A fine night's sleep in a very comfortable bed, in a spacious and well-appointed room. Great location adjacent to the Cambridge Galleria mall and near the Lechmere T stop. Easy parking.
Noise filtering through the air vents; the fact that I could only stay one night!
Comfortable room with free goodies. Bargain on parking, staff were nice enough.
No basic convenience store/place to purchase basic items. Even Mariotts have this. Room service needed more options. Housekeeping comes up at 8:30 am!
For how much I was paying, the beds where very small, the shower was broken and had to be fixed, there was a $20 charge for parking each night you stayed with is ridiculous for how much I was spending. I would have rather stayed at more expensive hotel that was going to have two queen beds and free parking with a working shower. I was not impressed at all and will never stay there again.
Most of the things are very good, especially classical style decoration, well-trained stuffs.
No free wifi, some taxi drivers couldn't find the address.
Hotel Marlowe is quaint and elegant. The beds are amazingly comfortable. I also love how it is connected to the Cambridgeside mall! The bellmen were courteous and went the extra mile to find us a cab each and every time. I will stay at Kimpton hotels from this point on.
I wasn't sure what to expect when arriving at the Marlowe, picturing a smallish place with modest amenities. But the Marlowe surpassed my expectations, with a bright decor, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely, ample room
location, staff, free wine,
no tea or coffee in the room, no fridge, rooms not very big for 4 people, beds very noisy
this was a surprise birthday trip for my boyfriend. Fleetwood Mac at the Garden and an overnight at The Marlowe. Often when we travel, we look for something a little more economical, but this was a special occasion! It was lovely and he was delighted! The staff was outstanding!
Gosh, if the price were a bit lower we'd stay at The Marlowe whenever we visited Boston!
I loved everything about Marlowe hotel, I felt like home, the hospitality and luxury of everything. Loved it
The room and hotel décor, location for seeing around Boston
Reception staff mistakes though rectified by manager
Great few days on Boston. Staff accommodated our needs, have us directions, bartender and waiter went out of their way to make me my favorite drink that he never made before, great view and good night sleep. Impressed.
Location was great, easy to get to. Staff was very friendly.
The bed was well worn and uncomfortable.
Room, its quiet
Location, not an interesting area, not close to center of Boston or Cambridge.
Spacious and well-appointed guest rooms. Access to the river and jogging trails, handy access to the Galleria shopping mall.
Loved this hotel! Especially enjoyed the conplimentary wine each evening and morning coffee after our morning walk! The staff was fantastic, the decor beautiful, and all of this at a perfect location... Would live to go back tomorrow!!
The room was excellent for some late night work. Wi-Fi was free. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Everything was fine
The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and clean, overall a great experience. Location was good, just a bit of a walk into downtown, but totally doable.
Nothing bad to say.
This is truly a hotel that has such an excellent staff that go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant and enjoyable. If you miss happy hour from 6 to 7pm - they give you free drink vouchers. Housekeeping sent me a fruit bowl with chocolates - just because. The food we ordered from room service was delicious. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up. I've traveled all over the world, and this hotel and staff is at the top of the list for most accommodating.
There was nothing NOT to like.
very clean comfortable beds shopping center close parking cheap
Location not on walking distance to Boston City and Waterfront. With shopping mall around the corner breakfast policy not clear; one day it's buffet another day it's from the menu (more expensive!) Restaurant staff not friendly, very busy with amusing themselves with iphone tiny bathroom
very friendly and helpfull stuff. suffering from Jet-Lag, the brew me fresh coffee at 5am
On the Booking.com website, there is free WiFi mentioned, but you have to pay for it.
Wine and social hour
No fan in bathroom
great location nice decor
uncomfortable beds room service was unfriendly and made mistake with order
Location, comfort, size of room, staff,
Breakfast was really bad, not much choice at all, the croissants were not fresh and tasted bad, 15$ for a below average continental, ... *very* surprised given the overall quality of the hotel. We decided to eat elsewhere after the first day of our stay,
room space, friendly staff, excellent service
