Too pricey and the lobby is like a mad house
The location was distingushed
Not value for the money, old facility
I could not access lobby computer for United Air to print my boarding pass! I was stressed for time, told by staff to go downstairs to the business office, they sent me back up to the lobby for free computer printout. United was not an option. Went back down to the bus ofc and had to pay to print United boarding pass. The extra 1/2 hr when heading to the airport, caused us stress. Get United on! :(
My room was very noisy because it was located close to elevator machinery
The location is great
My first encounter with the front desk gentleman was so warm, friendly and polite, bought me. I knew I was in the right place .Too bad it was his last day . Everything else was on point. A wee bit busy foyer but that's life in the city. Loved it!!!!!
The room was large and comfortable. Free internet with my Marriott rewards. Cordial staff
only given two bath towels for two people, and we didn't get a robe. I don't know how you shower and wash your hair and are comfortable with only one towel.
No complimentary breakfast while lower end chains offer this option
Loved the location, the staff, the quality of the room, the beds, how helpful everyone is, more or less everything. The view is amazing!
The price of parking, the bathroom toiletries.
The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and they smelled clean.
Price was above market rate for same hotel in major citiies.
Couldn't eat at the view was always full Meaning is good
Convenient, helpful staff
Location Nearby food/restaurants
Size of room for the price. No Wi-Fi above the 1st floor
Great location, really comfortable. Although this is a really large hotel and right in the middle of San Francisco it wasn't at all noisy
breakfast a bit ordinary and expensive.
Parking lot rate
EVERYTHING ELSE :)
PAYING FOR WI-FI IN ROOM
The lady on the concierge was excellent and super helpful. Good location and nice room, very good internet connection
Price doesn't give good value for money
Maid service Location
Location is pefect Confort and facilities
No free Wifi in the room (not consistent with the price of the hotel)
Excellent locations and helpful staff
Large comfortable and clean room and bath. Amazing panoramic view from the bar on the 39th floor. An excellent location in SF center.
The lobby is ways crowded and noisy. Small things are missing like lack of phone in the bath. Wi fi is costly and extremely overpriced. It includes free local and long distance calls, but for those who need only wi fi it was a major drawback. No regular water in mini bar; just special Norwegian water for 8 bucks a bottle.
location reasonable sized rooms helpful staff
perhaps a bit dark in the foyer
