Room was very nice with up to date furnishings. Very nice view. Ruth Chris Steakhouse was right next door.
Outside walkway to get to room
Great night away from the kids , beautiful hotel and beatiful room
Everything was amazing. The beds the shower the view. We loved it all and will def be come back to stay!
walking the grounds & playing golf
The luxurious bedroom suite was absolutely wonderful.
The picture of the pool made it look extra large, but I found it to be quite small. I was unable to go in as one family had completely taken it over. Agree with previous reviewer that the full kitchen would have been great for a lengthy stay, but only if you ate in the living area.
It was like being in your own condo: large LR, very large BRs, huge master. The kitchen was efficient.Everything we needed for fun was there!
My husband and I liked the view of the Marina and the restaurant, it was nice that Ruth's Chris steak house was right there also, the valets were very friendly! And the restaurant staff was great too!
We were arriving late and had requested champagne and a snack in our room, it wasn't there when we arrived, we called front desk and she said she would look into it, she called back and said that it was because I hadn't responded to the emails but they could bring us the champagne and snack in the morning, we only needed it because we were arriving at midnight, so we declined for the next day, the thing that annoyed me was that I had responded to the emails and had received responses to my emails so I know they were received. It's one thing to make a mistake and apologize but to make that mistake not own up to it and then blame the customer is another. We went to the front desk after and tried to ask for a recommendation for a place to go and the women at the front was very rude and short patienced with us, not a great way to start our trip or a great first impression of Myrtle Beach, the service did get better, the valets are very friendly and so are the restaurant staff
Everybody was very friendly and helpful.
I thought the cost of some things were too high.We had room service for breakfast one day , 3 bacon and egg dishes and coffee, $65. And drinks at bar were high.
Our room was outstanding; but should have been considering the cost.
A group of younger guests were loud and boisterous in the pool area obviously due to excessive use of alcohol. This detracted very much from an otherwise pleasant stay.
Location Spacious rooms everyone was friendly
Room had a full kitchen, but no table to eat on.
This was our third stay. Overall, we love this hotel. We have a two bedroom suite and it's perfect for us
Room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30. One day, our room was skipped because we had the "do not disturb" sign on until 10 am. The previous days housekeeping had showed up too early for us. It took Housekepping over an hour to arrive after we called the Front Desk. This made us late for dinner.
The rooms were amazing, spacious, full kitchen with stainless steal appliances, full pot set, cooking utensils, flatware etc. the beds were comfy with fluffy feather bed covers. I had a 2 bdr suite, which included a room with 2 queen beds, A seperate bathroom with a washer & dryer (in the closet, jacuzzi tub, double vanity sink with a separate toilet. The master bedroom had a king size bed, jacuzzi tub and a standing glass shower. The view of the marina fr our balcony was a site to see...The staff was excellent, the hotel grounds provided amazing views and a calm setting. Waterscape (a restaurant on the lower level)had great breakfast. Fresh coffee, creamy grits....The pools (both indoor and outdoor) were a plus. The valay service was also a plus. Really enjoyed our stay for 7 days. Would definitely go back :)
overall I liked everything it was wonderful my stay was lovely and I truly enjoyed myself up until it was time for me to go home I wanted to stay longer Thanks for your hospitality
Great location. Loved the pool area and Watercapes restaurant. The grounds are very lush and beautiful and well kept.
The fact that Marina Inn was so quiet, but close enough of a drive to main attractions. We loved the private beach and the facilities there.
I didn't like that my king suite did not have laundry facilities. We travelled with two young children and took full advantage of the full kitchen by preparing almost every meal. The kitchen is a feature that helps young families like ourselves to have a nice vacation on an affordable budget. We'd expect a washing machine to go with this hand in hand. Kids get dirty all the time....having a washer and dryer in the unit would have made the trip perfect for us.
Everyone was so nice and friendly. It was peaceful and relaxing
Location. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Private beach access was great.
We had a confirmed bedroom with full kitchen per staff. When we arrived they only had a room with mini fridge. It was a major debacle due to us prepaying for groceries. Very poor policy that staff isn't supposed to tell you room ammentities before check in. Very shady practice, that leads me to believe they charge the most and deliver the least. Our room was clearly given to someone else. Justin the manager did make it right.
I really enjoyed my stay! No complaints here.
It was a quiet visit. Lots of pools.
They were stingy on extra towels for the room. I had to ask twice for two extra towels and next few days they kept disappearing. Service was unimpressive. I feel this property is less impressive than their opinion.
I loved the free Valet parking. Every morning I passed the registration desk I was greeted with a kind hello or Good Morning. Rooms were exceptional and very close to luxurious. The room felt as though you were at home because of the living space (1,200 sq. feet).
I really enjoy the comfort an community setting. Will come back. Recommended.highly
