Breakfast buffet. Great and we always look forward to it!
Parking was very tight your second lot was to far in the rain and the car spaces are to close opening your door and backing out not enough room. Also looking out in your parking lot not so nice to many wires exposed and ugly parking lot next to yours..
Your breakfast was so enjoyable, staff excellent.... Your place needs more updating. The new up dating looks good but needs more, first look at your hotel great look but up close needs more work on up dating and paint... I enjoyed my stay very much and would come back.
The musty odor of the room and the door that communicates with the room next door. The staff at the breakfast were not helpful at all. I ask for more napkins and for a foam coffee cup to take the rest of my coffee to the room and I was ignored.
Near Washington Mall. The view of the ocean. The buffet breakfast.
Wheather , too cold outside but this.is not your fault.
Room #227 clean,warm , beautiful view , nice interior.
Breakfast selections did not include low fat egg products No heat in the bathroom Having to walk outside to get to my room as weather was cold Lack of ADA toilet -seat was very low
Size of room Cleanliness of room Having a balcony Proximity to events i attended Breakfast
The ramp was located by the parking lot but for those of us not driving, we would have appreciated a ramped entrance in the front of the hotel.
The staff was extremely and pleasantly helpful for the members of our group who had disabilities and utilized walkers.
Shower curtain moldy, vent fan in bathroom full of dust. Had to have bathroom fully cleaned after we arrived. Handle to balcony door broke off so if fire we could have perished.
No handicap ramp from off-street front entrance to lobby. Shabby/paint splattered floor to room entranceways. (2nd floor) Industrial view/look to roof/duct work to room entranceways. (2nd floor) Yappy dogs.
Excellent/pleasant accommodating staff. Efficient/attentive housekeeping. Excellent breakfasts. Comfortable room.
kids in pool
breakfast pool beds pillows viuew
paid 540 total my son was in a room on lower lever for 140 less that me with a dog in a larger room and newer. Early check is did not exist when I arrived. Late check out was also non existent. Place needs painting all over. Feel very cheated
The rooms were a little worse for wear - fridge could not fit under counter so it was left sticking out in the pass through. Outlet covers hanging off and not enough plugs for appliances and our chargers. Wifi was horrible. Light for the parking lot was attached to our balcony so it was never completely dark at night. The beds were super uncomfortable - thought maybe it was me but no, none slept well. The pool bar was closed one day because they had no staff to work it. Which is not a deal breaker but a hotel of that size should have coverage for all jobs, plus some. Probably would not go back. Needs some updating and sprucing up.
The location is key - you can walk to everything which is important with the parking in Cape May. The staff were very nice and helpful. The included breakfast was a big hit with the kids - always a plus.
Slamming of doors all through the night, noisy air conditioner, ants in room. No discounts for military veterans, quite pricey.
Breakfast staff and food was outstanding. The view.
how much it cost for the place that CLEARLY needs much sprucing up
the ocean view.
exterior in need of some paint
outstanding buffet breakfast included (omelet chef etc)
Everything, It is a shame that the rating is so low and comments very negative. We hope to plan another trip sometime. Breakfast was five star Ann Cimmino and family
We couldn't find where breakfast was and the girl at the front desk was to busy eating her breakfast to respond to us. She didn't even get up to check us out.
We liked the ocean front views. The size of room. And we love Cape May.
The Wi Fi was poor. You couldn't always connect to it and it was slow. I guess this was due to the amount of people connected. Late in the evening there was no problem.
The location was great, we were across the street from the beach. A couple of blocks from shopping and restaurant areas. They offer an excellent free hot breakfast buffet. The staff in the dining area were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Compared to the prices in the area this was very affordable.
The room next to is was noisy and we needed to turn on the ac to drown them out
At night the room was not dark due to outside lighting and sheer curtains on the door to the balcony. Made it very difficult for me to sleep. Heater / air conditioner was in the room and quite noisy. Very small bathroom. No bar or restaurant open at this time of year except for breakfast.
Great location. Jean at reception was very helpful. Room had a wonderful view of the ocean, directly across the street.
Cheap wicker furniture, outside room access, OLD building (paint can only do so much). Tiny TV. Wifi signal REALLY stinks.
The all you can eat breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Make sure that you bring cash for a gratuity though. I didn't find out that a gratuity was expected for a waitress until I got there and I was unprepared.
Hotel needs remodeling and maintenance repairs. It is very old and run down.
Location is great and breakfast was very good.
The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. First time experience staying at this place and would highly recommend to family and friends. Definitely worth going back!
The location was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice.
seemed pricey for the date and time of year. Sunday night in early March
