Location and comfort

Too much noise in the corridors. Also the spa which is advertised does not exist. I tried to book a massage and I was told there were no massagists. What you call spa I call hair salon, which is all that is available

Location was good, BlueFin Grille was very good. Room nice.... Excellent front desk staff - Sara was informative and friendly.....

Though room nice, huge gap under door let in light and hallway noise.

I like the location and convenience to everything. The rooms are clean, nice and well maintained.

Only offered limited TV channels.

Staff was very friendly. Shuttle service was top notch.

I payed for a King sized bed when I booked the reservation and did not receive it. Also at the time of booking I was told check in would be at 3 and check out at 12. On arrival check in was at 4 and check out was at 11. Fortunately, the person at the desk was lenient with us on the check out time and pushed it back to 12. Thank you.

It has an attractive pool and well-equipped gym, as well as a spa and hair salon. It has very comfortable beds and good service.

It is not in a good spot for walking or for access to downtown.

The staff was friendly

Even thou this hotel said it was centrally located it was not It was at least 2 blocks from any stores or city night life. We switched and stayed at the Blitmore and we were much happier to be in the middle of downtown

Very kind, professional, helpful staff, great room for a great price. They even have a shuttle to take you anywhere within 1.5 miles, and pick you up before 11pm.

Friendly Service

Lovely, large comfortable room; excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. Reception staff very helpful with directions.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the breakfast staff.

Slipped in bath/ shower. Slip mats urgently required.

Very friendly staff. Even though it's a huge hotel and it was full the service was very good.

I liked this hotel a lot. The pool was beautiful (although the area surrounding the indoor pool was very slippery) the bar areas were nice, the complimentary breakfast was superb. The bathroom in our room was quite small and tub drainwas rather slow to go down, overall it was a nice clean room. I do think at hotel such as this with prices like these, they should have premium cable channels, I'm just saying. Would stay here again if we ever go back to Providence. Overall pleasant stay.

Not accomodating when needs were not met..Disappointed and will not revisit this hotel will try another location on my next visit to Providence. Thank you.

Found Hotel very friendly. Check-in was rapid and very helpful. Will stay there again.

I enjoyed the free parking, and breakfast included in my price. I enjoyed the downtown although it was cold so we drove.

We were upset the water in the bathroom was lukewarm and the water cam e out yellow. however the water in the sink was hot. We did tell the front desk when we left.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was fabulous! And I love the bed!

Buitengewoon vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Zeer gunstige ligging ten opzichte van de stad Providence en de snelweg.

Het zwembad was 's morgens vroeg nog niet schoon gemaakt, of niet goed, daardoor een beetje vuile dingen in het water zoals een pleister, sigarettenfilter, haren, blaadjes, etc. Je moest vragen om badjassen en badslippers waren er niet in de kamer.

alles ( geräumiges Zimmer, hervorragende Betten,sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet, und last but not least Shuttle Bus zum Centrum. Zum wiederholen!

Tutto. Servizi dell' hotel, wi-fi funzionante, piscina interna ed esterna collegate, idromassaggio, parcheggio ampio, starbucks all'interno della struttura ed un buon ristorante ed un pub anche.

Cet hotel est près du centre ville et facile d'accès. Nous avons aimé et retournerons le cas échéant. Merci

Kızım ve arkadaşını Brown Üniversitesinin yaz okuluna götürmek için bir gece konakladığımız Marriott Providence downtown mükemmel bir konumda, rahat, heryere yakın, çalışanların çok ilgili olduğu iyi bir oteldi. Zamansızlıktan yararlanamadığımız harika bir açık kapalı havuzu , şöminesi mevcut.
