Spacious rooms, pretty courtyard, laundry facilities on-site, convenient location, full kitchens in suites, ample breakfast offerings, friendly check-in Loud near freeway, not enough dressers/closet space, furniture a bit dated (but very clean)

The pool was nice , the rooms appeared old and run down. The breakfast was ok, would have been nice if there was more than waffles cooked. The rooms were run down and in need of up grades.

I liked the free breakfast(very basic and good): the well heated swimming pool was very nice and loved by our kids: the beds were comfy It was misleading in your advertising that the 2 bedroom suite had 2 bathrooms. We are a family of 6 and used to using hotel suites and all but this one have had 2 bathrooms which 2 adults and 4 teens really need to get going in the mornings. Also the kitchen was very basic(not enough plates for 6, no garbage disposal and no dishwasher) I'd rather paper supplies be given than have to hand wash our dishes while on vacation(or to know that the people before us had to hand wash the dishes we now have to use). We didn't have to turn on the heat much but when we did it smelled bad/musty and seemed outdated and somewhat dangerous.

It was one of the only hotels in the area with suites. While most areas were updated, it still has the feel of an old motel.

Location, warm pool, breakfast, pillows, wifi, flat screen Walls too thin, could hear neighbors. Put couples away from families if possible. Noise of hot tubers and swimmers long into the evening.

Huge studio room, with kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Placed in a relatively quiet room away from the freeway. A little close to the freeway. Request a room away from the road noise. Breakfast a little skimpy and the breakfast room small and over-crowded ca. 8 AM.

The kitchen facilities which came with the 2 bedroom suite was very useful. Few hotels have such a feature. But there was no kettle to boil water in. Only a coffee maker.

I was there for 6 nights, and I liked having a kitchen to cook and have breakfast in. The bed is very comfortable. It is near to where I was swimming in the early morning and working during the day. It was pretty chilly this week (30s some mornings), and there is no central heating. But the place warms up well with the heater. Not a huge deal.

Location, spacious, friendly staff, clean, suite w/ sitting room/kitchen & dining, nearby restaurants & shopping, recreation/common areas. Would be better if bathroom was updated. Separate room for toilet with bath fan, wider vanity, double sinks, more privacy when window in the shower is open.

Loved having the family close to us for Christmas. Son in law had LIVED in building as a boy, children loved pool, space was terrific, kitchen excellent, grounds lovely, location perfect for us. definitely would stay there again, family loved it. three preteenagers well behaved enjoyed place. parents were happy; grandparents paid. when added one night, lost the advance price, why not just add a night and let us keep the discount? then i cancelled in due course and in proper time, one of the two reservations, and was charged and now no one will rectify. so it was most unpleasant and not sure if dealing with booking.com or with the hotel is the problem, some one cheated us howerver and it doesn't feel good. no apology no rectification, so now what? a place we would frequent regularly cheats us? make a problem don't you think? what would YOU do? thanks for helping if you will. amy Gage

Very spacious room. It looks like they put a lot of money in some recent renovations but it's obvious what areas still need to undergo renovation, if it hasn't already been considered. Design motif looks disconnected.

The courtyards were really nice. The 'Sanctuary' was especially nice. Breakfast does not start until 7:00. That's a bit late when coming from the East the day before.

The hotel was easy to get to, easy parking. The room was very nice and the beds comfy. Kitchen was very clean including refrigerator. No problems with noise. I would definitely stay here again. It was much nicer than I expected having read many reviews. The mattress on the pull-out bed was so thin you could feel the frame beneath it.

We own a small family business that often requires travel. It is difficult to find reasonably priced places to stay that comfortably accomodates a family of 4 with older children. The staff were terrific, the accomodations comfortable with tons of room, and the value, especially for the area, couldn't be beat The 2 bedroom suites in the rear were quite noisy from the freeway and the stairs nearby. I'm not sure there is much that can be done about that.
