The staff are friendly and the place is clean with a suitable parking space. The Motel location is ok. It is a good choice for that budget.

Very clean, recently updated, staff helped me map my travels, comfortable. And, although it was tough to access on divided highway, it was worth the effort. I would stay here again, and recommend it to other travelers.

The staff was very helpful and nice - they give out a map of the surroundings, also they let us leave our luggage at the reception while we were still in the city during the day. And the location is pretty good if you want to save money - its a 10 min drive either by bus or a car to Seattle. We were really happy here.

There could be a little more variation to the breakfast and also a vending machine with sodas/little snacks.

The location was great! It was a great price. The staff was very friendly. It was actually better then what we expected. Once we drove down Aurora Ave a little more we realized we were in the best motel in that area. We plan on staying here many more times while we are visiting the Childrens Hospital.

The staff at the Marco Polo were exceptionally friendly and helpful. After a complete disaster dealing with Hotels.com, it was an unexpected pleasant experience to come across the staff at the Marco Polo. The desk clerk at the Marco Polo was extremely accommodating when I spoke with him very late on the night I was going to check in. Because of the time it took me to deal with Hotels.com who had booked me into and charged my credit card for a hotel that had no rooms available. Attempting then get replacement accodomation when I called them to find they were completely unwilling to assist me with getting another room else here (even though I had already paid for a service they did not provide), it was approaching midnight making an already difficult situation even more difficult. The person staffing the desk at the Marco Polo actually offered, without any hesitation on his part or suggestion on mine or even mentioning what I had just been dealing with, to remain at the desk to facilitate my checking in late (12:15 am by then). After the abject impertinence I experienced with the staff of Hotels.com it was a great relief to find someone who was empowered in the place of employment to actually serve their customers and tend to them beyond what is written as the minimal standard in which to remain employed as a nameless, faceless cog in a corporate machine.

After the wonderful night's sleep that I experienced at the Marco Polo following a nearly insufferable day, I have absolutely nothing to say about what I didn't like about the Marco Polo. The only slight negative point I can think of is one of location, and this was I'm sure a historical accident an wholely coincidence. Because they are located on the Northbound side of Aurora Blvd (us 99) it makes it a bit convoluted to reach them if you're headed Southbound. That being said, perhaps they could include on their website directions and a simple map of a suggested route if approaching them from the North or Northwest.

I am from Los Angeles. I stayed one day at Marco Polo when I traveled in Seattle. It is a great hotel. I lost my phone there and they mailed it back to me. Really appreciate! I will go to Marco Polo again for my next travel at Seattle.

Great staff, very friendly and helpfull. Great deal for a stay in Seattle - walking distance into Fremont neighborhood with tons of pubs, bar, sunday street market - and convenient to bus route 5 to reach downtown without interchange.

No coffee maker in the room (though fridge and microwave) and office only opens at 8am, thats a bit late for my morning caffeine. Otherwise, very basic but great value for money. And everything was clean.

The motel has a extremely poor location for access into Seattle. Unable to cross the hw 99 directly from motel. I had to drive at least five miles north in order to make a "U" turn to head back into Seattle. Lots of traffic noise.

Good location near Fremont and major road into Seattle center.

Impossible to turn into the hotel if you are driving from the north on Aurora.

water moisture build up in the bathroom window ledge running down wall could cause mold issue. only had around 12 channels to watch on the tv too.

I like how it was decent enough, spacious enough and it was basic.

There was a little construction right in the next room beside mine and the notice jußt bothered me a little.
