Best short distance trip in a long time. Spacious suite with great views from every balcony. We could've stayed another week. Loved the fireplace.
Minor details but we needed better/more lighting and missed little things like paper towels and laundry detergent packets and dishwashing liquid, in the kitchen which is usual with a suite.
Great suite facing the Intercoastal Waterway. Good location unless you wish to be on the ocean.
They need more lighting in the kitchen. Otherwise, it's a great spot to stay.
Nothing at all.
Loved the friendly staff beautiful decor and spacious rooms
Rare bad smell, from what we were told is the City. Got a whiff of it one night while we were in the hotel.
We were so impressed with the lovely staff. Our stay was very relaxing and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Thank you!
This was the most amazing hotel that we have been in Myrtle Beach the staff was super attentive the room was immaculate it was superclean overall the hotel was really nice and elegant the price was good and the staff were great
Received free room upgrade to a two bedroom suite with great views Will go there again!!!!
We usually stay in Myrtle Beach for the month of November for our anniversary, but this year we couldn't do it and was staying for only four nights. We wanted something special and booked the Marina Inn at Grand Dunes for the first time. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The staff were professional and helpful. I wanted a fry pan and one was delivered to our room within 20 minutes, the rooms were spacious and beautiful (we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite). I loved the valet parking. We would definitely stay here again.
That we couldn't stay longer!!!!
Pool Service Bar
View on the 1st floor.
Loved the staff attention to the kids and to us. The golf concierge took great care of us to get the tee times we wanted at the right price.
Spotty WiFi. Not a big deal for us. Actually had the kids speak to us.
Liked the view from the room
Wished the suite had a jacuzzi instead of the hot tub
Room was very nice with up to date furnishings. Very nice view. Ruth Chris Steakhouse was right next door.
Outside walkway to get to room
Great night away from the kids , beautiful hotel and beatiful room
Everything was amazing. The beds the shower the view. We loved it all and will def be come back to stay!
walking the grounds & playing golf
The luxurious bedroom suite was absolutely wonderful.
The picture of the pool made it look extra large, but I found it to be quite small. I was unable to go in as one family had completely taken it over. Agree with previous reviewer that the full kitchen would have been great for a lengthy stay, but only if you ate in the living area.
It was like being in your own condo: large LR, very large BRs, huge master. The kitchen was efficient.Everything we needed for fun was there!
My husband and I liked the view of the Marina and the restaurant, it was nice that Ruth's Chris steak house was right there also, the valets were very friendly! And the restaurant staff was great too!
We were arriving late and had requested champagne and a snack in our room, it wasn't there when we arrived, we called front desk and she said she would look into it, she called back and said that it was because I hadn't responded to the emails but they could bring us the champagne and snack in the morning, we only needed it because we were arriving at midnight, so we declined for the next day, the thing that annoyed me was that I had responded to the emails and had received responses to my emails so I know they were received. It's one thing to make a mistake and apologize but to make that mistake not own up to it and then blame the customer is another. We went to the front desk after and tried to ask for a recommendation for a place to go and the women at the front was very rude and short patienced with us, not a great way to start our trip or a great first impression of Myrtle Beach, the service did get better, the valets are very friendly and so are the restaurant staff
Everybody was very friendly and helpful.
I thought the cost of some things were too high.We had room service for breakfast one day , 3 bacon and egg dishes and coffee, $65. And drinks at bar were high.
Our room was outstanding; but should have been considering the cost.
A group of younger guests were loud and boisterous in the pool area obviously due to excessive use of alcohol. This detracted very much from an otherwise pleasant stay.
Location Spacious rooms everyone was friendly
Room had a full kitchen, but no table to eat on.
This was our third stay. Overall, we love this hotel. We have a two bedroom suite and it's perfect for us
Room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30. One day, our room was skipped because we had the "do not disturb" sign on until 10 am. The previous days housekeeping had showed up too early for us. It took Housekepping over an hour to arrive after we called the Front Desk. This made us late for dinner.
