The rooms were very spacious, the full size kitchen was very useful. The condo was very clean and staff was very nice. The location was perfect bc it was about 5 minutes from the strip. I would love to book it again.

I noticed how the MVR was in old town and close to local restaurants and shops.

Upon checking in, we observed the hotel employees bickering over their computer and who was in charge of what. We had both room keys disabled on Sunday night, a problem the concierge blamed on another employee who "wasn't doing their job right." Our main television did not have a working remote control. We asked for another but it wasn't provided. Overall, I felt the value was good for what we got. However, I'll never think of the MVR if I want to impress anyone, or if I want a nice place to hang out. This is simply a big space with a bed.

The coffee was the worst.

Needs a plumbing fixture upgrade.

The layout of the rooms and space also closet space. The furnature is comfortable and well kept. A great place to visit with friends.

The fact that We had to leave too soon.

The location was excellent for our purpose (Tour de Palm Springs bike ride). Kitchen was adequately equipped.

The desk staff was slow. The room was extremely noisy due to plumbing pipes in the walls.

The best thing about this hotel is that you get a really light and spacious suite instead of just a room. For us the ability to cook something was extremely important and we did not want to pay that much for a luxury apartment. The kitchen is surprisingly large and sort of vintage, with old wallpaper and a microwave made in 1984. It all works absolutely fine. All the necessary utensils are provided (for four persons). In general they say that this place can accommodate four people. In principle, it can. But it might not be convenient for a long stay due to the room design. There is a wall between the bedroom and the living room but it is discontinuous. This might be disturbing. However for a couple this place is ideal. Also -- location. It is right in the downtown of Palm Springs, which is nice and close to the Aerial Tramway (easy access to the mountains!). The 111 is one block away so Indian Canyons and the Nature Centre (as well as the other side of the mountains) are reachable. Fresh & Easy is also several blocks from the hotel. We have enjoyed our stay.

Internet may not work from the room -- you have to go to the lobby.

It gave our family a comfortable & unforgetable winter vacation!

Location to downtown, friendly and helpful staff, very large suites

Could use some decorating upgrades, grout work in bathrooms is in need of attention. Could use more towels.

Have spacious rooms for families with children.

After reading other negative reviews about the old carpet etc., we decided we can live with that since the price is good. we got to the hotel late the room had the heating broken. We were told that the maintenance guy has already left and hence we spent the first night without heating and it was freezing cold. The sofa-bed was broken and we ended up on the floor inside it in the middle of our sleep. Pretty much we did not sleep all night. We do a lots of travel for sport competitions and we always try to get the most economical hotel since we spend a lots of money on competitions and we have never been in a worst hotel before as this one. We definitely won't be staying there again. Anyone considering this hotel, we recommend that you pay a little extra for your health and comfortable stay somewhere elsewhere.

it has a good location to dinning and movie theater.

The beds were very uncomfortable, very old TVs and the front desk people were not the nicest upon check out. The final thing is all the hidden fees for staying at the resort... We were told $75 plus tax and $10 room fee. My cost went from $150 to $190+ for 2 nights. Not certain i will stay there again. there are other places nicer with out all the fees.

I liked the customer service from the staff. The Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. My family and I would definitely stay there again. The price of our room was very affordable.
