On 5 acres, this Corte Madera hotel serves a deluxe breakfast buffet and includes an outdoor pool, putting green and rooms with flat-screen TVs. The Golden Gate Bridge is 9 miles away.

Pool and hot tub excellent, breakfast was very good.
Fridge didn't work well, box spring in second bedroom was broken.
Party in a room above us until 5 am.
Patio areas were nicely done with fireplace and comfortable seating areas with overhead protection from the weather.
The walls were thin and I could hear the TV all night in the next guest room and could not sleep.
This hotel was great, we stayed for two weeks in October whilst visiting the area for a family wedding. With small children it was great to have a living area plus kitchen. We loved the area especially the town centre area 5 mins walk from the hotel. Location was very easily accessible to public transport in & out of San Francisco & bus was so cheap & reliable. Great holiday & will definitely return to Marin Suites Hotel.
Only one problem, hotel did not have an available cot for our 2 year old for the first week of our stay so he unfortunately had to share a bed with us.
The staff at check-in were unusually friendly! The rooms were nice and clean.
The signage as to where to register is not clear. The walls a little thin - could hear walking outside corridor, but it was ok. Need ice trays in freezer. Would have loved an ottoman so we could put our feet up while we read.
Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in the shower head. Clean. Nice breakfast (made our own waffles).
Walls are very thin and you can hear people walking outside quite loudly.
Love the pool and spa. Courtyard area was clean and calming design so able to spend time outside and enjoy the early evening. Also breakfast is always great before heading out.
A bit noisy because of the courtyard design so conversations could be heard in ones room but that was only when windows were open
Absolutely as advertised... Great central location - Beautiful pool and spa courtyard next to an outdoor fireplace with comfy a seating and meeting area. Large rooms with modern amenities... And comfy beds.
The signage from the street is a little hard to identify when first arriving.
Suite was spacious and nucely decorated. Would be ideal for an extended stay.
Bathroom tub had a "squishy" floor and the water temperature was very inconsistent. Walls were very thin. Continental breakfast was blah.
Sanctuary area and hot tub was very nice and relaxing. We also used the grill to cook a steak dinner
Pillow were too large, over stuffed, caused my husband to not sleep well
Close to Muir woods, San fran, Sausalito. Easy freeway access. Large rooms, comfy beds. Free parking
The Brick and Bottle restaurant next door. Laundry facilities appreciated. Good base for touring by car
Noise eventually attended to (second request) No apology or offer of reduction for sleepless night. Cardboard breakfast the worst of our 4 week trip
The hotel room was clean and comfortable, as well as large. The bathroom was huge--only strange thing was the electrical panel was located underneath a rack full of towels. The property was well taken care w/exceptionally nice landscaping in the pool area. Amenities were good including a really large selection of fresh continental breakfast items. Would stay again if was in the area.
sofa bed in the living room was veryyyyyy uncomfortable
Breakfast was good.
Gave us a room at the back, where it was loud from Hwy 101 being only 50 yards from our room. When we entered the room, we walked into a very warm place. Only AC they had was from a portable floor unit, which didn't work very well. We found a pair of fans in the closet and put them in the windows. That made our room even more noisy.
the room was big compared to other rooms.
the whole rooms smelled like mildew and musk....and after opening the windows all night, the room still smell like it. it is a very dated property and i don't know how it received 8/10 rating on here. i do not recommend this place.
Size of Room Location Friendly helpful staff
The room is very big. The location is good, close to san francisco. Shopping mall around the hotel.
Spacious 1 bedroom Full kitchen Great for extended stay Great for families
Sofa bed dangerous for my old body - probably great for kids Doorways, bathtub not easy for walker or wheelchair
No air conditioning in any of the "suites" Unbearable heat in the rooms in the afternoons. This is an old 1960s apartment building tarted up and heavily photo shopped I would not recommend this place to anyone
Had to leave some windows open for air and street noise was loud
Bad Breakfast Food - all Processed, Wobbly Shower Floor Lining - Be careful!
The location was surprisingly good. In addition to having easy access to 101 (for getting into San Francisco), which we expected, it was also an easy walk to Corte Madera Town Center, where there were a number of quite good restaurants and shops, it was also right next door to Book Passage, which is quite likely one of the best bookstores in California. And near Brick & Bottle, which has a long and good happy hour. The suite itself has more of a kitchen than many that style themselves "suites hotels" and an adequate breakfast. The bed was good. Everything was very clean.
There was a lack of 3-prong plugs, making it hard to plug in more than one computer (and for that, I had to unplug the lamp at the computer desk). The breakfast was adequate (surprisingly good coffee, though). Hard to find a parking space when returning late at night.
love the size of rooms the new decor of rooms quality of mattress front desk staff was very friendly, polite and proffesional
the breakfast was okay. I can't say that I didnt like it, just continental breakfasts are never that great. Real cream for coffee's would be fantastic. The rooms are truly exceptional for comfort and cleanliness. I would suggest making the exterior of your awesome little hotel match the interior. I have told SO many of our friends (some who live in SanJose) about you. We asked to see the room before we checked in because the overall impression outside is a little sketchy.
