LARGE LIGHTED SHOWER.
Bed is too soft and appears worn out.
The inside pool was great. The beds were very comfortable.enjoyed the stay very much.
The chair in the room was worn, remote didn't work for tv.
The location and the hotel was great for our needs. I would stay here in the future.
Everything was good but we did not have the time to use the facility as much as we wish to.
I couldn't stay longer. Lol it was nice for the price
Location easy to get to in good neighborhood. Cleanliness. Decent breakfast. Was able to print out e-tickets on printer provided.
Arrived 30 minutes early and clerk would not allow us to check into room until exactly 3 p.m. unless I paid an additional $10, which I refused.
We liked everything there. what we liked the most was the staff. Taylar Dent and Danielle Minnifield. And the housekeeper. They were so helpful knowing it was our first time visiting GA. They made our stay better. We wish every hotel had staff like them.
We slept well our one night at this motel. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked wonderful and there was also a hot tub. Staff was friendly. Slept too late for breakfast, so don't know how that was, but it is always a plus to have breakfast when traveling! The bed had the newest coverings that are easily washed. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
While this hotel was updated, they missed the mark on a few things. Someone needed to pay attention to the details of cleaning...the grout in the bathroom needed to be bleached clean. The lights had bright floresent bulbs instead of soft light.
The service at the front desk was okay.
The room was filthy
McDonald's fast food restaurant was next door.
Ants, Rouches, Spiders in the room people walking up and the hall drunk making noise at 2 or 3 in the morning.
We arrived and immediately the staff was short with us, like they had better things to do then their jobs! We checked in, parked our car and attempted to use our key card to come in the side guest entrance....wrong....it didn't work so we had to walk around! Again, the staff were annoyed to be bugged! We got into our room and the air conditioner was off, with a note by it saying to shut it off when you checkout! It took 1 1/2 hours for our room to be anywhere near comfortable, keeping in mind it was Georgia in July. We had booked ahead so if they had any customer service they would have gone up and made sure it was on, we also had an approximate arrival time on our booking, so no excuses!!! The room was not clean, the bathroom, pocket door would not latch and the room had light bulbs out! If I could have gotten my money back I would have been out the door immediately! Have some pride Ramada, you are a big name and I have stayed in several of your hotels over the years, but you lost a customer this time around!
Wasnt enough breakfast food
Hours should be changed from 7-10 and there should be more good to accommodate amount of guests. I never got to eat breakfast because by 830 everything was scarce. It should be fully. Stocked until the end time. Some people are unable to get there until later.
Very nice shower; good environmental controls.
Flashing CFLs in room when all lights were turned off.
Reserved a smoking room ended up in a non smoking room
Pool advertise, however was not open to guest. The inside pool was the main reason for booking and manager stated it would be ready before our stay was up. False advertisement very dissatisfing stay.
Pool was not open to guest had children and it was not a pleasant stay.
Lobby was clean and the hotel smelled pleasant
For some reason the front of the hotel was roped off and you couldn't gain access anywhere but the side or back of the hotel. It was inconvenient and no one on the staff let me know this was happening. The bathroom in the room could've been a little cleaner
We had 6 rooms. There were very dirty toilets in a few (black up under the bowl rim), one toilet seat was very loose, 2 rooms were missing the towel rod on the shower door letting water out onto the floor each shower, one shower door didn't close, one toilet paper holder was broken off, carpets were dirty, a few of the frig. ice doors were broken off, and one frig. froze everything even when set on the lowest setting. I had called ahead when the reservation was made to make sure the pool would be open. I had picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool so we could swim even if the weather was bad. I was assured the pool maintenance would be completed by early June and we had reservations for June 26 to 30. They closed the pool for maintenance to day we arrived!!!
The loca tío noble
Room smelled bad, filthy carpet, not enough towels, rude people!
How close we were to downtown and other locations.
Some of the staffing wasn't as pleasing and as nice. We had some who greatest with a same and friend and some who didn't want to provide service to me and my group of friends.
The location and price were good. The staff were friendly and direct as needed.
It's not in a well lit area. The people hanging around the front door makes it less desirable, especially at night. The hotel smelled stuffy. The room was fine with good amenities; however, there were two lights not working in the bedroom and the window would not lock. The dining area, pool spaces, and workout room are tiny. There was small amounts of food that would run out if a group were present. The front receptionist had to also work the kitchen to prepare food, so if someone needed to check in or out, and food was needed- someone had to wait for a while. The most important thing was the lights, outside looks scary coming in at night, so lights would make it much more appealing to a family or single woman traveling.
Location and friendliness of staff
Musty smell in hallway on 2nd floor
I had a roof over my head
Room was not well cleaned, the toilet paper holder kept falling off of the wall, the breakfast wasn't impressive, the morning staff was unavailable because they had to cook and serve breakfast and man the desk, the bed sunk in the middle, old ancient carpet, hole around the light in the shower
The comfort of the bed. The closeness of the hotel to the highways.I guess the continental breakfast was ok. My husband went down every morning. I don't eat pork or beef so I ate out for breakfast.
All the marijuana smoke I kept smelling upon entering the hotel. The sprinkler in my room had a huge leak so I had to move to another room the second day of my stay, which was an inconvenience to me because I didn't feel like packing up everything that I unpacked to move to another room. I will say the staff did take care of the situation immediately, which I appreciated very much. The pool was out of service for 3 days of my stay and my stay was for 4 days. I didn't feel like getting in the pool on the last day of my stay. That was a disappointment.
Damaged chairs and smoking odor in non-smoking room
