a) mix tourists from IAU with other "normal passengers" that stop everywhere causing a delay to all of us. b) never separate IAU tourists because they are there to share experiences with one another- why organize tours for IAU while you got no space in the bus?
1. Ramada Marco Polo management needs to be in touch of whats happening in the rooms( basically the conditions of the toilets etc.. etc) in order to prevent whats happened with us(room 1025: - 1st night - flooding caused by sanitary breakdown. - 2nd day - shower tap not working properly caused a burn to my kid due to continuous water running. - Not a very prompt response. 2. Lack of responsibility from the part of the plumbers( eg, after repairs cleaning the floor(dirty with human excrements)with the very same towels that guests use- showing no care on guests health( this is annoying: how one can clean this type of condition with un proper materials. 3. When we found out about the condition from other rooms with less or the same prices in better condition, we asked to change room, promptly accepted in we were given room 845 then, later on when we were ready to go to that one they changed to 1120.
Access to the pool and beach was wonderful. Had a great time. The staff was great. Explained everything to me.
Direct to beach - Room spacious ideal for family with kitchen 2 king beds a balkony
More than 30 minutes to South Beach to the Spanish way were life music or to Linkoln rd with shopping opportunities & restaurants
Ocean and pool were cool. Room was clean but we didn't have clean towels when we arrived.
Staff was awful! Not friendly or hel
The beach scenery and our room was lovely, very comfortable
The concierge staff were undertrained on how to get to places and where they were. I had been to Miami once before for just a couple of days and I had to describe where Jungle Island was for example. We also needed an emergency department at a hospital and they were unaware of where the nearest one was. Several times they told me they didn't live in the area so they didn't know which I don't think is acceptable in the hospitality industry.
