low price, refrigerator, coffee maker, free calls in U.S. , free airport shuttle every hour. Will stay here again
whole place is threadbare but the price and very low resort fee that actually provides so many things- more than makes up for it. the hourly shuttle missed two trips to pick up at ballys because it had a flat tire. i was told the van didn't have a spare and had to wait at a garage for repair!
great price for 3 days close to everything I needed to go. Clean conftable I like refridgerator in rooms
The staff & cleanliness.
Wifi was very poor. I had to walk down the street to conduct any business.
quiet rooms, spacious, could use some new carpet. fridge, pool
wifi did not work while we were there, but they did not charge us a resort fee...unless booking.com already did...?
Staff was helpfull and nice. Free shuttle to/from airport and Strip. Close to Convention Center and Monorail.
Wifi didn't work so I had to relocate to another room. Coffee machine in the new room was broken, no replacement or repair. Wifi was on and off available with varying quality. Room key didn't work several times. Pool water was very cold ;)
- Really nice rooms! - The restaurant menu is well varied - In a walking distance of the convention center and the monorail station
- The wi-fi signal is poor, sometimes non-existent - The walls are too thin, you can hear your neighbors talking
A bit far from Las Vegas strip
Could use some updating and the WiFi was a challenge.
this hotel is not the strip giving peace and quiet, there is a good public bus service at front allowing access to south Vegas, the hotel shuttle to the strip/airport we used most days.the rooms are comfortable iron/hair dryer/fridge fitted.staff are great very helpful by end of stay known by first name.bar/cafe basic menu but good food/service pool area clean with loungers.at first when you arrive the hotel looks past its sell bye date but once you settle in your room and use the services of the hotel/staff it grows on you ,we would stay at the Mardi Gras when we visit Vegas again.
poorly lit reception/bar area.noisy fan in bathroom
The staff was very helpful, drivers take you back and for from airport to hotel and from hotel to another key locations in Las Vegas, they pick people up every hour. Since hotel is not near the strip is good to have this driver service.
The towels were very old, some rooms smell bad, i try 3 before getting one fair. if you plan a trip to Vegas, there are a few other hotels around the area at the same price and much nicer. I walk around and ask and see personally 6 other hotels near the Mardi grass much better and cleaner.
Rooms were large and staff was nice. Shuttle to the strip was helpful
Hot tub only worked part of the time and the pool was cold
A quieter retreat away from the strip. Good value for money Rooms spacious and clean
Difficult to get on shuttle bus at busy times Swimming pool not heated Smoking in entry area and restaurant
Cheep and good breakfast
Wifi don't working on rooms it's only 17 sunbeds in the pool area I been looked out my last day they forget charge my card , one day the forget new towels
Excellent value, facilities average, position okay too. Everything was as it should be without it being great or exceptional. Close enough to walk to the monorail, and the adjacent convention centre.
The building and fittings were dated, the staff average.
Gentleman working the bar Saturday afternoon was kind and helpful. The room was big.
The pool was ice cold. The girl working the front desk was short and rude. The bartender took 15 mins to make 2 drinks there wasn't many people there. The towels were dirty. Wifi wasn't available. Sketchy people coming in and out of rooms
quiet, close to the Strip, easy access
the bed was a little lumpy
Value for money Very big room
Not that sound proof
A quiet hotel next to the convention centre. Contrary to some other reviews my wifi was excellent and the staff went beyond expectations to help me out. They were still helping me a month after I left to organise a fedex pick up which was in their storage. Apart form the bed pillows I was very happy.
pillows where not very comfortable
Free parking Bus to the strip Cheap taxiride home from the strip Pool
Long walk home from the strip - bu only to 10 o'clock
free shuttle from/to airport/Strip Swimming pool Hotel building Shuttle bus drivers
The pool area was nice and with plenty of free clean towels. Also the 24 hours bar and restaurant was cheap and handy.
The woman behind the bar short changed both myself and my partner by using the same excuse (she's used to change 20 notes all day so didn't realize we gave her a 100 note), we felt like she tries that on with everyone. Also the location wasn't quite close enough to anything and the wifi did not work at all in our room.
The room is huge and clean. The bed is super comfy. I slept like a baby.
The Wi-Fi is very very weak.
- Rooms are really cosy - Facilities to bring food in - The swimming pool
- Far from Las Vegas Strip (30mn on foot) - Wi-Fi signal is poor in the rooms
The location was good for why I was in Las Vegas. Easy access to other parts of town.
Could have used a microwave as we didn't go to resturants.
