Big bathroom.good water pressure.high shower head. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice to have thermostat on ac unit. Boat parking.
Killed some bugs crawling in carpet.carpet dated, needs replacing. Tiny 12 x 12 TV way to small. Need flat screen.
The price was fantastic. Room was comfortable and clean.
Lack of extras, i. e. Shampoo and other things.
liked the setting and the cabin-like atmosphere
not a lot of good eating places nearby. Don't eat at the cowboy smokehouse!
It was very clean. No surprises. We got everything that was announced.
Wi-fi is really slow
Close enough to Bryce Canyon park. Friendly staff. Washing machine and tumble dryer available and reasonably priced.
Furniture a bit worn.
Room was not clean, had to ask for towels, coffee pot didn't work and room was weirdly configured. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but forfeited 1 night's cost because they would not refund the second night and we would not stay.
The room was clean and the staff very friendly. Exterior recently updated.
Interior could use updating. Ceiling fans so wobbly we couldn't use them.
I am sorry to say we liked nothing!
This place has been resurfaced on the outside to look nice but the inside is awful. It is old and dirty the plumbing is bad, when you flush the toilet it makes a loud screeching sound. This is the worst place we've ever stayed. We paid for two nights and left after one.
Loved the price and staff. Great value.
Carpet was clean but worn. This is not a five star hotel in how it looks but service was beer than some of the best. Bed was very comfortable.
Room too small. Very dirty. Not even a Kleenex box.
First, the bathroom light was full of dead bugs including one very large roach like bug. When I brought it to the attention of the person at the front desk and showed her a picture - she said "well, we don't clean those every day". The bathroom fan was also full of thick cobwebs. The room did not look like it has been cleaned, carpets were stained, headboard was old and full of dust. I also asked to switch to another room as friends had a room that was slightly better than ours and I was told there were no more, however the vacancy sign remained illuminated all night. It was over-priced and they get away with it because they know people roll through town after playing in the desert desperate for a bed and they pay it. My recommendation, roll a little farther if you can and skip this place.
The outside has recently been remodeled.
The inside is dirty, old and smells. I told my kids not to take off their shoes. The fan about fell out of the ceiling when we turned it on and the toilet started to run about every 20 minutes. Not enough towles.the bedding was awful! The sheets were stained, bed covers were torn and well worn. The bed was angled and not level. When I called to let the office know we would be checking in very late that night, they told me that I didn't have a reservation and they were full. After about a 10 minute conversation, my reservation magically appeared. The price was outrageous, but there was not much availability in the town that night. I would never stay there again!
The owners are very friendly
From the outside it looks cute and quaint. Inside... Worn out and dated. The shower was grungy and had mildew on the shower curtain. The water pressure was nil and not refreshing. The walls had holes where it looked like they moved pictures around. We stayed based on the reviews. Honestly, it was a terrible room.
Bedbugs. No toilet paper. No soap or shampoo.not sure if it had been cleaned.
Comfortable kitchen equipped with all necessary stuff (stove, cooking utensils, washing machine, etc.). One of the cheapest variants in the reasonable vicinity to the Bryce Canyon National Park.
The outside has a new log look
Only one electrical outlet in bathroom. No shelf in closet. No counter space in bathroom. Smallest room I've ever stayed in. No one available at front desk. Walls are paper thin. Listened to the activity of the room next door until 2:00 am.
Very nice people
A bit run down but it was very doable
outside remodeled owner very friendly
The room was old but clean I wouldn't be surprised that it will be remodeled inside they are remodeling
Room smelled like smoke
No shampoo. Missing light bulbs.
The barbecue station and the sunset view
- the room smelled like an ashtray - it was freezing in the room and the heater didn't work - not enough towels - dirty - the worst place in which we stayed the last years
