I thought the facility was conveniently located near the major interstates. The staff was very courteous. My room was clean and the bar was lively and warm.

The 17th floor vending machine stole $3.00 worth of my money. I wanted to buy some water and it never distributed it to me. Also, the parking garage was full when I paid for a space in the lot. I ended up having to pay $15.00 for a parking spot in another lot.

No cable tv, over priced, no Internet unless additional charges, no continental breakfast, tv didnt work correctly.

I loved the view from my room balcony. It was awesome! It was close to everything downtown especially ulta fest.

toomuch money for a old hotel, that we have stayed at for more than 2 years.

Very comforable beds with down filled pillows. Very clean and large bathrooms. Great view of the ships at the pier. Fantastic seafood restaurant located on the second floor overlooking the bay. Second time and will come back again. 15 min to cruise terminal

A little pricey but everything is in Miami. The band played very loud music (if you could call that) during lunch. Guests were asking to eat outside but there were not enough tables to accomodate everyone.

Wifi in the room is charged. I think this is something that can not occur nowadays.

Bathrooms are very old, not clean enough, painted (some parts removed) bath tubs really doesnot match Marriott name! They lost my jacket at laundry services and receiving proper answer took hours. And afterwards, no communication.

They did arrange for transportation to the Orange Bowl game, which was the reason we were in Miami.

Older rooms, all toilet area in one location. Cleaning staff was slow. Not much options for dining, lunch breakfast. No walking map of the area with other eating est. 4.25 for a cup of coffee!

I can not belive that a hotel like Marriott, doesn't has a free internet wifi in the rooms. Hotels less expensive than Marriot have free internet wifi in every room and brekfast included in the diary.

The front desk was very helpful with directions with the train from the airport.

There was not complimentary coffee in the lobby for Rewards members.

The rooms and its furnitures were dated, the bathroom very small. No minibar. Dated carpets in both room and hallways. The lobby and its furnitures was not too inviting. The clientele was a bit strange, felt uncomfortable.
