Hotel Mark Twain, a C-Two Hotel

部屋温度が朝方寒い。エアコンではなく西洋風の熱湯が走る壁湯たんぽみたいでした。自由にＯＮ・ＯＦＦでき- ればよかったのですが、そこが一番気になるところでした。

The room was clean, and nicely decorated...obviously some time and attention is going into the rooms.

Our room faced the alley and there were people talking and yelling until early in the morning. Also the grabage was emptied really late at night when we were trying to sleep. The recycling involved a lot of crashing glass sounds and then the garbage was emptied. It was really loud for about 20 minutes. All in all it was a terrible night. My husband and I were really tired the next day. I talked to the desk clerk the next morning and he said that this happens when the room faces the alley. I wish someone had told us, we would have upgraded to have a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was quite good, it was easy to walk to the city centre.

The room was awful, it was not clean and the beds were hard and uncomfortable and the mattresses were covered with a thick plastic sheet, it felt like a hospital bed! The bathroom was not much better. We could not wait to pack our bags and leave in the morning.

The room was in good condition, although the carpet needs to be cleaned. The bathroom was also in good condition. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Hotel restaurant was also good.

The room heat does not come on until after 6pm and goes off in the morning. We needed a portable electric heater to make the room comfortable. The walls are very thin. Also, there was no ironing board in the room. I called the front desk and they brought up a small table top model.

The staff was highly attentive and kind.

I did not like that in order to use the internet, there was a fee. It should be free to hotel guests.

Prettig hotel. Centraal gelegen in centrum. Goede service. Wel veel zwervers in de direct omliggende straten.( waar je niet echt last van had.)

Me gustó que tiene un muy buena ubicación, está bastante accesible, además de cómodo y amplio.

Hôtel sympathique, bien situé.

No me gustó que para el mismo tipo de reserva, algunas personas pagaban menos precio. Por favor revisar este concepto ya que en otras ocasiones estuve por medio de Book y me trataron bien. Prometo no volver a comprar por medio de book.
