The hotel is decent and the staff is good. The only problem we had was the noisy bed frame. The bed frame was wooden and made lot of noise when I moved a little while sleeping. I had a tough time sleeping on that bed. The room next to the Lombard street are not comfortable for sleeping because of the traffic noise. I would suggest that you take the room on the opposite side of Lombard street. |

hotel was resonably priced and clean. The hotel did not have parking which made the stay very difficult as there was 2 hour parking limit on the streets duringthe day, and daily street sweeping rules. This required using a pubic parking garage 3 blocks away at $32/ day. Also, I had a problem with the door to the room. It would not lock. It was noted at 7pm. they could not fix it till the next day. Had to sleep with a chair wedged . |

La struttura architettonica in stile vittoriano, tipica di San Francisco. 1) mancanza del parcheggio 2) colazione praticamente inesistente (solo e sempre muffin, caffe e succo d'arancia) 3) camere rumorosissime. E' praticamente impossibile dormire senza tappi in quanto alcune camere danno direttamente su Lombard Street, strada a 6 corsie molto trafficata anche di notte. |
