The pool and gym area had no proper changing room. There were no light on in the shower room when I got out of swimming pool. So that I had to go back to my room to take a shower.
I like the pool and that u can order you're good at the pool and eat and chill. I also love that there was a shuttle bus there to take you wherever you need to go
Very comfortable bed and bedding in a well appointed room.
Comfort does not make up for loud hvac system. Awoke every time the system went on approximately every 30 minutes. This was with ear plugs. Also disturbed by a party outside in the courtyard at 3;30 am. Over all would not choose to return due to noise.
Nice outdoor pool, courtyard and gas fire pit.
Bathroom was a bit small for 3 people.
Not within the center
Awesome breakfast, nice hotel
Breakfast should be included with room rate, pay enough for room no need to pay an extra $30 for breakfast as well.
Pool area and location in Providence. Very nice people at front desk.
Hotel was tired. They need to clean their pool area...dirt in the pool, brown stains on hot tub tiles. Massive number of bugs in overhead lights in pool area (thats what I had to stare at doing laps/backstrokes. Also, some mildew stains in bathroom shower.
We always have a great time, its our second visit and we will be back ! Made my birthday celebration great! Love the pool are, Aqua :)
Location is good, parking is easy. Out door fire pits are awesome. Beds and bedding are very nice. Great staff, mostly students or grads of JWU hospitality program.
Expensive nightly room fee and some what limited dinner menu at the hotel restaurant.
Very convenient to downtown shopping. Love that there were parking on site.
Expected more for a 5 star hotel. Staff were very pleasant and went way and beyond. However the bed could have been more comfortable
The pool was very nice and the staff was friendly.
1. We booked a double bed room because it was for a Cheerleading competition. I got a king bed handicap room with no microwave. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that all rooms have microwaves. The food at the bluefin grill was disgusting. French fries were cold and chicken was rubbery. The only thing that was good was the broccoli and mashed potatoes. On the upside they did have a good breakfast omelette bar. My daughter fell in the bathroom because it was a handicap shower in which all the water would come out onto the bathroom floor. We had to put towels on the floor. And she had a cheering competition . You have to order dinner at the front desk instead if through the restaurant which I find very stupid.
Free shuttle to downtown.
They let me check-in several hours before posted check-in time. Room was comfortable. Bed was comfortable.
No hot water one night or the following morning. No apology even. Rather slow service in the uncrowded restaurant.
Shower in room was cold! No hot water throught the stay I called the front desk they did adjust my bill down
Nice hotel standard hotel set up nothing unusual about the rooms- toucan hear noise in the halls and above- but often happens in many hotels the workout room is good but not big enough for the size of the hotel peak hours you could not get on a machine- hotel restaurant and bar very good
The greeters on Friday afternoon, October 18 were wonderful. Sign in was easy. There was plenty of staff for a busy weekend.
The cost was a bit high for my two night stay. The shuttle which was promoted was late.
We liked the workout room and the pool area outside looked really pretty!
I booked 2 months in advance for our wedding and specified I wanted a king size bed. When we arrived we were told they were out of king beds, and we'd have to have two double beds instead. We were very disappointed. Then our room was dirty; hair and toothpaste in the sink and hair on the shower. We were given a new room right away and a few free drinks. Overall it wasn't very comfortable, or nice. We felt we spent far too much money for this hotel.
staff, downtown shuttle, free parking, free wi-fi
cleanliness of the room and modern look. the staff were very pleasant and the building was beautiful..
check out time at 11am, just wishing I could get one more hour of sleep ...lol
The room was very spacious, clean and made me really want to just stay there and enjoy my time in the room.
The vending machine on our floor wasn't working, so we had to go to another floor to find water.
location shuttle to downtown
loud air conditioner no towels second day
