There is nothing there as promised on their website. The place is dirty, the pool is empty and the hostess is absoloutly the the most unfriendly person I've ever met.
The room was filthy. Stains on the walls, toilet seat and blankets. There was trash left behind from previous guests and the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed.
Do not ever try this otel
we book this hotel for its 80/rm low price, when we arrived we being charge 25usd more for each room. I do not know why. Checking in take 1 hour......
Need repairs in all suite
Everything mess parking and pool , backside there dirtiest bed mattress outside there , not cleaning bathroom are old and towels not cleaner all poor thks

Very smelly and dirty aisle way that is full cigarette butt. The room sign indicate non-smoking but smells cigarette inside and they spray something on the rag. The sink and toilet bowl is a bit dirty, not very comfortable to use. The hotel crew said breakfast is included, the whole family went to breakfast room, here they go... serving old apple, waffle that is saggy and wrapped with plastic bag, orange juice on an old gallon container. The front desk staff is so unprofessional. I think the city of Richmond Ca. should surprise inspect and visit this hotel and revoke their permit to operate.

Appeared to be new mattress & box spring. Refrigerator & microwave in room. The TV worked. Internet did work but I had to call for the access code. Parking was free.
Room was dirty. Light in bathroom didn't work. No ice machine on property (1 missing, 1 in pieces). Guest laundry had broken machine and dirty. Check in clerk wouldn't honor booked rate. Terrible cancellation policy. Charged full price for entire stay before I could check in. Parking lot covered in broken glass.

Everything. Room was dirty, stains on the wall and carpet, dirty towels, dirty bathroom. Water was barely warm. Pool was empty. Was given a room right next to the freeway, even though the "hotel" was almost empty. They wanted an additional $5 for wifi. Breakfast was poor and there was a gallon of milk in the fridge that was due a week ago. I never experienced anything like this before. Reviews don't lie but I was too tired to read them, my mistake! Sleep in your car.
The staff is belligerent. They were not accommodating. My family got there at 5:00 AM after traveling all night by car. The entrance to Motel lobby was locked. After ringing several times, an irritated lady opened and asked for registration confirmation. I showed it to her on my laptop computer. She stated for me to call Booking. com for them to fax her the confirmation. She would not let me use their own telephone. I called Booking.com from my cell phone at 5:00 AM. Booking.com told me that confirmation fax was already sent to the Motel. The registration form was piece of a trashy photocopied unreadable paper. After taking my credit card, the lady told me that they did not have any rooms. I requested the refund, at least half of the stay, she said they she would find me a room. The room she gave us a trashy low down ghetto cigarettes smelling piece of garbage. At about 10 AM, I checked out and requested the refund for the remaining one day. The young lady at the desk was belligerent with an attitude. She refused to hear my complaint. I asked for the manager she stated that manager was not on the premises. I asked to talk to him/her on the phone. She now suggested that she can find us another suitable room. I was not in mood to stay. She said that there was nothing else she can offer me and I should call Booking.com. it was their policy not to refund the fees even if I had checked earlier. When I called Booking.com, the lady at Booking.com sent me back to the Motel manager who was not where to be seen. What a nightmare! I called Booking.com again. The lady on the other end, tells me that according to their policy, I should I should had cancelled the reservation two days earlier. She was not going to help me. How in the world would I have known in advance how low down this place was to be able to cancel in advance? They advertise swimming pool. My kids were excited. It was an empty dry hole in the ground "undergoing service".
They didn't have available the room we had reserved through booking.com. They told us that "they were sold out" and offered us another type of room at a higher price of course! But we didn't see any other guest that day-night!!!!! The breakfast area was absolutely deficient: dirty till the inexplicable.... Nobody had cleaned the tables neither the pavement for ages.

Booked a a non-smoking single room, including free WLan, fridge, etc on Booking.com. Only could get a non-smoking room by paying for a double, Wlan was not included, fridges do not exist and the only ice maschine is located in the kitchen and took the manager 10 minutes to get me in. Seeing the kitchen made me not wanna try the supposedly included breakfast (did not checked if it was). The manager only complained about booking.com selling to many rooms and promissing all that stuff ...

Roaches, no hot water, ever, trash in swimming pool, part of the roof literally collapsed, strange insect bites after sleeping in bed, meth heads in lobby

We are from Southern California and drive up to see a band perform. After the band we looked online for a fairly priced room, we found this hotel for 80$ and booked it online and it said it was able to be held without a Credit card. When we got there they said they don't have the room held for us and that the cheapest room was 100$. So I pulled up the email saying that we got the room held and what kind of room we should be getting. Even after seeing the proof in front of them they wouldn't budge. So we got a little frustrated and finally she made us a little deal. But all I can say is don't trust what they say on the internet and be persistent with them if they tell you something else.
It was awful from the moment I arrived. There was nobody in reception, and no way to call for anyone. I waited ten minutes, then saw a door htat looked like an office, so I went to knock on that door. Just then, a woman came in from outside – and she accused me of trying to break into the office?!? I had a reservation, and a dog. The dog charge is not listed on their website. The receptionist was rude rude rude. Finally gave me a room and it was the most vile hotel room I have ever stayed in – from stains all over the walls, carpets and sheets, to sandpaper towels, peeling paint, frayed carpets. Nothing like the pictures on their site – that’s for sure! I hardly slept a wink due to all of the noise in the parking lot and from other guests water running in other rooms, etc. Worst hotel experience EVER! I tried to call the manager the next day to tell him about my awful experience, but nobody will answer the phone. I dialed over and over throughout the day, and neither human nor machine picked up. Do not stay here unless you are absolutely desperate. Actually, sleep in your car before you sleep here – it’s just gross!
