The location was perfect. The price was great for the area. Free parking. The staff were all very nice and accommodating.
The rooms were pretty run down. Bathroom was eehhh less than to be desired. This hotel is in desperate need of an update.
Location location location! One block to the water front. Two blocks to the train. That's all I needed.
The room was very small.
Air conditioner didn't work
The location was good for wanting to stay close to downtown. The draw was the price that I paid. I only stayed overnight and did not seek out much around the hotel.
It advertises breakfast and coffee in the room, but the hotel had neither.
In oppose to reservation, the room didnt have coffe maker.
Check in was smooth, and quick! Staff was prompt, friendly, and polite!
Parking was hectic due to such a busy location, across the street from the airport! Otherwise no complaints really! #SWEETKREAM
In the Little Italy quarter and 10 min drive to Gaslamp
The bathroom condition where not the best. It is a motel and would need a renovation. Parking slots are not always available for all the guests
The location was handy for Downtown. It was walkable. We were also a bus ride from the Gaslamp District.
All about location, good downtown accessibility. We actually were moved to the Pacific Inn down the street because the Marina was booked. The room had a microwave and fridge, which was a plus.
The room was fair. Pretty outdated, but fair price for the location.
The wi-fi and the staff
Old school tv and not that many channels. Small room.
Very nice clean close to attractions
A little bit parking problem but overall good place beautiful view of the beach
The location, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The room smelled musty.
I chose it because of the continental breakfast that was a fraud. When I kindly pointed it out with the girl at the reception she said that it was a mistake and was booking.com fault... but she herself said to me the day before when I check in that THERE WILL BE BREAKFAST THE NEXT MORNING... probably it disappeared in the night time!!!
friendly staff walking distance to shopping, restaurants
very limited parking
Booked with Kyak for approx. $80.00 per night. Have documents to prove.
Presented with a bill the next morning for $ 360.00 with no previous warning. Have spoken to clerk and will speak to manager today. If not immediately corrected for the over charge balance will proceed with report to BBB, anybody who needs information about the place and my attorney and fraud folks in official San Diego.
it is located close by the sea and the train.
My booking wasn't confirmed from the staff, so i had to pay much more to get a room to a different hotel! So unprofessional!
the shower broke and flooded the bathroom.
WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN DIRTY VERY POOR FACILITIES WOULD NOT PUT MY FEET TO THE FLOOR HAD BITES SURE IT WAS BED BUGS
It was OK, especially for its cheap price. Quite good and clean, wi-fi working good enough. They allow later checkout for free - very nice! Breakfast - nothing special, but there is :) Close to the sea, marina, city centre, airport, car rentals.
Very poor bathroom, almost dilapidating, needs improvement . Small space at the parking. Relatively noisy from the street.
Good location close to Little Italy and the harbor.
Lack of parking and noisy in the morning (we are late sleepers).
THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND THEY HAD A really fresh smell
My showeR head came off and! Hit. Me square on the face
Location was its only great feature!
Hotel was noisy, they didn't have enough parking. The free breakfast was not even worth the free price.
Excelent location in the Marina, close to the Maritime Museum and next to the Little Italy. Parking on site. Easy to get to
No fridge in the room, air conditioning unit placed below the window so couldn't get a good cooling effect as was blowing directly on the bed. Booked queen room but ended up with two beds
Nothing. The best part about this hotel was LEAVING!!!
No Parking!! Parking lot is way too small, We had to park down the road. Shower was cold and no water pressure. Room was VERY small! Breakfast was horrible! Red punch was sitting out when I checked in at 7pm and was still there at 7 am next morning. Staff at front desk was very rude. Air conditioner not very good, no ventilation in rooms, very stuffy. Phone in room broken, did not work. 50$ deposit still must be given upon arrival after booking and paying a week in advance. Front desk charged me an extra 20$ per night for my small pet after I had already checked/ added pet at checkout online. Would not recommend this place to NOBODY!!! Horrible!!!
