Our room was very noisy. We had to catch taxi everywhere. Tax was added onto everything afterwards. Service charge
The staff seems trained to sell no to serve the passenger, there are exceptions.
I booked well in advance to get a view. No view. I waited a month for this trip.
Not far from the airport and close to the port as we were going on a cruise the following day.
Parking a little expensive
I received a confirmation from Booking.com that I booked a room with a bay view. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, they told me that Booking.com was not always correct on the rooms they sell. And if I wanted that room I had to pay $35.00 more per night. Felt like I was being swindled. But, I paid the extra. :(
The only thing we had any issue with was you could hear any and every sound from the hall in our room. We were at the end of the hall and we could hear any litte noise all night and through the early hours of the morning.
Prices were high, especially breakfast buffet and lines at waffle/omlet station were long.
The view from the room of the bay, the pool, the friendly staff, the free trolley to nearby sites.
Wifi only free in lobby not in room, which is inconvenient, it would b nice to have free wifi and office computer use at these prices !

Great location with awesome view. Website matches reality. Loved our stay pre cruise. We spent 3 nights prior to our cruise there. Was very centrally located for all of our destinations. Thumbs up!

Pillferage from credit cards. Small amounts after we left the hotel. I have noticed from other reviews that I am not the only who have faced this experiance with this hotel. Management should find out who is spoiling the image of the hotel
Stayed here with my three teenage children on a short trip to Miami and Key West. Excellent location as we needed to move both inland for football games and an Everglade tour as well as travel to Miami Beach (where at year's end, ocean view rooms were extremely rare and expensive). We had two bay-view rooms with great views (I think it's worth paying for these rather than being on the side-facing rooms), good beds and an excellent bathroom. Staff were very friendly, paid-self parking was always available (and located within the hotel premises) and we enjoyed good coffee at the in-house Illy bar. In the end this is another very well-run Marriott business hotel but it served our holiday purposes very well too.

nice view bed is comfy
WI FI expensive + it just doesn't work. Pool area dirty and disgusting (dirty plates around the pool) room too noisy we felt like we were sleeping outside ( I even woke up to check if the balcony door was closed. The concierge was giving wrong information plus he was not attentive, always doing something else at the same time.
