Staff was very friendly and they treat you very well
Pool closed and road side is noisy
I thought the shuttle driver was nice friendly and helpful, I also felt cozy and yet low cost for accomadations.overall I thought it was a nice place and certainly our family will stay there again if we travel to las vegas.
well I thought there service although friendly and helpful the service was a bit slow and can use a bigger staff to make customers feel more important and more comftrouble.
most everything especially the value
The bed was comfortable nothing els staff are liars about no pets thair was cat hair all over the bed my son is allergic to cats we didn't sleep all nightthey said they would give us a refund but never did
A refund would be good for starters
Nothing for free
The bed was soft
Wifi was horrible along with the channels.the staff was loud and rude.
Large rooms and free WiFi and coffee maker with refrigerator.
My key each night didn't work had to go back down to office to get new key card. Only had one or two at the most at front desk for help.
Location was nice and price was good!
air conditioner didn't work housekeeping was very rude knocked on door and gave us no chance to answer so they decided to walk in shower drain was plugged and no hot water it was hot enough in the room that cold water was okay.
The room we had was huge - tons of room for luggage. Hot tub and pool were great. Restaurant was cool too. Enjoyed our stay a lot!
Property is a little run down.
Price...shuttle to the strip Close to mono rail
Run down and tired. Rough part of town. You can get better for the money. I did not feel safe and parties in rooms until 4am sucked
The location to the Las Vegas Convention Center couldn't have been better. It was an easy walk to and from each day. The room was clean and smoke free and the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced.
The lobby is quite smokey as the casino is in the same room.
The restaurant staff and food was great.
Unenthusiastic desk staff. Not very helpful.
Location was great and cost made it a real deal. Nice people working there.
Worn out facilities. Needs some work and newer furnishings.
The facilities location was very convenient by being only a $10 Taxi from everything on the Strip.
The WiFi is not free. The Hotel charges a $5/day "Resort Fee" for the service. The Shuttle schedule is once an hour for both pickup and return - you must plan your arrival and departure accordingly. The restaurant kitchen service was very slow.
It's anbold structure that has gone through series of renovation, the bed in my room has a mattress smaller than the carrier. Steel hangers of the carrier projected and nearly crippled me on several occasions I tripped over it. On an a occasion I was wearing my pair new barley shoes and tripped over it, it scratched the new shoes; my immediate thought was to search for a lawyer and claim damages, on a second thought , I prayed and thanked God it was not my skin that was scratched cause I would have been looking for a surgeon to stitch my leg
The price for someone on a tight budget
I left my pillow n no one has contacted me
Easy parking and plentiful when I stayed, easy access to my 2nd floor room. I had lots of table space to work with and it came with 2 queens. Minimal resort fee.
Wifi was not functional at all! I complained to the front desk but they didn't comp my resort fee. Good thing I was able to book via my phone app for my next stay so no issues. The cleaners were also early at work the next day and I got woken up by the rolling carts / cleaning at the next room.
Staff was nice.
On the first night we were there ,a young couple was fighting, vulgar language at 3 am approx.Telphone did not work, could not call 911. Next day we moved to other room,t.v control did not work ,others next door partied till morn hours, slamming doors and we could not sleep. We left Vegas a day early.
Good size comfortable room
Getting to room was a bit of an adventure. Having to go outside to access slow elevator
The food and drinks were great MY ROOM WAS BIG FLAT SCREEN TV SO I WAS ABLE TO PLUG UP LAPTOP AND STREAM MOVIES
Did not know the deposit was $100 THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LACKING TREMENDOUSLY BAR AREA WAS MORE SMOKEY THAN I AM USED TO WIFI IS NOT FREE BECAUSE IT IS PART OF THE RESORT FEE WHICH IS TAXABLE AND DAILY GUEST SERVICES WAS RUDE WHEN ASKING TO HAVE EXTRA TOWELS OR A CART BROUGHT TO ROOM POOL CLOSES TO EARLY SHUTTLE ONLY GOES TO BALLY'S AND AIRPORT
The room, staff, hot tub, and price. Great value for the money. Best deal in Las Vegas
A car is a must for this location, behind the Wynn golf course on Paradise.
I Like the cheapnesss.
They did not have a "Do not Disturb sign" I had to make my own, which the maids did not respect. The still knocked on my Dorr every morning I was there. There is also a construction site that stores it's piles of dirt there. So if you plan on sleeping between 5am- 10am. There will the beeping of trucks backing up.
The attitude of the staffs was awful, worst staffs ever. They canceled my reservation without notifying neither booking.com nor me. The staff did not even try to solve the problem at all and rather yelled at me that it was my fault, even booking.com already told me and them that it was totally the hotel's fault not following the proper procedure. I made a complaint and the staff told me to report this to the review telling his name.Really this is the last place I would like to stay in Vegas.
