Basics was OK Clean room
Renovation needed in bathroom Breakfast was poor (both quality and service) WiFi access was not always available
The staff who was on duty in the reception on the night of august 9th 2014 was rude and unfriendly.
It smelled bad
Small rooms, cold pool,
I loved that it was right on the water and not far from town
The breakfast offered was very poor. It consisted of bagels and coffee. I wasn't expecting some grand lay out for breakfast but even at less expensive places, the continental breakfast includes a little more. The pool didn't look very clean either.
no access to public transportation. would rent a car on my next stay
It was the best deal for the money. The location was great and the room was clean. I like the fact that it wasn't far from San Francisco, as staying in the city would have cost us way more.
Carpet in the bathroom, yuck!
next to marina
air conditioner old, broken. dark.
The old carpet and furnishings.
Not enough options with the breakfast.
Close in to where I needed to meet
Water leak at the shower, appears to have been there forever.... WIFI = NOFI
Nothing to be happy.
We have 3 kids and I booked 1suit and 1 two-queen bed room. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm,we had the first shock. It is completely different than the pictures.1 of the room was on the other side of the hotel, the other was on the opposite side. Also they told us that they do not have two queen bed bedroom. The rooms are very dirty, the blankets were ripped and there were lots of blue dots on the pillows and the bed.they say that they have breakfast but they have nothing except than one kind of cornflakes, donut and coffee.the people working were not friendly and helpful.do not try...
Clean room with great outlook over the marina ( you pay for a room with a view)
Constant smoking by other guests ,presumably outside their rooms which wafted into our room . Generally surly unhelpful staff who warmed slightly during a week long stay
The room was roomy and quiet, even with the swimming pool just outside the window. The surrounding area was very nice, with a good walking track and views of the marina areas.
The AC did not work, and for once it was actually hot in the Bay Area. The refrigerator was placed directly in front of the air unit, so what air there was, was blocked from the bed. It was very warm and stuffy in the room. The staff did agree to move us the next day, but we elected to leave instead. The cleaning staff sort of threw some clean towels in the bathroom, not folded or orderly. There was not one hook to put any used towels on...a little thing but inconvenient.
The view in the marina was pleasant and it was quiet.
The room was far too expensive for the quality and condition of the property. There was no additional lock on the door or any of the standard legal and safety postings typical in a hotel/motel. The shower door would not close, the mattress was old and uncomfortable and the room smelled heavily of deoderizer . It was very much a budget property.
Too expensive for what it is, an average hotel.
The view, the room, the staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed to change rooms. Continental breakfast is really good and always stocked with variety.
sofa bed very uncomfortable because of its construction. My grandson ended up sleeping on the floor.
Comfort and good location
the view is great
Facility and rooms are a little dated
Liked the location, the walk along the yachts, the downtown area and many restaurants to choose from.
The hotel was in disrepair, it looked like someone had given up caring about this hotel.
Allowed my pet to stay
doors not closing easily neighbors having to slam doors at late night and waking up
Absolutely nothing but the location
The room was poorly maintain. Small tabletop tv only received maybe 6-8 stations. The heater was so old the buttons didn't. Work.
Breakfast was weak! Very, very little Nothing hot, cooked, warm or fresh fruit. Nothing fresh! Ice is too far away!
We liked being on the water and having that nice view.
Rooms need updating. bathroom was terrible. Breakfast had very little to choose from and the staff made us feel like we were bothering them. Internet didnt work in the rooms.
