Easy to find; easy to access; sign in and out was quick, easy, and painless; rooms are quiet, dark, and warm for a good night's sleep; wifi was acceptable (though not great)
Rooms are sparse; facilities are showing signs of ageing, and/or wear and tear; the provided toiletries and linen are relatively low quality.
I loved how close we were to the city and the price was reasonable.
Location, location, location. On highway 99 with easy access to so many parts of Seattle. Double pane windows block out noise from nearby traffic. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is quaint. Continental breakfast included.
Wi-fi is not always reliable. Laundry machines take a very long time to do the job. Dryer is expensive at $2.00.
The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean (though did really need a facelift) and comfortable. We paid what we expected to pay based on our booking with booking.com. No arguments or issues with our booking. We really enjoyed having the fridge and microwave in the room as it helped us save on the costs of eating in restaurants. We bought a variety of food at a local grocery store and just used the microwave to reheat it. We spent about half as much on food as we would have had we eaten in restaurants for every meal. This place has great potential if updated and cleaned up a bit.
Furnishings and fixtures need updating. Things felt old and looked used. No hairdryer in the room (I purposely left mine at home assuming there would be one in the room). No vending machines (other than the ice machine) or snacks on the premises. Was disappointed in the "continental breakfast". Was expecting more that a bit of coffee and tea with a few pre-packaged muffins. Not what we have come to expect from continental breakfast. It was a bit too far from downtown for our liking. Though we did have our car, it would have been nice to be within walking distance so we didn't have to worry about parking downtown every time we wanted to go.
!) Courteous and efficient staff 2) Comfortable bed and pillow 3) Ability to block out much street noise; relatively quiet, considering the location.
1) Rather seedy neighborhood. 2) No coffeepot in room. 3) Minimal amenities in room for the money. 4) Only coffee and tiny muffins for breakfast. Coffee was gone early on.
Good location to the city and spots we liked to visit.
The traffic flow was only one way since there was a divider in the center of the highway. Not so convenient for going short distances and returning to the motel.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is remote but in calm village surroundings, not far from downtown by bus.Good value for money. Close to Greenlake Park.
Not very easy to reach from downtown by bus.Very noisy stay, neighbors' laughs and conversation all night was heard through walls easily and I couldn't sleep even though I asked for a quiet room.No kitchen facilities. Breakfast is only muffins and coffee, no other choice.Smelly rooms when closed.very basic
noise from road; no coffee until 8:00 am
Convenient location, easy access to dowtown and freeway. Great value for money.
As soon as you enter the room, you'd smell pee like tge one when carpet is really old. I wish they would update this.
There were nights that the place was full when we were there. For the most part the place met our needs while we were there.
Some things in the room need to be up dated and fixed in the bathroom. Some of the locals that we talked to told us that the place we were staying said the place didn't have very good reputation for cliental that stays there. Not sure if that still applies.
About a 20 minute walk from Freemont, where there are plenty of bars/cafes and a bus in to Seattle. Motel was clean and comfortable. Very basic, but we spent 3 nights there and were out most of the time, so suited our needs perfectly. Friendly staff and low rates. Recommend for short stays.
Was warned by local friends that the road the motel is on isn't very safe after dark, so taxis were needed when heading back after a night out. Divider in the twin room was broken (not a huge deal really though).
reasonable price, room 117 was very spacious and the bed was comfortable
Loud main street just outside, old shabby couch in sitting room, bathroom mostly clean, but walls needed washing and window held closed with elastic cord.
The manager was nice till we asked him more than 2 questions The room smell like urine and was very dirty Don't go there
It was quite and close but no to close to downtown
There wasn't a pool
We enjoyed the facilities and the staff was super helpful. Just what we needed for our stay - good price and excellent public transportation into town.
It's just over the Aurora street bridge it's easy to use transit to get downtown. It's a short walk down the hill to Fremont. The staff has always been very friendly. The last time I checked in the person at the desk gave me a discount on the spot because I was travelling alone had to book a room with two beds because it was all that was left.
The location was perfect because we could park our hire car for free and get a frequent bus into downtown Seattle.
The motel was a little tired. A bit of decorating would make a big difference.
We stayed and hotel facilities are average but value for money. The staff is excellent, very helpful all the time; either check-in, check-out and otherwise, extra service.
Location. Value. Clean.
price, location (easy to bus into downtown), staff, spacious room, hot shower, good free wifi, furniture a little outdated but clean and comfy, free parking
very slight smell, not to bad, but present. "continental beakfast" was coffee and muffins
It is close to downtown reachable by Bus No 5. Big rooms. I think the rate is ok.
Direct on Interstate 5 ( loud). Breakfast is just, coffee or tee and Muffin. Is not the newest one.
I am totally satisfied with the server expect Mr. Huang. Thanks your kindly help and patients. I will suggest my friend this hotel. Mr. Liang
Staff very friendly. Easy to city. Economical.
Decent rate at a location not too far away from central Seattle
Ended up in the room closest to the road that has quite a bit of traffic so yes it was a bit noisy. Also everything is quite old and worn.
