cleanliness of the facilities.
Very comfortable; nice serene and safe area on the water. And great value for the money.
Nothing really. It was a good stay.
Liked ease of check-in. Breakfast is standard continental. Bed was great . Very quiet. Nice price. Parking was convenient and no charge.
No wifi as promised. One outlet by door drained battery of phone since it was not working.shower door not aligned properly and very hard to open. No tissues. No TV guide so couldn't tell what was on. No HBO. Pillows were cheesy - did not match quality of bed. Very small room - for sleeping only.
The view was great!
I didn't like the hotel. The pictures where out dated. The hotel needs to be rehabbed.
Bathroom was pretty gross. Rotted wood and the shower was dirty.
Two good things to say - nice people and very beautiful location on the marina.
The hotel is in very bad disrepair. Paint and paper are peeling off the walls everywhere, torn curtains and soiled beyond cleaning chairs. There was an old cigarette burn in the blanket on the bed, and an old metal lamp that had begun to oxidize that did not work beside the bed. The owners have such a tremendous location! Spending the money to upgrade the entire place would pay off so quickly. Lovely people but I can not see us staying here again.
Too many things. I'll just say Motel 6 is better than this place. Can't believe how much they charge.
Nice location reasonable prices.
Thin walls, no warning of construction going on, woke me up early in morning with construction in same building.
The staff are friendly and really helpful. facilities like washing machine and dryer were available.
The renovation noise was really loud and next to our room which started early morning couldn't sleep properly no respect to the guests Pool is so dirty and it's not been looked after. The coffee machine in the room was so dusty I had to clean it myself.
No bike offered borrowing.
Mattress was firm
Bedding was old in terrible condition. No towel bars in bathroom! Cracked sink, NO sterilized glasses! Old chiped glass cups by sink, dingy towels, dirty carpet, etc...keep looking!
Location was perfect on Alameda, located in Marina Village. The current price is great also for the area, and the front desk agents were polite.
The facility is dated. They are in the process of remodeling, which will make a huge difference. Our unit was facing a garbage dumpster, but due the remodel, that may not have been able to be avoided.
The Patio has a beautiful view Of the harbor.
It was near the water and it was quiet
The old heater didnt work that well on 2 rooms
Beautiful location and convenient to grocery shopping, Target, Walgreen's and various fast foods.
Wifi in the room was very weak and often non-existent.
Friendly staff and sufficient continental breakfast. Good location for my trip.
Room needs TLC. Bed was like sleeping on straw, bed sheets on the thread bare side. Window was broken and had a hole in it; hard to control the temperature in the room. The handle of the faucet fell off. New rug and furniture definitely needed.
We were visiting family in Alameda. This is a great place to stay and its location on the marina adds an extra layer of enjoyment.
The breakfast was minimal -- one day there was only oatmeal available, no bagels or Danish.
View of water from deck. Paved hiking trail behind the inn along the water front. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any request.
My suitcase was too large for the closet so just had to set it on the table. Not the inn's fault but the first night my neighbors woke up arguing at 3 AM. They quieted down as soon as I banged on the wall.
The View Was Beautiful
Needed More In The Breakfast Bar.. Eggs.. Pancakes?
View of the marina, quiet neighborhood, nice having a fridge and microwave in the room as well as a coffeepot. Staff was great to get me what I needed. Everything was neat and clean.
Facilities are a little old so need some repair and upgrading
Having my bag chewed aten and scattered all around my bag. And asking for a refund which they would not give me.
Loved the view of the harbor, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and I would definitely would stay there again. . Best value in Bay Area.
My wife would have liked to have a bath tub for soaking and the place was older...but a must stay again.
