Hotel Mark Twain, a C-Two Hotel

The room was clean, and nicely decorated...obviously some time and attention is going into the rooms.

Our room faced the alley and there were people talking and yelling until early in the morning. Also the grabage was emptied really late at night when we were trying to sleep. The recycling involved a lot of crashing glass sounds and then the garbage was emptied. It was really loud for about 20 minutes. All in all it was a terrible night. My husband and I were really tired the next day. I talked to the desk clerk the next morning and he said that this happens when the room faces the alley. I wish someone had told us, we would have upgraded to have a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was quite good, it was easy to walk to the city centre.

The room was awful, it was not clean and the beds were hard and uncomfortable and the mattresses were covered with a thick plastic sheet, it felt like a hospital bed! The bathroom was not much better. We could not wait to pack our bags and leave in the morning.

The room was in good condition, although the carpet needs to be cleaned. The bathroom was also in good condition. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Hotel restaurant was also good.

The room heat does not come on until after 6pm and goes off in the morning. We needed a portable electric heater to make the room comfortable. The walls are very thin. Also, there was no ironing board in the room. I called the front desk and they brought up a small table top model.

The staff was highly attentive and kind.

I did not like that in order to use the internet, there was a fee. It should be free to hotel guests.

Convenience of location, only a few blocks from the main shopping area. Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly.

Sentral beliggenhet. Rommet og hotellet var godt i samsvar med presentasjonen på nettet, og alt svarte til forventningene. Stille på rommet til alle tider, og rommet raskt ryddet og rengjort. Høyt servicenivå på personalet. Frokostrestaurant rett ved siden av.

Locatie is goed.

Heel erg rumoerig. Kamers naast ons heel veel lawaai.

de verwarming, die constant aanstond, het was dus erg warm, s nachts ging het systeem uit, om dam rond 5 uur in de ochtend met VEEL lawaai aan te gaan, er werd opgewarmt met stoom ofzo, maar dat was erg vroeg wakker dus, en dan ook nog het lawaai van de koelkast die om de haverklap aansloeg, nee voor je rust moet je niet in mark twain gaan slapen!
