Hotel Marrakech    

I liked nothing,it was very cold in May 15,they didn't clean the room for theee days

Close to subway station. Staff were generally friendly.

Room looked nothing like the pictures on the hotel website. So much so that I had to go down to reception and check that the room was indeed a 'superior quadruple room.' Very, very small if it was intended was to sleep 4 people. The only Moroccan thing about it was one wall painted orange. The room was full of dust. Opening the blind to the one, very small window would result in a plume of dust. Had to put the rather dim lights on, even during the day due to try and get some reasonable level of light in the room. There was a very loud air con unit or a noisy ceiling fan. Take your pic but both were far to loud for me to even try to consider sleeping whilst on. Also only a small point but $2 for storing my case on the day of checkout? Seems a little tight to me. On entering the hotel you are greeted with a steep, narrow staircase. As my room was on the 5th floor, in a hotel with no lift, it was at best good exercise but slightly annoying if you needed to pop back to the room for something. The main issue was with the room. It was small, plain and basic. It in no way reflected the rooms as shown on the hotels website.

Location, budget ambiance

Cleanless a little just on the website a spa is announced woth offer and reality doesn't work !!

The hotel was very comfortable and the price that we payed was ok. Very clean room and sheets, nice bellman, and maids. Just walking distance from fast foods, pharmacies, local fruit stands, ice cream, cup cake parlors, you name it its close by.

Tv didn't have many channels mostly local news. Front desk employees acted like robots giving information, not very nice, you requested information and it seem like you were bothering.

This is a small but comfortable hotel well located on the Upper West Side right next to the 103rd St subway on Broadway. Friendly staff spacious and well appointed rooms with good quality showers. Very popular with visitors from outside USA. Starbucks and good cafe's nearby.

Internet access very weak in the rooms. Narrow entrance up steep stairs (but help with luggage available). Bar/cafe doesn't open until 12 noon.

It is very close of the subway and there is a lot of store to eat and to buy. There are 24 hrs supermarkt, park, rentals of car all close. Pretty amazing.

Nothing bad to say. All good.

No elevator, rooms are nothing like in the pictures, everying is old and ugly...for the price we paid we will definitely NOT be back!

I can't describe all my shock to stay in this hotel. Narrow double room, you can't open window, red cockroaches, no refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker. They don't have WF in a room. Internet in lobby is very slowly. They room so noisy that you can't sleep. At night sound of the sewage system and water. No parking and there is no elevator in hotel.

That u couldn't get your money back. No elvator. Our room was right by the bar and the music played all night long. People in the hall way ran up and down the halls and our bed shook. Walls r really thin.No controls on the heater so u bake all nite. Room was really little. The hotel does not match website.

We didn't have a full length mirror in our room so with 3 people it was hard to get ready in the mornings. Also website said payment taken on arrival but it was deducted immediately, it was fine because I had the funds available but if I didn't it would have been an issue

Very close to the subway station and to a Starbucks with free wifi. The bed was confortable, the personnel nice and helpful. We had to leave erlier than scheduled and they were kind enough to refund us the last two nights.

There is no lift and rooms are very small. There is no table or chair in the room, and no wifi in the rooms. The hotel is fine for holidays but not for business trips.

the room was super small, the heat was not room regulated - so the only option was opening a window. there were a lot of stairs to contend with and there were no workstations and/or wifi in the rooms

subway station (103rd, red line) is very close to the hotel! Service was good, the personal was friendly! Nice atmosphere!

Toilett was broken two times, fixed by personal quickly. We have to asked for a heater in february! However, it was given to us after 20minutes. The Internet is very very slow, sometimes down! It is easier to use the sturbucks below....!

Very cold in room. Stairs is too big and hotel does not have an elevator.

I liked how convenient it was to the subway and to all the little stores n resturants that were around it. The bar in the hotel also was nice to go and have a couple dtinks.

I did not like the stairs and them having no elevator as well as the rooms looked nothing like the pictures I had seen off their website online. The bathrooms were so tiny you could barley fit inside. The staff were ok but could have been more helpful. All in all the hotel was ok, but not what I expected.

The bed was really really comfortable, the room was always cleaned when we were back, everything was new (towels, soaps etc...) No disturbing people around, no maid too early, excellent discretion.

We ear the room neighboor shower, the wifi is really slow in the lobby, the alcool at the bar is damn too expensive
