    Our room was outstanding; but should have been considering the cost.

    A group of younger guests were loud and boisterous in the pool area obviously due to excessive use of alcohol. This detracted very much from an otherwise pleasant stay.

    The rooms were amazing, spacious, full kitchen with stainless steal appliances, full pot set, cooking utensils, flatware etc. the beds were comfy with fluffy feather bed covers. I had a 2 bdr suite, which included a room with 2 queen beds, A seperate bathroom with a washer & dryer (in the closet, jacuzzi tub, double vanity sink with a separate toilet. The master bedroom had a king size bed, jacuzzi tub and a standing glass shower. The view of the marina fr our balcony was a site to see...The staff was excellent, the hotel grounds provided amazing views and a calm setting. Waterscape (a restaurant on the lower level)had great breakfast. Fresh coffee, creamy grits....The pools (both indoor and outdoor) were a plus. The valay service was also a plus. Really enjoyed our stay for 7 days. Would definitely go back :)

    overall I liked everything it was wonderful my stay was lovely and I truly enjoyed myself up until it was time for me to go home I wanted to stay longer Thanks for your hospitality

    Great location. Loved the pool area and Watercapes restaurant. The grounds are very lush and beautiful and well kept.

    The fact that Marina Inn was so quiet, but close enough of a drive to main attractions. We loved the private beach and the facilities there.

    I didn't like that my king suite did not have laundry facilities. We travelled with two young children and took full advantage of the full kitchen by preparing almost every meal. The kitchen is a feature that helps young families like ourselves to have a nice vacation on an affordable budget. We'd expect a washing machine to go with this hand in hand. Kids get dirty all the time....having a washer and dryer in the unit would have made the trip perfect for us.

    Location. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Private beach access was great.

    We had a confirmed bedroom with full kitchen per staff. When we arrived they only had a room with mini fridge. It was a major debacle due to us prepaying for groceries. Very poor policy that staff isn't supposed to tell you room ammentities before check in. Very shady practice, that leads me to believe they charge the most and deliver the least. Our room was clearly given to someone else. Justin the manager did make it right.

    It was a quiet visit. Lots of pools.

    They were stingy on extra towels for the room. I had to ask twice for two extra towels and next few days they kept disappearing. Service was unimpressive. I feel this property is less impressive than their opinion.

    I loved the free Valet parking. Every morning I passed the registration desk I was greeted with a kind hello or Good Morning. Rooms were exceptional and very close to luxurious. The room felt as though you were at home because of the living space (1,200 sq. feet).

    Absolutely nothing.

    Emmy,Chadra,Matt ,these people are worth the stay! Tell them the Hudson's sent you! Stay in the Harbor Tower at least once!Put the Marina Inn on your bucket list ! And JoAnn is a gem also !

    celebrating our 25th anniversary and was treated like a VIP ! Our associates stopped in to see the gorgeous panoramic room in the Harbor Tower and they were equally impressed.Thanks to Mark and David for the lovely fruit plate! Emmy and Joanne are always welcoming !

    Hotel is excellent, clean and very friendly staff. The Beach Club is a great perk as you can park at beach and enjoy the ocean side pool

    the beds are not very comfortable, each person in our group noticed the hard mattress and the difficulty of getting the room temperature correct.

    The hotel was beautiful, friendly staff. The food was excellent, when we did eat at hotel.

    The pool bar closed a little early and would have like to see a few more items on the menu for pool snacks.

    Staff at check in were unfriendly.they were even more unfriendly when they learned I used booking.overtime we called the front desk from our room,nobody answered! My friend had to go there to get help with problems in the room.mold on bathroom doors,dirty towels left behind ,dust inches thick,the carpet would make you sick to look at.all questions asked,were always met with no.soap in soap dish was used.if you pay a 5 star price,don't expect 5 star/diamond facility.The front desk will be your first negative .I stayed here back in 2010 and they have changed everything.manager is not addressing complaints,be sure and read reviews everywhere about marina inn.they echo same concerns.

    Extremely unfriendly front desk staff. The place is not a 4 or 5 star.The prices are not in line with what is inside of this hotel .We came with a friend who was shocked by the changes.I might stay here if prices were 145.00,the entire front of the building missed some pretty grande tips ! We are big tippers ,these people are rude and do not care how much you spend with them.

    The 2 bedroom villa we had was really nice! Spacious overall with nice size bathrooms and kitchen. The indoor and outdoor pools were never crowded.

    Everything was wonderful (food, staff, accommodations), We loved it all! We played golf, loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. We stayed for a family reunion and will definitely go back for leisure. We rented a suite and it was a great gathering place for multiple families to meet up and plan activities. Every staff member we encountered was polite and willing to help with whatever we needed.

    Only improvements I would make would be to have the Concierge available earlier than 11am and more wait staff during peak dining hours. Breakfast seemed chaotic in deciding who would wait on our table, also with limited chefs serving both dining patrons and room service, those who ordered off the menu instead of buffet had a long wait.
