Staff very freindly.
Rooms looks very over used .. And the carpert very old. There are nothing to see or to enjoy in the lobby or outside.

This hotel was a typical full service Marriott with a decent gym and a decent concierge lounge. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning in the rooms was tough to regulate to get the right temperature. The $34 parking charge was pretty steep. Across the street was a public lot with $10 parking during the week and $12.50 on the weekends.

Breakfast was great value for money. Restaurant staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. The lounge areas were great. Nice courtyard where you can relax in the sun. Great location near the Marina.
You had to pay for wifi in your room. Given the price you are already paying you'd expect this to be included. Conference rooms in the basement were a little cold

Marina area was not what I expected. Thought there would be shops and restaurants but it is only a boat Marina

Beautiful view, friendly employees, great location, close to LAX, amenities close by!
Overprice!!! Room was $300.00 a night with taxes included, beacuse we needed to check in half hour before got a room with no tub!!! Valet parking was told cost $28.00 a day ended up being $36.00 plus all taxes on top of that!!
Much nicer than some I have gotten online. The views from both rooms were nice, though only one faced the water.
Downstairs lobby bar wasn't very well staffed. Balconies too small to sit outside.

We stayed on the third floor over looking the courtyard lounge. There was a large party on Friday, April 18th. The group was loud until late at night.

1- The staff was impolite. I asked her to give me another room key but she said she has to make the security escort me to my room to pay before checkout. 2- parking was 28 in booking.com and they charged me 30$. 3- breakfast is overrated and expensive
The interior design of the hotel is great and the view on the marina is amazing.
You must pay for everything: Breakfast: $14 to $16, parking $30, even internet is around $12. The pool was not open because someone from the personnel had not shown up...
mattress was wonderful.
For such an opulent hotel, the restaurant was disappointing. I felt I was eating in the lobby, plus $30 a day for parking was 'over the top"

The room was nice and the lobby was stunning.
For a big hotel chain I could not have been more disappointed. We were suppose to check in at 3 pm, but apparently they were fully booked the night before and due to their poor management skills the room was not ready. They had told us it would take about 40 minutes. About an hour later the room was still not ready. They did offer us another room that we could stay instead, though it would be one of those pull out of the wall bed. Tired of waiting we agreed to it. We walked in and it was a conference room with a huge table inside. Granted it was a nice room but the bed was hard and being newly unemployed (so this was a splurge) and wanting to do somethinh for my boyfriends birthday it was not what I had paid for. Went downstairs and they told us it would be another hour or so. ( about 4:45 by now) we figured we would do some bike ridding as I bought a voucher for it. By the time we arrived there they were closed so we walked around expecting the call for our room at 5:45-6. Well we didn't get a call until after 7 pm. That's 4 hours after check in. I was so frustrated because we did not have the room ready and because they couldn't tell us the right time we missed out on all the water activities and biking we had planned. (As we would have no where to change after). Tried calling them and seeing if they could just give us a voucher for another day so we could start over. They said that because we booked it through booking.com they could not. Called booking.com, they said that they couldn't do anything about it, but she would call anf see what could be done. They wouldn't give us a voucher but gave us $75 off the room. When we got in the gentleman we spoke to right away agreed to a later check out when we asked and was very polite about it. By the time we got there my bf was so tired that we didn't do our romantic dinner out (ate at the hotel- good food though). Overall I would never go back there.
